Wir hatten eine großartige Zeit in Christianes Unterkunft! Insgesamt haben wir hier zu zweit 4 Wochen verbracht, 2 Wochen gearbeitet und 2 Wochen Urlaub gemacht – beides hat perfekt funktioniert. Christiane hat viel Rücksicht auf unsere Ruhezeiten genommen, und das Internet war zuverlässig. Die Wohnung ist sogar noch schöner als auf den Bildern: großzügig, mit einer top ausgestatteten Küche, einem gemütlichen Wohnzimmer und bequemen Schlafzimmern. Die Terrasse bietet einen traumhaften Blick in die Natur. In der Umgebung gibt es einen idyllischen See und eine Yoga-Plattform – perfekt zur Erholung. Alles war makellos sauber, und Christiane war eine wunderbare Gastgeberin – stets erreichbar, hilfsbereit und herzlich. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. Vielen Dank!

Really Nice place. Clean, decorated nicely, comfortable. Very friendly host, the lady who let us in absolutely loved our baby and was so sweet with him. Lovely town, and the near islands are gorgeous.

Great Villa for the six people in our party. Well set out with bedrooms at one end moving through to a bright and spacious lounge area with dining table and kitchen off that. Then out onto a covered area outside and then pool and sunloungers. Plenty of space to be together without being cramped. Air con in bedrooms is great. Also good washing machine and additional toilet and shower in outbuilding. Well situated in quiet peaceful area with good supermarkets and restaurants nearby. Very prompt and helpful responses to any enquiries we made. Recommended.

He ido unos dias con mi familia y 4 perros al alojamiento,como describir en un par de palabras la tranquilidad que había en ese lugar tan maravilloso,parecia sacado de un cuento de hadas,todo estaba perfecto,el dueño super atento y amable.Sin dudas nos dio mucha lastima irnos,ya que estabamos como en casa,lo recomiendo muchísimo,y al igual que Portugal conquistó nuestros corazones,por eso cuando volvamos próximamente sin dudas volveremos a este alojamiento 🫶🏻😍

We stayed at Sarah’ Villa for a family break and immediately felt that we'd found a home away from home. Nothing was missing and you find a lot of attention to details, even offering a surfboard. We especially enjoyed the large pool, evenings on the terrace and the breathtaking nature surrounding the villa. Highly recommended for a relaxing holiday.

Nous avons été accueilli chaleureusement par Isabel, qui parle bien le Français. Le logement est atypique et à tout le confort nécessaire. Nous avons pu nous garer facilement à chaque retour de balade. Il est à quelques mètres des rues piétonnes pour boutiques et restaurants mais aussi du front de mer, pour le bateau qui vous mène sur les iles. Concernant les choses que nous avons moins aimé, comme mentionné dans les commentaires précédents, la chambre principale n'a pas de volet, juste un store blanc transparent et le plus gênant, est, que le voisin à côté à une lumière extérieure à détection de mouvements qui illumine la chambre à chaque déclenchement pendant 10 secondes, et parfois, des dizaines de fois d'affilé, car ce monsieur joue sur son téléphone, en face de cette lampe, donc à chaque mouvement, ça s'allume... L'autre point qui pourrait être amélioré serait l'entretien de la ligne d'eau de la piscine, qui est verte. Nous avons pris le temps de nettoyer un peu !

Just back from a great week at Casa 38. The place was even better than the pictures and couldnt have asked for much more. The hosts were also really helpful with lots of great, local recommendations. Will definitely be back.

Maison propre et fonctionnelle avec une très belle vue sur les étangs et le golf de QUINTA DO LAGO. Il y ' a vraiment tout à proximité, pas besoin de voiture tout se fait à pied dans cette grande propriété (supérette,médecin,piscine,salle de sport,restaurants,location de vélo,golf,...) et tout ça ouvert 7 jours/7. La grande plage de sable fin est à moins de 3 kilomètres (faire le trajet à pied ne prends que 20 minutes). La région est très belle, je reviendrai au PORTUGAL. Les vacances ici étaient vraiment relaxante.

Fantastic little flat walking distance from the old town of Lagos. Very clean and friendly host! Lovely to look onto the harbour and be walking distance from such great places. Would easily return. The flat had everything needed and was bigger than the pictures.

J’ai adoré mon temps à Lagos avec mon conjoint et nos deux enfants de 2 ans et presque 5 ans. Ponta Da Piedade est à proximité pour marcher, la vue sur la mer est exceptionnelle. De plus, les enfants ont eu beaucoup de plaisir avec les jouets laissés pour eux et on pouvait siroter un verre de vin tranquille sur la terrasse clôturée tout en les laissant jouer. La salle de bain était superbe. Assez d’eau chaude pour toute la famille. Tous les accessoires nécessaires dans la cuisine pour se cuisiner des repas. Près des services : Spar (épicerie) et centre-ville, restaurants à une vingtaine de minutes de marche. Endroit tranquille. Possibilité de faire du surf dans les environs. Hôte réactive. Je vais m’ennuyer de cet endroit. Nous recommandons! Un grand merci!

Maria and Ana were extremely welcoming and responsive. As someone who visited the area for the first time, it was nice to know they were there if I had questions.

