Peraia : locations de vacances avec cheminée

I spent 10 days there with my family and we enjoyed our stay a lot. The place is just amazing. The apartment is nice and big with wonderful terrace. The swimming pool is great and the sunset view is beautiful. It is in a calm area so you can nicely relax there. The place is few minutes by car from the beach. The host was really nice and helpful. I highly recommend this place.

Sheila's House was perfect for us, very clean , secure, peaceful and private. It is well equipped and has much needed air conditioning in the 2 bedrooms and sitting room. There is ample outdoor space and secure parking. Outdoor seating provides a great view of Thessaloniki and the house is in a great location for reaching the airport. It's located not too far from the local town where there are numerous restaurants and a nice walk beside the beach. Sheila is a fantastic host- very responsive, friendly and with lots of recommendations for places to go, restaurants etc. She lives nearby and is available if needed, this also makes for easy check in and out. We had a lovely, peaceful time here and would definitely recommend. Thanks Sheila, hopefully we'll meet again!

Υπέροχη διαμονή σε ένα σπίτι εξαιρετικής αισθητικής, πεντακάθαρο, ζεστό, ιδανικό για ξεκούραση και ηρεμία. Η οικοδέσποινα ήταν πολύ ευγενική, φιλικότατη, και εξυπηρετική. Η γειτονιά είναι τέλεια με εύκολο parking και σε μικρή απόσταση από τα μαγαζιά. Περάσαμε φανταστικά και το συστήνουμε ανεπιφύλαχτα!

We’ve had a wonderful time at Apostolos’ place. Everything was just as described. The host was very friendly and welcoming, gave us clear instructions and amazing recommendations for restaurants.

παρά πολύ όμορφο σπίτι σε καλοκαιρινή τοποθεσία. λίγο έξω από Θεσσαλονίκη όμως είχε τα πάντα κοντά σου. πολύ άνετο για μια οικογένεια.

An amazing apartment in an amazing location, it's the perfect place to explore Thessaloniki because it's so close to everything you'd want to see like museums, the tower, paralia etc. The inside of the apartment is always clean and very homely, and communication with Antonis is always available and friendly. I can't recommend it enough!

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb in Thessaloniki Kalamaria! The apartment was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The host was truly exceptional and went above and beyond. The best airbnb I have ever stayed in!Absolutely beautiful and spotless with a great balcony and in the best location overlooking a lively town square packed with shops, cafes and restaurants yet very quiet so you are able to get a perfect night's sleep. Very prompt and helpful communication also with the managers. I will definitely be back next time I am at beautiful Thessaloniki.

Logement très agréable, vaste espace pour toute une famille, bien équipé. Une magnifique terrasse avec vue sur la mer, à réellement 1mn à pied de la plage, et idéalement situé dans Perea ! Je recommande sans hésiter !

Great comfort appartment

Ένας εξαιρετικός χώρος ακριβώς όπως στις φωτογραφίες με όλες τις απαραιτητες παροχες, καθαρός και άνετος!!Ο οικοδεσπότης πολύ φιλικός και πρόθυμος να μας βοηθήσει σε ό,τι ζητήσαμε!! Σίγουρα θα το προτιμούσα ξανά σε μια επόμενη επίσκεψη μου στην Θεσσαλονίκη!!

αρκετά καλός χώρος. προσεγμένα όλα. ο οικοδεσπότης έστειλε μόνο ένα μήνυμα με αναλυτικές οδηγίες και δεν χρειάστηκε να τον ενοχλήσω. όλος ο χώρος καθαρός. Τα δύο μου αρνητικά είναι ότι ήθελε καθάρισμα το τζακούζι και ότι δεν έβρισκα πουθενά να παρκάρω το αυτοκίνητο με αποτέλεσμα να το βάλω περίπου 10 λεπτά μακριά.

The house is excellently furnished. We didn't lack anything. The host was proactive and super kind to us. The location is good, within walking distance to the beach (5-7 minutes). We felt at home. I recommend the place. It is perfect for relaxation and privacy.

