We had a great enjoyable stay! The property was clean, comfortable, and fairly new. The host was incredibly responsive and friendly. We raised issues with some leaking hose in the bathrooms and they had them replaced during our stay. Kitchen was small and is only suitable for very light cooking. Swimming pool was big and was very suited to us as we have many children. This property is about 30mins from Ipoh town but there are many eateries that are available. This place is highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing and hassle-free getaway!

Great place, spacious apartment, good beds. The airco started leaking, but this was fixed the next day. Only negative thing was the strict clothing instruction for the pool: no bikini or swim shorts, which is everywhere else not a problem..

One of the best place. Host is very friendly and generous although our pax exceed the limit 9 adults and 5 child. The host is very considerate not to charge our babies. Thank you so much. Easy instructions to check in without any problem. Clean house and very spacious.All items are in good hand. Got 1 designated parking and can have 1 visitor parking. Others park outside but got no problem because it is walkable. Recommendation: Install AC at the living room and 4th room( a little bit humid inside the room. But overall it is a good place. Will recommend to others.

I had a wonderful experience staying at Hui Ying Homestay! The house was impeccably clean and perfectly spacious to comfortably accommodate my family of six. The location of the homestay is excellent, making our stay even more convenient and enjoyable. A special mention goes to Mr. Tong, the owner, who was exceptionally accommodating. I had mistakenly assumed that the checkout time was at 12 PM, and he graciously offered us a late checkout at no extra charge. His kindness was truly appreciated and made our experience even better. hi, we had a great 2 days stay in this unit. it was quite easy to check in as instructions are quite clear. Also, not too far from the town centre.

The house was clean and convenient. The homestay is close to local restaurants and shops. The balcony view is stunning, environment is private, quiet and peaceful. The host was incredibly friendly, responsive, and accommodating. He provided helpful local recommendations and ensured that everything was in order during my stay. I highly recommend this homestay to who visiting Kampar. I would definitely stay here again.

The unit is clean. Everything is in good condition. Only the carpark is a bit not convenient. Overall it is good.
