Stayed for one night, house was super clean and comfortable, exactly as described. Got there late at night, but the host was really responsive to my questions. All the airconds and TV worked fine, no issues. Quiet and peaceful area since it’s in a taman perumahan. Totally worth it, would love to stay again!

Best homestay we’ve stayed in in Perlis. Very new and clean. Aircon in all bedrooms. Full facilities! Which was such a convenience for us as we stayed for a week - we were able to do laundry, iron, cook etc. location is great - between Arau station and kangar. Host was very easy to communicate with. Would love to stay here again in the future.

Had a great stay here at Aisyah’s Homestay. Strategic location and peaceful surroundings. The amenities listed are in good condition and matched the pictures shown. Surely will have a stay here again in the future 😇

Excellent for large pax stay and short distance (about 10mins) to Dewan 2020 for convention. Also within the city for retail and eateries. Will definitely come again for future event/s. Maggie and Kent are wonderful hosts, brought us a carton of festive orange as a welcome gesture :)

We decided to go Perlis after a drive around Alor Setar, it was a short trip with kids during school holiday. Quickly browse AirBnB app and found this unit, in just less than an hour we settled in. I send a text Dr Amani first and she told me to contact Mr Zaini. Mr Zaini responded and gave us location, which is diagonally across Giant mall. How convenient! The unit is on first floor of shop lot, there are eatery outlets below and nearby, a self service dry clean shop… The unit is comfortable, just nice for us family. Fully equipped with ac and fan, water heater, washing machine, kitchen…but no WiFi. It’s windy at night, can sit at balcony to enjoy the quiet night.

Cukup utk keluarga 5-6 orang selesa. Semua peralatan asas disediakan . Swmua penghawa dingin berfungsi dengan baik. Boleh datang lagi

Just that the apartment is facing the afternoon sun. Not a problem at all. As soon as you switched on the aircon the house is cool. You will be able to see gunung kerian from the balcony. Nice view. Very private place. Have not tried the pool.

Overall, a good place for family or friends of up to 6 pax and in my opinion, adequately maintained. Aircon is available in all 3 bedrooms while the dining and living area have it's own ceiling fan respectively.

Clean, complete with amenities that makes the place feels like home. Even have a first aid kit, sewing kit, washing machine, fridge, and all the basics of a perfect home. Most importantly it has a praying room! Also the living room has a proper and comfortable sofa (unlike the pics).