Sehr großes Haus mit vielen separierten Bereichen. Wenn man beispielsweise mit 6 Personen (3 Pärchen) anreist, ist es für alle möglich Privatsphäre zu genießen. Jedes Schlafzimmer hat beispielsweise einen Balkon. Zusätzlich gibt es unten eine größere Terrasse. Im Garten dann noch weitere Sitzgelegenheiten, einen kleinen Fußballplatz und einen Spielplatz. Das Grundstück wurde während unserer Anwesenheit allabendlich durch die Familie gepflegt (Blumen gießen, Rasen bewässern, ...). Im Wohnzimmer hochwertige Möbel. Die Betten sehr bequem. Babybett vorhanden. Sogar Baby-Badelotion und Feuchttücher für Babys wurde bereitgestellt. Sehr umfangreiche Küchenausstattung. Mit Kleinkind eher ungeeignet. Es gibt in der Wohnküche eine stilvolle Unterteilung in zwei Ebenen über zwei Stufen. Kann man auf den Bildern sehen. Wir haben es leider übersehen und mussten daher etwas aufwändiger für unsere Einjährige "absperren". Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

This place is absolutely superb, a little piece of paradise. It looks even better than the photos. Both the house and the garden are stunning and very well-maintained. Everything is spotless. The beach is just a 5-minute walk away and is quiet, perfect for families. Savas is an excellent host. He greeted us with fresh fruit, homemade eggs, and cold water in the fridge, which was much appreciated after our 1000 km journey. He is very prompt and responds quickly to messages and calls. When we left, he gave us gifts of Greek specialty products and even sweets for the children. We loved this place and will definitely return. If you’re looking for a beautiful, peaceful place with a welcoming host, this is the perfect spot.

Our stay at Villa Bougainvillea was enchanting, setting the perfect tone for our New Year celebration. The space seamlessly combined spaciousness, beauty, and coziness. It has four generously-sized bedrooms, a well-equipped kitchen and a garden terrace, where we enjoyed our breakfasts and lunches under the warm New Year weather. The living space, with the piano, the Christmas tree and the crackling fireplace added an extra layer of coziness, creating a truly warm and festive atmosphere. Our host Froso played a pivotal role, her kindness and availability adding a personal touch. Upon arrival, we were delighted by a thoughtful gesture of wine and food, creating a truly hospitable atmosphere. Villa Bougainvillea is more than a place to stay; it's an oasis of comfort and connection. Whether a short getaway or a long family stay, it offers the ideal setting. Our New Year celebration was made special, thanks to the charm and hospitality of Villa Bougainvillea. Thank you for everything!

It was a very pleasant experience, though we had a short stay in Agios Antonios. Daniil and Maya were very kind and the house was indeed nice with large spaces, clean and beautiful views from the huge balcony. The neighborhood is quiet and one can feel the relaxed countryside life. The village itself is close to Thesaloniki and Halkidiki, which makes it perfect location if travelling Northern Greece. We all appreciated Maya's talent, she prepared for us a special dinner, excellent mediteranean salads, delightful desert and an excellent white wine. Daniil has helped and advise us about the best places in Thesaloniki, parking places, historical points of interests, museums and traditional shops. We were in permanent contact and he managed to arrange all the details for a smooth travel experience. In few words great hosts, very nice house, excellent food, good location.

Evde klima yok, yerden soğutma sistemi var dendi ama çok yetersizdi, Wi-Fi çok yavaş ve yetersizdi, bunlar dışında her şey iyiydi.

The place and the house are gorgeous. We have no negative thoughts or impressions to share .The house is cozy and beautiful ,the bedrooms are furnished with taste and style, the kitchen is fully equipped. The garden is huge and the view from the verandas and the bedrooms is breathtaking. We would love to visit the place again .We vote with both hands for this is one of the most beautiful and peaceful places we have been visiting so far.
