I especially loved our host was so responsive and so great! We had a wonderful stay and enjoyed the pool. It was such a peaceful and relaxing place to stay!

Stayed here for over a month for work as a single female not from the area. Overall, a great experience. The unit is up-to-date, clean, and in a great location. All of my questions and concerns were promptly and efficiently answered. Tracy is a great host, and I’m sad to leave!

Rosy was very helpful and responsive to all our questions. She knew we wanted to spend time at the pool so she was nice enough to drop make pool noodles and lounging chairs available. She was great.

Such a nice place! The kitchen had all the things I needed, and most importantly, coffee! She had. Keurig and regular pot, with coffee and filters! excellent place, location, and host!

Everything was excellent.... I'm not sure what the neighbors below us were complaining about, I do not feel we did anything to cause for a complaint. I think maybe they don't like the idea of you using the place as an Air BNB, and used this as excuse to complain, but I don't really know. We were not causing any issues to cause complaints I am confident of that. Otherwise I had no complaints with everything, all was very nice....

Nice 1 bedroom condo with great shower and comfy bed. Nice large screen TV in LR and another in BR. The kitchen was nice and clean and had plenty of good coffee and utensils, pots and pans etc. Enjoyed being able to walk to several restaurants nearby and the Greenway was 1 block walk which is beautiful. We walked to downtown Old Town Scottsdale one day rather than hike in the desert. Enjoyed the pool which was nice size and even a deep end 8ft. Would recommend to family and friends and would stay again. Host was very responsive

I went for a week for Spring Training. The location was perfect for the games that I wanted to watch. Grocery store and restaurants nearby. Pool was great for relaxing after returning from ballgames. Condo was perfect for me

Kevin's place looks just like the photos. Very comfortable bedding. I like the walkability of the location being very close to restaurants and groceries.

This was a great place to stay. It was easy to find and access, and seemed to be centrally located. The pool and fitness center were great too.

Jim was a great host and we loved the location - great proximity to Oldtown Scottsdale and many other points of interest. His place is comfortable and had everything we needed. We especially appreciated his willingness to accommodate a scheduling issue our family had.

Felt right at home & he made us feel very welcomed & helped and got us a brand new tv because the tv stopped working in the living room. He really made sure our stay was perfect thank you Kyle will definitely recommend & stay with him again when I return thank you

Great location, well equipped condo that had all we needed. The host was responsive when we had an issue. The check in instructions were clear with photos. Would recommend.

Paul was an amazing host, very responsive . He takes pride in what he does and does everything possible to make guests feel at home . It was a beautiful quiet and peaceful area, very easy to get to. Will definitely be staying again & highly recommend .

Shay’s place was exactly as described. They have thought of all the details and extra touches. Everything we needed was there and well labeled. Shay was proactive in communicating anything we needed to know in advance as well. We stayed with our three kids under 13 and they were never bored. House worked out great. I highly recommend staying here!

Paula's house was great with plenty of space for 5 adults and 9 year old. The pool was so much fun. The kitchen was well stocked with a huge variety of spices, pots and pans and a great grill outside. The neighborhood was quiet and the backyard very private.

Great place to gather with friends for a weekend. Nice and close to Old Town. Comfy clean beds. Herbs a great host, will definitely stay again.

We loved our stay here! Amanda's place is pretty much perfect - clean, up to date, cozy. It's clear she's thought of all the details, and that made our stay very comfortable. We were looking for a relaxing time in the sun, and the patio and pool were perfect for that. We'd stay here again in a heartbeat!

We had a great stay at Leila’s house! Our group of 8 fit very comfortably with more than enough space for all of us. It had all the amenities we could have needed and we especially enjoyed the outdoor televisions to watch some March Madness! Would absolutely recommend!

We loved this property. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet. Felt very safe there. The house itself was beautiful, comfortable beds, clean, just perfect for our stay. We liked the fact that we could park inside the garage, my husband and his brother had brought golf clubs, therefore being able to keep them in the car inside the garage was convenient. Shalimar was a wonderful host. Communicated well and very thoughtful. I would definitely stay here again…would highly recommend!
