Perissa : locations de vacances en bord de mer

Maro is a great host, she was very helpful with every single of my questions, we had a nice welcome treat !! The villa is beautiful and the view amazing, best place to rest and enjoy Santorini. I do recommend Maro 100 % !!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans le Studio Kamara qui est très bien placé à 5min de la plage, des restaurants, du supermarché et également des départs pour les activités proposées sur l'île. Kamara nous a facilité notre arrivée et également notre départ en réservant les taxis pour nous. elle nous a également aidé à réserver les activités de trip en bateau et de quad en dernière minute. Elle a été très disponible, réactive et de non conseil. Le studio correspond à la description et très bien décoré. Le bonus pour le jacuzzi privatif qui fait du bien. Je recommande le logement. Merci pour le séjour.

The host is so nice and answer my questions so fast. The place has a beautiful beach view and plenty of room for five people. Everything is clean, well-equipped, and exactly as described in the listing and shown in the pictures. We will comeback.

Arsenios has been such a warm and loving host. Taking care to ensure we are ok and going extra miles for us. Easy going and sweet One extraordinary host indeed. Place is superb and view is peaceful and calm. Bus stop just a short walk outside. Great location:)

È stata la mia prima volta a Santorini e senza dubbio ci tornerei, oltre che per la meraviglia del posto, anche per l’ospitalità di Markos e Petros! L’appartamento è molto carino, ben attrezzato, pulitissimo e molto vicino alla spiaggia di Perissa. Una zona molto tranquilla ideale per chi cerca puro relax. Al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato prodotti locali da assaggiare e acqua fresca in frigo, una manna dopo il viaggio. Per qualsiasi richiesta Markos è stato sempre disponile, ci ha consigliato i ristoranti, i posti da vedere, l’auto da noleggiare…tutto organizzato alla perfezione! Se andate a Perissa consiglio assolutamente di soggiornare qui, posto stupendo e Markos e Petros host strepitosi! Bravi davvero. A presto!

A very big thank you to Antonis for his very nice welcome, despite us not speaking Greek and his limited English. We had a great stay. The studio is very well located and quiet, and a short walk from the sea. The bikes were an unexpected bonus that we took advantage of. Couldn't have been better. We were very well received by Antonis (and later met gis partner Dora) who are great people, of great generosity and a lot of humanity. They guided us very well during our stay. If you have the opportunity to go to their studio for your vacation, you won't be disappointed! We were there in December and felt like we had all of Perissa to ourselves. Villa Waves 2 was a great place for us to spend a few days in Santorini. The area was convenient for us, being the first timer to visit this island. The apartment is within a private walled villa, the style of building on this island. The walkway from the front gate entrance (which is shared by multiple properties) is steep, but that was not out of ordinary or caused any issues. It's about 150 feet from the gate entrance to your room, and we are >60 and handled fine. The pool is also a great amenity, and it is about 50 feet from the property yard. We enjoyed the pool facility, and found it to be private, clean, and well maintained (we were surprised with some previous negative reviews - perhaps there were other issues with those guests, but we didn't find the pool amenity as a negative).

From the airport pick up right through until we're dropped off back at the airport, we had an amazing stay. Super friendly, welcoming and helpful. The location is great, short walk to the beach, with a little supermarket close by, as well as buses to take you all over the island. Our room was perfect! Hot shower, fresh clean linen every day. We spent time by the pool on the comfy sunloungers which were a perfect sun spot! Can't recommend this place enough!!! You will feel right at home and be well looked after. Highly recommended!!!!! Matches up to all the other 5 star reviews in every respect.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour au Rodakas Hotel, avec deux jeunes enfants, avec piscine très agréable, petit déjeuner en supplément de grande qualité, accès supérette et restaurants proches à pied, plage sympathique après marche en pente sur une dizaine de minutes. Personnel serviable de bons conseils, ambiance familiale bien agréable et un remerciement spécifique au barman pour son temps accordé pour qq parties d'échec avec notre fils aîné !

Logement qui correspond parfaitement à la description ! Transport organisé par Aggeletos (40€ aller et 40€ retour) qui s’est parfaitement déroulé. A 5min à pieds d’une plage de sable noir et à moins de 5min d’un petit supermarché et d’un arrêt de bus, pratique pour se rendre à Firá.

The villa was perfect. Great location next to the sea with a fantastic pool and peaceful garden. It had a well stocked kitchen, three good sized bedrooms and a really comfortable lounge. The hosts were amazing. They had stocked the fridge with the basics meaning we didn't have to go and do a shop as soon as we arrived and they were incredibly helpful and proactive in their recommendations. The local village had excellent restaurants, a small supermarket and bar all within easy walking distance as well as a good beach. The area itself is not as touristy as some of the other places on the island, but everywhere is an easy drive and it was actually very pleasant to return home away from the crowds. I absolutely recommend this villa. We had a fabulous holiday there.

This place was amazing! Great modern house with a lot of room for a couple. The location is great because it is walking distance from the beach and the strip and it is also very private. The breakfast included was amazing and made the trip even better for us. The best thing my husband and I have to say about this host is that my husband actually left a pair of very expensive glasses in the safe. Argyris found the glasses that we thought we’d never see again and sent them all the way back to us in the United States. This made us very happy so he is definitely someone you can trust. 100% recommend staying here!

