We had a minor issue with door code but we messaged Apryl & she took care of it within minutes. The beds including the daybed & pull out were very comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised that the kitchen was well stocked & the knives were actually sharp! This was our first time doing a beach vacation & we loved the location. My kids loved that the fishing pier was so close & we loved that the beach was walkable & quiet - never too crowded. Sunrise/Sunset were gorgeous! Everyone we ran into was very friendly & Apryl was a great host, would definitely recommend staying here.

Beautiful condo! We loved how close it was to Florabama. Great place to stay for sure! Balcony was amazing.

I can't say enough good things about the condo, our host, or Portofino Island Resort. This was by far the most relaxing active vacation we have had. We loved having access to jet skis, bikes, paddle boards and also just being able to relax on the beach. The condo was extremely clean and equipped with everything we needed. Lia was quick to respond to every question and made us feel welcome from the moment we checked in until we left. I also was super impressed by the staff at Portofino. Everyone we encountered was welcoming, friendly, and knowledgeable. We will return and would definitely stay in the same unit again.

Our stay at Brittany’s place was everything we’d hoped for. It is walkable to many great restaurants, there are shops for necessities right across the road & it’s right on the beach. Everything was as described and when we messaged to ask if we could book an additional night she was very helpful. The entire family, even our 6 & 9 year olds say they want to come back to this exact place.

Look no further, book it now before someone else does. Fully stocked for long term stays. Fully. The best we have ever stayed in, by far. Dolphins every day swim past, Pelicans, Gannets, Gulls, Loons, Ducks and more. The most beautiful cloud formations and sunsets out of this world, What a wonderful place to watch the world go by. We spent January 2025 there during the record snowfall. Pristine white sand beach at the end of the private boardwalk, so readily accessible, The walk in shower in the master bedroom has me thinking about a redo at our place, it was great. Great location for fun and relaxation

Megan was a terrific host! We had to make a travel change and booked her place last minute. So glad we did! Very comfortable, accommodating, and memorable. Communication was top notch! 👌🏼

Had an awesome time there. Quiet for the most part. Very low traffic and easy access to the beach. Clean and very welcoming. ...and the view of the morning sunrise will make the whole day worth living. The sunrise is definitely a sign that God is real. I wish I could post the pics. ...but they don't show the half of how beautiful it is. We enjoyed it. Have plans on returning soon.

Patty was able to accommodate our family last minute due to a cancellation by our previous host due to property issues. The location is perfect for a peaceful spot to relax with shuttle to the beach club and two lovely pools to relax at.

The mattress cover was torn on the main bed when we arrived, so we left another cover. The outside of the fridge could have been cleaned better. The bathrooms were great. We loved the covered parking because of its convenience and protection as there was a storm with strong winds one night. The dog walking area around the condo is very limited. We loved watching all of the sweet families enjoying the beach and pool from our private balcony. Overall, we had a very lovely stay.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay! Pictures and description are spot on. Perfect trip for two couples and our pups. Great restaurant recommendations. Very responsive hosts! Would definitely stay here again.

Thank you for being such as gracious host! Our host added little thoughful touches like an air fryer, toaster oven, a generous amount of k- cups, an XBox, board games, and a box fan! They were responsive, kind, and we were happy to spend time there. It was quiet and the walking distance to the beach was perfect! Thanks again

Great location to the beach! The condo was clean and well stocked. Jonathan was easy to work with and communicated well.

A perfect spot for a couple of women wanting to escape life for a long weekend. The condo was spotless and kitchen and laundry had all the amenities you could need. The building itself is small, so plenty of carts for your luggage and no long waits for the elevator. Super close to grocery stores and lots of good restaurants (Cobalt and The Gulf) and not far from Flora-Bama, which everyone should experience at least once. And of course the beach. The view from the balcony was beautiful and it's partially covered, which was nice for the somewhat rainy one day we had. Not disappointed that we picked this place in the least.

This is a beautiful property with views as beautiful as the photos promise. The property management did a beautiful job preparing the condo and gave exactly what was described. We will visit again!

Cannot say enough about how wonderful our stay was! Wish we could have stayed longer. Pete’s place is exactly as described and more. Beautiful location and space. Excellent amenities. Walkable to a great restaurant and a mile from a great beach access point with restrooms! (Johnson Beach State Park ) Thanks again! We would definitely stay here again!

We had an amazing time! The host was fast in responding, check in and check out were a breeze. Restaurants on the grounds were great. We enjoyed the pools and we had great beach days as well! Win win! The resort is cashless, but does take a cc or debit card most of the time as well. But we knew this going in so it wasn’t a hassle. The storage locker has everything you need for a beach day. You literally just need to show up with your swim suit! Thanks for an amazing trip especially for as last minute as we’re in booking it!

We found David's and Susan's place to be incredibly clean, comfortable and thoughtfully presented. From coffee accoutrements to throw blankets well-placed throughout, every need was anticipated and perfectly tended to. Everything was modern, clean and functional. It was truly a perfect escape. Above that, the condo was literally steps from the beach and pool. Parking was never an issue. The building was quiet and clean. We cannot wait to return!

Hi Carrie, I just want to let you know that our families (8) had a wonderful time. Your unit is beautiful, nicely furnished and updated. We loved it and just wished that we could stay couple more days. We would be back for sure. Folks, I highly recommend this place. The balcony looks out onto the gulf and the view is breathtaking. We had an absolutely amazing time. The house was beautiful. The rooms were spacious and we loved that there were enough bathrooms for each bedroom. Walking to the beach was so easy and we had such a gorgeous view out every window.We also loved being able to walk to restaurants nearby. we would absolutely stay here again. It was a 10 out of 105 star trip. Thank you so much for letting us spend our vacation in your park amazing home

The accommodations were as beautiful as the photos and then some. Very clean, and spacios. Indoor heated pool and huge jacuzzi were a hit with the family. We will definitely be back when it is warmer to enjoy more of the outdoor activities. Thank you Stephanie for your assistance it was a great long weekend stay.
