El lugar es bastante cómodo y luce completamente igual a las fotos. Las anfitrionas estuvieron muy pendientes y nos permitieron hacer early check-in. A pesar de tener las ventanas acústicas, el ruido en la noche es importante. El resto de condiciones fueron satisfactorias

Sebastian es muy amable, siempre estuvo atento y el lugar es muy cerca al terminal de Pereira lo que hace fácil movilizarse a todos los planes.

I had a wonderful stay at Alexandra's apartment with my girlfriend for a week. The hospitality was excellent, and everything was just as expected. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, making our stay very pleasant. The only minor downside is that, since it's located on a main avenue, there can be some noise from bars and clubs on the weekends. However, this was not a big issue for us, as we still had a great time overall. I truly appreciate Alexandra's hospitality and would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable stay. Thank you for everything!

super tolles Apartment im Zentrum von Pereira mit allem was man braucht. Ich danke Lina María für den tollen Service, die Gastfreundlichkeit und die tolle Kommunikation. Das nächste Mal wenn ich in Pereira bin, werde ich wieder dieses Apartment buchen. Besten Dank für alles!

La buscamos a las 10:00 pm y su respuesta fue inmediata, disposición completa, el lugar estaba perfecto, es una calle discreta pero alrededor y a pocas calles hay de todo, bares, restaurantes, farmacias, tiendas... de todo, en una palabra, "GENIAL"

El alojamiento es tal cual como aparece en las fotos y descripción, es muy bonito, limpio, ordenado, y se encuentra en una zona tranquila y cerca la universidad. Yakir siempre respondió a todas las dudas que me surgieron tanto a la llegada como salida del lugar. Sin duda, volvería a rentarlo.

Estuvo atento a la llegada, limpio y bien situado. Recomendable.

Excelente lugar tal cual las fotos, la Sra Claudia excelente anfitrion muy amigable, responde rapidamente, el apto es muy comodo y lindo, excelente lugar, cuenta con parqueadero si vas en vehículo.

Alejandro’s place is beautiful and spacious also very clean, location is great within walking distance of bus terminal and few shops and restaurants. Alejandro gave us clear instructions for checking in and was attentive if anything needed. Nothing was needed as he provides everything in the apartment, Adriana was super friendly too and keeps the place pristine.

It’s a nice place located in the best area of the city, the apartment looks really good. I highly recommend this place if you’re traveling with a partner.

The place was exactly as advertised. Convenient location for the center of the city. The Waze directions link from AirBnB did not get me to the location. I ended up using google maps which worked perfect. The lobby desk is 24 hours. The room was a little noisy but I slept OK. Also there was no dishsoap for washing my dishes and no laundry soap for the washer but easily solved using Rappi!

Place is as described! Very nice and comfy place. Johanna is very nice, a great communicator and will assist you with anything that you need. This is a hidden gem! Highly recommended. Will definitely come back!

El lugar es cómodo, limpio, organizado. Las instrucciones fueron claras por parte de Pedro, en el sector existen varios establecimientos para comprar lo que necesites, el ingreso fácil, súper recomendado ☺️

Séjour de 5 nuits. 4 personnes. Endroit sécurisé avec gardien et possibilité de garer une voiture sans problème. La communication avec Carolina a été super autant pour l arrivée que durant le séjour. Appartement bien conçu, et très propre. Je recommande vivement autant pour l appartement que pour son hôtesse. Merci encore.

En términos generales la estadía fue buena. Lugar bien ubicado, seguro y con muchos restaurantes y zonas bonitas en el entorno. El apartamento muy aseado, amplio y con buena dotación en la cocina. Aspectos por mejorar: 1. Tuvimos que esperar más de 1 hora para hacer el ingreso (respecto al horario establecido de las 3 PM) y 2. Se necesita más velocidad por parte del anfitrión en la respuesta de los mensajes.

Me hospedé con mi esposa y está súper recomendado, Catalina fue de mucha ayuda muy formal cuando vuelva a Pereira espero hospedarme de nuevo gracias.
