Great location, some wear and tear on the house but it's near the ocean and is to be expected. Had a few issues that were resolved in a timely matter. All in all it was a great trip

Our family stayed at Sarah's home for 3 days while we attended my niece's wedding on the beach just a few houses down. The house was perfect - plenty of room for our party of 11. We enjoyed the beach and the pool. Plenty of parking for our 3 cars. Sarah communicated proactively, and responded quickly. I highly recommend this home...and Sarah.

This beautiful and peaceful place was absolutely perfect! Having your own private beach overlooking the bay was incredible. The home was lovely and we felt right at home. Donna was very responsive to my questions and made excellent recommendations for dinner. It’s a very quiet location, but close enough to drive to the downtown area. We loved staying here and will definitely return in the future.

We spent 1-2hrs on the beach before we even entered the house! This location was perfect!! Close to NAS, 35 min from gulf shores beach for more great food options. The kids couldn’t wait to get in the water (and sand) everyday!

Great place nearly on the beach and quickly walkable to all the bars and restaurants. Clean, well-appointed, spacious. Loved the massage recliner in the living room.

This home was perfect! The beds were comfortable and clean. The bathrooms were clean and well stocked with towels. The kitchen had everything you could need, I’ve never stayed at an Airbnb that was better stocked with items to make a family meal. The gas grill was nice to cook up a few meals. The view was to die for! We brought our paddles boards and paddled up to the little restaurant and shop for an ice cream. Grocery stores are close, public beach access was about 5mins away. We will be staying here again! This house is dated but was perfect for my large family. Things to note.. bring paper towel, tp, dish pods and all toiletries.

We all enjoyed our time at their beautiful home. The home is located in a peaceful neighborhood on a quiet shore, a short drive to many attractions. The house is in great condition and had everything we needed. The morning sunrises were spectacular! If we make our way down to the gulf coast again Daniel and Christy's home will be our first choice.

We had a wonderful stay and it was right on the beach with restaurants near by we didn’t have to drive anywhere unless we wanted to! We would definitely stay there again!

Fantastic spot, the neighborhood was beautiful! House was great, with pool and hot tub. What helped the most was the hosts were responsive and flexible. When the code to get in wouldn’t work, they tried to get it resolved quickly. Hot tub problems? Over in less than an hour to fix it. I do wish some of the cleaning supplies were available - like a vacuum. But that’s about the only thing I would change.

Our family loved staying here! The hosts were outstanding, the kitchen was fully stocked, everything was spotless, and the pool was beautiful. Thoughtful touches throughout the home made our stay even more special. We can’t wait to book our next visit!

Our visit was very enjoyable! The property was comfortable, well lit inside, and the beds were wonderful. Each room had its own bathroom, which was very convenient when traveling with teenage girls. The kitchen was well supplied. Look forward to a future visit!

This was my fourth stay in Summer Salt and have stayed at 4 different houses.We enjoyed our stay at this house,we liked location and layout of the house.We would book again.

Such a beautiful home. Perfect location literally a walk across the beach. Pool was a major plus for the kids! House was very well stocked with beach and pool towels, beach toys, etc! Truly enjoyed our stay! Thanks for having us ❤️

Very nice home and it met all our needs. We were in town for a wedding. Home was in a good location to downtown Pensacola and to Pensacola beach. If in the area, we would stay there again.

It's easy to feel right at home here! We were a group of 6 and the house was perfect for all of us to sleep comfortably but still have our space. We were staying in Pensacola to visit my niece and this location was perfect so she can come back and forth from base to spend time with us. We loved how relaxing the space was, we really didn't have to leave. We mostly stayed in and enjoyed the MANY! amenities provided. The kitchen was well stocked too so cooking was easy. And nearby is a great Thai food restaurant (Thai Curry House) if you don't feel like cooking. We spent a lot of time out on the water in the kayaks, enjoyed the amazing massage chairs, and spent the evenings watching the gorgeous sunsets in the hot tub or on the pier. Being here makes you truly appreciate nature. The neighborhood is so quiet and safe. Dennis was such a gracious host and even let us extend our stay. He was also an excellent communicator, we felt very taken care of.

Beautiful home located super close to the beach. We've actually stayed in beachfront homes that had a longer walk to the shoreline than this one. Home was clean. Host is super responsive. We love Pensacola Beach, and love this home. We'd stay again for sure.

Beautiful home, plenty of necessities + a lot of extras! Loved having the pool/ tennis courts next to us. The trek to the beach was a bit of a doozy only because we had a gaggle of kids with us! But all in all Jason was wonderful to work with, great communication and willingness to make sure our stay was amazing! Definitely recommend/ will be back to OBA.

Everything was great, matched the listing completely. The private beach was amazing and the beach chairs/toys were perfect for our family. Great location away from the busier tourist area but close enough to get to quickly. Great hosts with clear information and quick responses. Would definitely book again!

If you're looking for a peaceful,beautiful,clean place that jusy feels like home this is the home for you. The host was very friendly,kind,caring,and always responds quickly. We definitely enjoyed ourselves and this home is very close to several restaurants and the beach within walking distance. We definitely will be back.

I really enjoyed staying here! I love the verticality of the home. It's great! It was easy to get in and out of the condo complex, and it's a short walk (or drive -- there's free parking along the road nearby) to the gulf side of Pensacola Beach. I had some work meetings while I was there and it took me all of 5 minutes to get from the beach back to the house. There are many restaurants and convenience stores a walk or short drive away. I love that it's on the quieter side of the island but not far away from anything. The place was clean and well stocked. We really enjoyed the balconies for having morning coffee and watching the sunset. The living room has a large couch that is very cozy. The host was very attentive and accommodating. My girlfriend arrived early, so this was a godsend because I arrived much later than planned. The only downside to our stay was some morning construction noise at an adjacent unit, which may be an issue if you have small kids or are a late riser.

I cannot rave enough about this property, it was EVERYTHING!!!! Great location, quick and easy beach access, close proximity to amenities, great eats, I mean I could go on and on. The home was beautiful and so welcoming. There was enough space and privacy for everyone. It was well equipped with everything you would need for a luxurious stay, from dishes and cookware to beach equipment. Although we only stayed for the weekend Michael always assured us that they were only a call or email away if anything went wrong. I’m definitely going to book again in the future on a more extended stay to enjoy all this property has to offer. Book your next stay at the LUX house you won’t be disappointed.

Stayed for Spring Break with 2 other families. We are already talking about coming back next year. Sand out under the house was a source of constant entertainment for all the kids, and kept rainy days from feeling gloomy. The kitchen was well stocked, and there was plenty of fridge and pantry space…which was very helpful since we cooked in most nights. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful, away from the bustle of downtown Gulf Shores. And even though there were condos right down the road, our private section of beach was calm and quiet. The Bon Secour wildlife sanctuary was beautiful, and the Ferry ride to Dauphin Island was a fun side adventure. The commercialism of Gulf Shores was a short 20 minute drive, so we felt secluded but not inconvenienced. The owners were responsive and helpful, and were quick to come by and make things right when we experienced a minor problem. Would highly recommend!
