Beautiful condo, clean and perfect location. We loved sitting on the balcony that overlooks the bay watching the sunset and all of the boats coming in every evening. The pools were relaxing and the walk to the beach wasn’t bad. Easy Instructions for check in and check out, very responsive to questions. We will definitely be coming back again!

Andy was wonderful to work with. There were some maintenance issues that he got on top of and handled. Really appreciate his help especially with a houseful of people at Christmas. Great to work with.

Look no further, book it now before someone else does. Fully stocked for long term stays. Fully. The best we have ever stayed in, by far. Dolphins every day swim past, Pelicans, Gannets, Gulls, Loons, Ducks and more. The most beautiful cloud formations and sunsets out of this world, What a wonderful place to watch the world go by. We spent January 2025 there during the record snowfall. Pristine white sand beach at the end of the private boardwalk, so readily accessible, The walk in shower in the master bedroom has me thinking about a redo at our place, it was great. Great place to relax right near the beach. Lots of nature for walks and places to drop a canoe in the water. Pool and aTomi Bar in the property is a nice plus.

My husband and I stayed here for our anniversary and we couldn’t have asked for a more romantic weekend getaway. We loved the condo and especially loved taking a nap in the sunlight from the window and watching the waves crash against the sand while we dozed off. We walked down to the beach to watch the sunset together and planned to enjoy the hot tub but it was just too cold for us this time of year. It was a lovely weekend together and the place was the cherry on top! So thankful Ken and Rhonda opened their beautiful home to us. ❤️

The host's communication was amazing! Timely feedback and some great local recommendations. The property was perfect for a couple and the amenities are simply amazing. The pool and hot tub were a great addition and the only issue I have was I wish I could stay longer. The bed is comfy and the small kitchen was perfect for the space. Keep in mind the bathroom is small but completely manageable if you communicate with your travel partner. Easy to find and easy to access. Persons with mobility issues may have some difficulties navigating the stone pavers and the multi-level backyard. The kitchen also has two steps down from the main level of the studio. Bottom line…we loved it and think you will too! Time to stop reading and book before you miss your chance. I will 100% book again when I am in the area.

Our stay with three boys and our pup was perfect for spring break. The location was perfect, everything was in walking distance yet the cottage was peaceful and private. We loved the fenced in backyard.

This was our second time staying here. It's clean and spacious. I love how close it is to the beach. The kitchen is well stocked and we were able to have a couple home cooked meals and even did a little baking! Beautiful place and another wonderful time with the family.

First and foremost, David is one of the most attentive hosts I’ve stayed with. Always reaching out, and when needed, very responsive. His spot is like being away at a secluded cabin, and you’re still 20 minutes away from the beach. I booked with him because it was pet friendly, and not only was the fenced yard a great selling point, but something he didn’t list was the quiet neighborhood that makes for a good evening walk. Not going to lie, this great review is warranted, but I wish I could keep this little gem to myself.

Highly recommend this cute cottage. My mom, my dog, and I spent the month there. East Hill is a safe and peaceful neighborhood. The cottage is close to the dog park, which is by the water and has tennis courts! It’s a short drive from downtown and the Mako Athlete CrossFit gym, where I spent a lot of my time. The shared courthouse was peaceful and very private. Terri and Stuart are very kind hosts. They’re easy to talk to, but also gave us our space. I will be back!

Had a great stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was responsive and made everything easy. Perfect location for exploring Pensacola. Would definitely stay here again!

This was my 1st time staying in an Airbnb and I must say it was a great experience! The home was exactly like the pictures, clean and comfortable.

Clare’s place was great for our family of 4. We felt like the price was right for spring break pricing for the location, which was a block off the main strip and a short walk to the beach. It was clean upon arrival, and she was willing to let us check in a few hours early since there was not a guest staying immediately prior our arrival. She was a great communicator and her response time was minimal. The AC did not kick on so we reached out. Within about 30 minutes Dave showed up to trouble shoot, and within about 45 minutes of him being there, an HVAC pro was on site. After a quick repair, the place cooled off and no more issues. We were grateful for such quick action!

We enjoyed our stay at Connie's place. The complex was in a peaceful setting on the bay but still convenient to the beach and restaurants. The convenience of the condo to the pool was a great asset - walk right outside the balcony and enjoy the pool. The complex was undergoing some renovations & repairs but Connie was great about communicating all of that with us. It did not interrupt our fun! :)

This place is literally a 2 minute walk to the beach. There were quite a few restaurants and shops well within walking distance. The reserved parking just under the condo was very handy. The upstairs bathroom door wouldn't close but my husband finagled it a bit but it was only a temporary fix. The upstairs bathtub drained extremely slow. Some of the pictures on the listing are a little deceiving, e.g., the kitchen and pool are smaller than they look. This was not an issue for us. I would DEFINITELY stay here again.

This bnb was exactly as described! Steps from the beach and so incredibly peaceful that it exceeded my expectations, even during a busy spring break season. Felt right at home!

Our family of four really enjoyed our stay! The house has plenty of space and looks just like the pictures. Great location, easily walkable to many restaurants and shops. Short drive to beautiful beaches. We’d definitely recommend it to friends!

We had a great week here for Spring Break!!!! The directions were a little off saying the office was located across the street and we never did get codes to any of the doors - however, we lived!:). We would love to stay here again! Thank you!

Plenty of space for our big group and great location! They also provide a lot of beach chairs, toys, etc, which is very nice!