This Airbnb was amazing! Great, friendly, helpful and amazing service. I would recommend for a girls trip, a guy's trip or a family trip. Our house manager was truly outstanding. Not only was the home immaculate she provided excellent care for not only myself but my party of 11! Truly a once in a lifetime experience

Logement impeccable, bien équipé, très propre et bien agencé, hôte accueillante et réactive, Le seul petit bémol a été la route passante, nous pensions être un peu dans un cadre un peu plus reculé avec la mer en contrebas mais rien à dire sur le logement en lui même, la place de parking était très pratique!

They were wonderful hosts! The place was nice in Kamari and off of Oia and the other elevated portions of Santorini so there was an easy access to the beach and a nice beach town.

Loizos was an incredible host at his beautiful home in Kamari. We were just a short walk to the beach and many shops and restaurants. The location was quiet but close enough to everything you wanted. We rented a car for a week from Loizos for a great price. The island is very easy to navigate in a car and glad we rented it. Recommend the beach area by the mountain for the best swimming. Can be rocky if you swim near some of the restaurants. Great stay!!

Very spacious flat, a few meters away from the best beach! The flat was clean and quiet and yet close to everything you need. The car park in the front of the flat is also very helpful. All in all very good value for money. The air con works very welll too, definitely a bonus :-) The host is great, super helpful, and he also provides a taxi service, which was very useful as we arrived by ferry and had to collect the car from the airport. All in all I would give the flat a 7/10 as a couple of things could be improved: the shower head is broken, the fridge is incredibly small and the terrace could do with plants to make it more inviting, but I would definitly recommend the flat & the host and would happily book it again!

Nous avons séjourné 6 nuits à Kamari à la fin du mois d'octobre et avons passé une excellente semaine. Le logement est idéal, propre et spacieux. L'extérieur est très sympa également. Notre hôte nous a renseigné sur ce que nous pouvions faire sur l'ile. Top ! Le petit bémol de Kamari réside dans les avions qui atterrissent à proximité mais fin octobre il y en a peu. Nous n'avions pas de voiture mais le service de bus est très pratique.

Logement au calme, avec belle vue mer au bout du jardin. Très bien pour deux mais prévoir une voiture ou un quad pour visiter. Très propre , bien équipé et literie confortable. Plage à 150 mètres de galets, prévoir chaussures de baignade. Propriétaire juste à côté mais calme et discret

The place exceeded our expectations in every way. This was a beautiful location with beach access to what felt like our own private beach since there were only a few occasional people there at any point. We were there in late April. Adriana (the hostess) arranged taxis for us to and from the airport since our flights were early morning and late at night. We used the public bus to get around the island on other days. There is a hike to ancient Thira nearby so that is something we did. The place was well designed and beautiful! The courtyard surrounding it is also beautiful and the view of the beach and mountain from the balcony is breathtaking. There was an authentic Greek restaurant within walking distance that we would have gone back to if we stayed longer. We felt at home and would stay here again in a heartbeat. I highly recommend!

This villa was amazingly beautiful and spacious. It is right on the water and the treat of hearing the waves and looking at the ocean was wonderful. The garden is beautiful with lots of places to sit and enjoy the view (thought it was mostly cold and rainy when we were there - so our view gazing was only from the hot tub usually). The villa is well furnished and lovely inside with plenty of space and amenities. Ioakim is so kind and met us when we arrived with cake and food for the night and breakfast so we didn't have to go out right away. You need a car to stay here but with a car, it is a great base location being 10 minutes from Fira, 15 from Oia, and at most 30 minutes from anywhere else we wanted to go. This was probably the best airbnb we've ever stayed in and we stay in airbnbs often all over the world!

La casa è molto bella ed è arredata con gusto raffinato. Affaccia con due balconi su un litorale non frequentato, col mare a 30 mt separato da una strada chiusa su cui praticamente non c'è transito. Non manca di nulla: aria condizionata, cucina attrezzata ( microonde, tostapane e macchina del caffè che per noi italiani è fondamentale), cassaforte, lavastovigle e lavatrice. Dal balcone, per i più mattinieri, si ammirano i colori dell'alba con la sfera del sole che sorge dal mare mentre si fa colazione. I balconi sono vivibili, arredati con divanetti e tavolino, assolati solo al mattino e poi all'ombra fino a sera. Infine, Elisabet è una persona solare, simpatica, premurosa e precisa, comunicativa sia via email che direttamente (parla molto bene inglese). E' stato un piacere conoscere lei e la sua casa meravigliosa.

I arrived and I greeted with a warm welcome from the family !! I offered a lot of help with my luggage and everyone was so nice and friendly, and especially eager to make sure my stay would be unforgettable since I was celebrating my birthday there. Adriana was very nice 😊 and she even went above and beyond and asked the local restaurant that I was going to visit for my birthday dinner to make sure they took care of me by driving me home because it was going to be dark , and the whole experience was very pleasant and I felt just like part of the family. Thank you all for such a lovely time ..

Il soggiorno presso villa Antel è stato splendido, la casa molto bella , specialmente lo spazio fuori, e dotata di ogni confort. La nostra host molto accogliente, premurosa e capace di soddisfare ogni nostra richiesta. Consiglio di soggiornare qui a tutti !