Wonderful, bright, super clean apartment with lots of amenities. Across the street from the beautiful marina and boardwalk, and minutes away from restaurants and the infamous Olhão markets.

Wir hatten als Familie eine wunderbare Zeit. Die Wohnung ist großzügig geschnitten, gemütlicher Ofen, bequeme Betten, super ausgestattete Küche schöne Terrasse mit Spielmöglichkeiten für Kinder. Super zum Erholen und erkunden der umliegenden Strände usw. ..Wir würden gerne wiederkommen!

Pedro's place was really cozy, me and my friend really enjoyed our stay. At the place we stayed at a few days before we were freezing at night, so it was so amazing to finally be at an airbnb where the heater and air conditioning work properly! We could adjust the temperature easily anytime with a remote. All instructions were super clear because of the app / website link that has all the details in one place. Also, Pedro checked in multiple times just in case we have any questions or need help and is super responsive. This airbnb is only a few minutes away from various restaurants and a beautiful beach which is super convenient. There is also a supermarket right next door. Thank you so much Pedro for making our stay so comfortable!

Can't beat the view! Perfect place to stay with small kids. Jorge had a high chair, travel crib, and baby bath ready and set up for us as well as so many kids toys which was a really nice touch. Wonderful location within walking distance to the beach and old town, while also being car accessible with lots of parking. Would definitely recommend!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement. Parfait pour 5 personnes. Il est grand et très bien équipé. Il y a tout ce qu’il faut (pare-vent et parasols compris pour les adeptes de la plage). L’hôte est très réactive et, même si nous avons rencontré un problème d’eau chaude, elle a su y répondre de façon instantanée, et le souci a été résolu en à peine 4 heures. Vous méritez les 5 étoiles, car tout était parfait, et même en cas de problème, vous avez su vous montrer réactive. Un service client de qualité pour un bon rapport qualité / prix. Wunderschönes Haus! Sehr sauber und stilvoll eingerichtet! Wir hatten eine tolle Woche und haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Das Haus liegt etwas außerhalb von Silves mitten in der Natur. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

To use just one word to describe Jan home: wonderful! If you are looking for a peaceful place, close to nature and away from busy cities then this is your place to stay. It has everything you'll need and perhaps Jan you'll do his best for more if needed. To us, his home was a piece of heaven and it did reminded me of my grandparents place when I was a young and spend the time summer holidays with them. Here you have orange trees and all you have to do is to pick one or two and enjoy them. Oh, I shall not forget Odin (the Cat). He gave us a big welcome in the first day but because we made the mistake not to allow her inside he completly ignored us during the stay. We had the 2nd chance on the last day when he joins us a for a breakfast! :-) Things to mention: you'll need a car (not a low small car but rather a mini SUV perhaps) as it's not close to a bus or train routes. Good Wifi receptions. We will return for sure as there is so much to see around. Thank you Jan for hospitality!

Wir haben eine wundervolle Zeit in Jan’s Unterkunft verbracht. Der Garten mit Naturpool sind mit großer Mühe und Sorgfalt angelegt und bereiten ein einzigartiges Erlebnis in ruhiger Natur. Diese Unterkunft ist hervorragend dafür gedacht, einfach mal ein paar Tage die Seele baumeln zu lassen und das schöne Hinterland der Algarve zu erleben. Vielen Dank!

This was the best house we have stayed in around the Aljezur/Arrifana area. This was our 3rd visit to the area and we stayed at Marta’s on a friends recommendation. There are even peekaboo views of the ocean. The house is non-corporate in every good way. There is an ancient piano in the living room - and it was correctly tuned! There is local art and the furniture is not just ikea cheap stuff. The kitchen was well stocked and clean. The area is great - kind of in between two different beaches. You can drive 3 minutes to a bunch of restaurants or walk 10 minutes to a few others at the roundabout. We did a run in the morning and there’s even a lake about 5 minutes away. All very peaceful, no traffic. We would happily stay here again.

Hard not to fall in love with this place. Everything one could dream of. It’s a very relaxed environment with two very cool humans, whom which have built a little town of their own if you don’t say! We were lucky enough to have a little tour of the place, hear about how it all started. Went horseback riding with Chris which was incredo. Swam in the pond, sat in the sauna but mostly just enjoyed the view. And hung out with the doggos. Thank you. Will definitely come again when I return to Portugal.

Our hosts were extremely helpful and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. Communication was quick and clear. The location is excellent, we had a hire car and there was a space for us to park, easy drive to Loule and Faro. Their cat also popped in to say hello most mornings!

Al voor onze aankomst liet Jacqueline ons weten dat ze vanwege het ongewoon slechte weer extra voorzieningen zouden treffen zodat we het warm en comfortabel zouden hebben. Lieve mensen en aanwezig bij incheck en uitchecken. Veel ruimte en alles aanwezig. Highlight voor ons was de open haard waar we als ‘stadsmensen’ enorm van hebben genoten. Als bonus drie lieve honden en een poes die zich discreet lieten zien, als je daarvoor de poort openhield. Wat een prachtig huis, ik zou willen dat ik daar kon wonen 🙏🏻
