Nice place close to the center of Locarno. Friendly host who let us check-in early and check out late.

Eine extrem freundliche, hilfsbereite, gechillte und emphatische Gastgeberin hat unseren Aufenthalt in dem sehr gut ausgestatteten Appartement angenehm gemacht. Wir haben den sensationellen Ausblick und die vielen Haustiere ( zwei knuffige Dackel und vier ?süße Katzen ) sehr geliebt. Gewöhnungsbedürftig war die Anfahrt auf den letzten 600 Metern und die Stufen zum Appartement. Der Pool ist geschmackvoll und toll angelegt. Aufgrund des für diese Jahreszeit allerdings recht schlechten Wetters wurde er von uns wenig genutzt. Restaurants etc sind fußläufig nicht ohne weiteres erreichbar! Es gibt zwar einen Fußweg nach Gravedona, aber mit vollem Bauch stell ich mir das nicht so toll vor. Aber man kann, wenn man sich im Iperal in Dongo versorgt hat (am besten auf der Hinfahrt schon) dort wunderbar kochen und speisen. Wir können die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall empfehlen! Danke Silvia!!

Ottimo appartamento in centro a Lecco! Soluzione molto comoda per stare in città e per spostarsi.

We loved our stay at Benedetta’s place! It had everything we needed, included a fully stocked kitchen so we could make dinners. It is so cute and cosy, the roof is beautiful, and the view just outside the big doors was gorgeous. Right by the lake and an easy walk to the town, ferry port, and Villa del Balbianello it was the perfect location.

Отличная квартира. Мы приезжали на фестиваль - расположение шикарное, все рядом. Есть магазины, рестораны, пешком до кинофестиваля. Можно гулять вдоль озера. Из квартиры потрясающий вид. Достаточно тихо. В квартире есть все необходимое - фен, утюг, стиральная машина, кофе машина, вся посуда и оборудование чистое и практически новое. Также мы были с детьми - рядом есть хорошая детская площадка. Все очень понравилось. Большое спасибо!

Wir verbrachten 3 Nächte in der Unterkunft. Es war alles top. Auch das Bettsofa war sehr bequem. Wir wurden mit einer Flasche Rotwein, Blumen und Schokolade begrüsst. Wir fühlten uns total wohl mit unseren 3-jährigen Zwillingen. Sie liebten es auf dem Balkon zu spielen. :-) Die Aussicht ist total schön. Die Wohnung war sehr kühl, trotz heissem, feuchtem Wetter. Das Einzige, was aber die Unterkunft keinen Einfluss hat, war, dass wir lieber mit dem Auto angereist wären. Mit Kleinkindern erreicht man dann das Zentrum von Muralto, Locarno oder Ascona oder das Maggiatal nur mit Bus/Zug. Bushaltestelle ist zwar nur 2-5min. zu Fuss entfernt, für uns als Familie mit Kleinkindern dann aber doch etwas umständlich, weil wir immer auf den Fahrplan angewiesen waren. Auch ein kaputtes Glas (durch Kind runtergefallen), war für Esther und Michael kein Problem. Vielen Dank. ♡ Wir kommen wieder!

Abbiamo passato con una coppia di amiche un bel capodanno. L’appartamento è ancora più bello di quanto mostrato nelle foto. Vista incredibile sul lago, arredato con gusto, letti comodi, silenzioso, stufa che fa atmosfera.Vicino ci sono passeggiate molto belle ed in una ventina di minuti si arriva al lago. Eva Maria e’ stata gentile e reattiva. Sicuramente toneremo.

This place was perfect. Exactly as described. There were only two of us, so we had plenty of space. But four could easily have enjoyed this space as well. Incredibly clean and well kept. We loved the glass enclosed space and balcony. You could draw the curtains for privacy if needed. The glass at the top allowed you to see the night sky and the stars. Plenty of spaces outside for two hour parking and a parking lot that was 3-5 minute walk if we needed to leave the car for longer. The roads leading to the apartment are a little windy, but once we found it, it wasn't complicated at all and we got our bearings very quickly. Quiet neighborhood, close to the castles, the river, and shopping (all within 7 minutes or less driving). Highly recommended.

