Was a nice little neighborhood with a quiet backyard.

Place was cozy and host was extremely responsive to anything I needed. I have no complaints, but do want to point out that the stairs on the way down are wood/slippery so might be a challenge for senior dogs.

Dimitar is an exceptionally responsive host. We booked a last minute stay and Dimitar was EXTREMELY helpful in locating a property that was convenient and available, and when our stay was extended it was easy to work with Dimitar to modify the reservation. Everything was taken care of for us through prompt communication, even late at night!

This is a very nice place to stay at. I stayed here for work at the OSF hospital in Peoria, and could simply walk to the hospital from Vikki’s house. The house is lovely, and the room was fine for me. One can also walk to restaurants in the Peoria down town.

My husband, baby, and I loved our stay passing through. It was exactly as described and such a cozy, serene spot. The guesthouse is a small studio with everything you could need and such a beautiful view to wake up to! We appreciated the included simple breakfast and snacks and had fun exploring the shore in the morning. Jillian was a helpful and responsive host. She even allowed us some flexibility with our checkout time while our baby napped. 10/10 experience & would absolutely recommend!

Vikki has an absolutely beautiful home and we really enjoyed our stay. Honestly, I never rent rooms… we prefer to rent an entire place but with the holidays there wasn’t much available so we decided to take a risk and rent a room from Vikki. Our stay exceeded our expectations on every level. Her rooms are mostly rented by medical professionals. The place is quiet and sparkling clean. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Vicki was very friendly. Her 1914 home was very comfortable and very well maintained. Bedrooms were nice and large and bed comfortable. Vicki's dog Bernice was very friendly and enjoyed my treats. We will stay there again I'm sure.

Had it cleaned up for the weekend after I left that same week!

My second time in this lovely home, and I’m sure I’ll be back. So convenient for my needs, and Vikki is a great host.
