Barry's place is impeccably clean, spacious, and nicely decorated, including exposed brickwork and decor paying homage to the historic port city of Manistee. Kitchen is brand new, spotless, and well appointed with glassware, dishes , & utensils, appliances, and coffee station. As a guest, we were want for absolutely nothing. Bathroom is likewise new and spotless. Beds & bedding are very clean and comfortable. Barry provided very easy to following directions to the apartment, where to park, how to enter, and easy easy TV viewing. He rightfully suggests parking out front upon arrival to carry luggage in the front door and up (straight) stairwell into the apartment. The spiral staircase at the back where you park overnight is fine, would just be a challenge with luggage in tow. We absolutely recommend and will return. Literally the only thing we missed was eating out on the deck and watching boats & the occasional freighter passing thru the channel (we were here in March).

I greatly enjoyed my stay at Ronda's place! The bed was extremely comfortable, the kitchen well equipped, and the bathtub was a delight to use. It was a perfect space for a little weekend getaway; many restaurants and beach access within easy driving distance. There is not a ton of natural lighting, unless you leave the french door curtains open. I found having to compromise privacy for natural light to be a little disappointing, but I had a wonderful time. I would stay here again!

Very good location; only about 10 minutes from grocery stores and restaurants. Right on the edge of town as well. House was very clean and just like the photos! Definitely recommend!

Felicia's rental unit is better than the photos! :) It is peaceful, calm, and in a picturesque part of Manistee. The unit has great windows: in the kitchen, bathroom, living room, and bedroom. There is so much great natural light that makes this place feel extra special and homey. Spacious and comfortable. Comfortable bed and furniture. Incredibly well-stocked kitchen. Relaxing bathtub. I stayed here for a long weekend as a solo traveler, and I can't wait to return for another stay. It would be a great place for a longer stay as well. Felicia was a proactive and gracious host. She thoughtfully provided pasta and sauce to cook (which I used!). She also let me park in the driveway during the snowy weekend, which was much appreciated. Lovely stay! Can't sing enough praises!

We loved our stay here! Ken and Rhonda were the perfect hosts, they were very flexible with check in and check out times and available to us during our stay. The stay is in a renovated garage next to their house, but we felt like we had lots of privacy and the setting with the pond and lots of land is wonderful. Everything seemed new, clean, and comfy, with lots of games that our kid loved. We loved the location, it felt remote but was also very convenient to everything we like to do in the area!

Overall, our stay was fantastic! Abby's place was wonderful! it was tucked away in the woods/forest with the most beautiful landscape view! We thought our little place was a perfect home away from home. It was tucked away in the forest, but Abby's instructions made it easy to find! Also, an extra star for the high end bidet. 🙃

Heather's place was great for our trip to Frankfort. Well furnished, nice amenities, short walk to all the things on main st. and the beach as well. Enjoyed sitting on the porch watching the boats in Betsie Lake.

Our second winter ski vacation at Don and Denise’s. Wonderful hosts that truly go out of their way to help their guests. Their space is very comfortable with beautiful view of Crystal Lake and close to all the ski trails of Crystal mountain. A perfect up north get away for our family. All the amenities and games for the kids, with a hot tub to soak in after a fun day on the slopes. We plan to be back next season.

Meg and Rita should be elevated to above “Superhost”. The little pink house is clean quiet and nicely decorated. All hosts should be as responsive and thoughtful. Every wall switch was labeled to let me know which switch operated each particular light or room. AND every wall socket was fitted with an adapter outlet which was so helpful when traveling with multiple chargers for multiple devices. A great stay. I will definitely stay again.

This is our second visit for our annual mom's getaway, and once again, we were impressed. Jeff is an incredible host, and the home is immaculate and conveniently located near town. The living room fireplace adds a cozy ambiance, and the hot tub provided relaxation after a fun day of shopping downtown. The rooms are cozy, and the fire pit in the backyard along with the yard games are delightful features. Unfortunately, it was a bit too cold and windy this trip to fully enjoy them. Thank you for hosting us again this year!

Frederick was responsive and helpful. The house was great. Comfortable and clean. It was the perfect house to sit around and talk with family.

We had a great stay with our two dogs. The house was in pristine condition with a nice fenced in yard and a space to sit outside. In very close proximity to beaches including a dog friendly beach as well as several local dog friendly restaurants. The house is in a quiet residential area but is a five minute drive from anywhere you want to go.

We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb while attending a tournament with competitions in both Norton Shores and Grand Haven. The location was perfect—convenient to both venues. We traveled as a group of 2 moms and 2 teens, and it was the right size for us. The kids had several board games to choose from in the basement activities room. The yard would be perfect in the warm season. The home was beautifully decorated, making it feel warm and inviting from the moment we arrived. Everything was spotless, and we really appreciated the fresh bread from a local bakery waiting for us in the kitchen. The kitchen itself was well-stocked with everything we needed. Communication was excellent—the host responded quickly to any questions, and we really appreciated the flexibility of a late checkout. Overall, everything was wonderful, and we'd definitely stay here again!

Jennifer’s place was centrally located, less than 20 minutes from everything we wanted to do in Grand Rapids. This is definitely a busy neighborhood, which didn’t bother us at all but others might want a white noise machine for sleep. The house was very well stocked with the essentials and comfortable! We would definitely stay here again.

We had an absolute blast staying at "In The Woods"! It exceeded all our expectations—honestly, the pictures don’t quite capture how amazing it is. The property offered perfect privacy, and both the interior and exterior were fantastic. Just a quick heads-up for anyone towing a trailer: the dirt roads leading in can be a bit bumpy and slow. Other than that, everything was perfect, and we couldn’t be happier with our choice.

Excellent stay for our family. We try to visit family in Ludington on the Fourth of July every so often and this was a wonderful location. Rachel and the co-hosts were very responsive. Our family had a wonderful stay and from our experience in the area I can say that it was good value as well as Ludington gets very over priced and crowded on the Fourth of July, whereas Hamlin is more peaceful and comfortable. The condo was spacious and nicely furnished. It’s a little hard to get a three level to be the most comfortable temperature for everyone but that is just a problem for any three level structure. Plenty of kayaks and paddle boards for amusement and the teepee with the fire pit was nice as well. We would happily stay again if they would have us.

The condo was beautiful and very clean! It was super easy to find and get in/out of. There was plenty to do on the property and nearby!

Book it!! This is the PERFECT spot for a romantic getaway or solo relaxation vacation. The building is nice and quiet, with a lovely lake out back that often had swans and frogs that called at night. My fiancé and I couldn’t get out of the hot tub on the covered balcony out back. It’s perfect for two, and the balcony shields the tub nicely from the elements so we didn’t mind the cold. There’s even an electric fireplace to help warm back up. The rest of the condo was nice and clean. The area is convenient for Traverse City without the traffic. The owner was very pleasant and check in/out was easy. We had an amazing time!

Wonderful! Charlie and Suzy’s place was very clean and perfect views! The fireplace is such a nice touch and our family had a great time in the heated pool and hot tub! We loved watching the surfers that were braving the cold water! Would definitely stay again!

We had an amazing stay here over New Year’s Eve! It was the perfect location and we felt right at home! The condo was clean and had everything we needed. All of the appliances as well as the washer and dryer were clean and the extra blankets and linens were great to have on extra cold nights! We are local to the area and wanted to stay close to downtown. This is definitely a condo we will rent again in the future. We did have a few questions during our stay and they were really quick at responding and very friendly. The condo overall felt very much like home and had lots of extra comforts such as pillows, blankets, board games etc and didn’t at all feel like a bare bones kind of Air B &B.