Tiszta szép ingatlan. Felszerelt minden amire szükségünk volt megtalálható volt. Az ágyat kicsit kenyelmetlennek találtuk.

La disponibilità, l’attenzione e la gentilezza di Laura sono qualità fondamentali per rendere l’esperienza di soggiorno a Vimercate davvero interessante e piacevole. Ancora prima di prenotare ho avuto modo di conoscere le qualità dell’host, la quale è riuscita a darmi informazioni preziose per il mio viaggio, qualità che si sono confermate una volta giunto sul posto. Sicuramente sarà un riferimento in futuro se ne dovessi avere bisogno.

Wir haben als Familie mit zwei Erwachsenen und einem Kind ein paar wunderschöne Tage in dieser Wohnung verbracht. Die Lage in Losone ist ideal, ruhig und entspannt, gleichzeitig aber super angebunden: Mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln ist man in wenigen Minuten in Ascona oder Locarno. Perfekt, um die Region zu erkunden! Die Wohnung selbst war bei unserer Ankunft sehr sauber und gepflegt. Besonders gut hat uns der moderne Duplex-Stil gefallen , das war für uns mal etwas ganz Neues und hat der Unterkunft einen besonderen Charme verliehen. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und können die Wohnung absolut weiterempfehlen.

Es war alles wie angekündigt. Gut isoliert ist die Wohnung nicht (wir haben kalte Tage und eine Zeit erwischt, in der nebenan ab 7 Uhr Bauarbeiten im Gang waren), aber dafür kann ja keiner was. Sehr preiswert jedenfalls!

Abbiamo soggiornato presso questo appartamento per un evento al Legend. Posizione assolutamente strategica. Oltretutto comoda per raggiungere centro e stazione. Antonino è stato molto gentile e risponde ai messaggi con precisione e velocemente. Eravamo due coppie, siamo stati davvero bene! Assolutamente consigliato!

Die Wohnung ist seh schön. Man hat eine Stunde am Tag einen privaten Spa. Die Wohnung liegt eine kleine Bergstraße vom Ort See entfernt. Die Fahrt an den See dauert ca 15 Minuten. Zu Fuß ist der Weg nicht zu empfehlen.

L alloggio di Sara&Marco è un piccolo gioiello ambiente tenuto benissimo e pulito, le grandi vetrate danno una bella luce. Il parcheggio interno è un plus molto gradito. Gentili e disponibili gli host. Molto bello lo spazio esterno dove rilassarsi . Ho trovato un posto fisso dove state nelle mie trasferte

View is incredible, apartment in a great location with free garage use. Would 100% recommend a car if you stay here! All the hosts are great and very responsive, would definitely come back!

Just returned after a long weekend here with our two children. The views at this property were unbelievable and were the absolute highlight of the accomodation. Andrea was incredibly friendly, informative and supportive with any help we required. I would recommend hiring a car if you're staying here, we don't think we'd have managed it with the children and it would have left us feeling isolated. Be aware that if you're going with children that it can feel quite cosy and not much space. However, the outdoor terrace had plenty of space and was safe and secure. The lesireu facilities were okay, would benefit from some maintenance but it helped to give the children something to do in an evening. A local restaurant nearby but mostly requiring transport. Varenna is absolutely stunning and a must see, the Lovers Walk, the Lakes Bakery and just watching the world go by at the Lake was amazing. Definitely a trip for beautiful sites and slow living. My partner and I had a fantastic 3-night stay at Silvia's apartment in Como. The location is perfect - a stone's throw from everything you need, including wonderful restaurants and the harbour where the ferry leaves from. The flat itself is very well designed, quiet and cosy, with a beautiful aesthetic and a bathtub with jets. Silvia communicated well throughout and sent us a detailed list of recommendations. Highly recommend!

Lisa's place is located in the heart of Como, making it the perfect place for a stay, to get around the city, or to just unwind at the end of the day. Having the TV and fiber internet was a great advantage for those planning to do some work while on vacation, and was a great place for our family. Among the many beautiful places in Como, there are many nice playgrounds for small children, excellent shopping and dining options nearby, which make it very convenient for guests to stay there. I would highly recommend it, and I will definitely use it on my next visit to Como.
