The homestay is big and spacious. We booked for 13 people (but ended up with 10 as my parents didn't sleep there) and it was very comfortable. The homestay is beside a paddy field, and the view is superb. The sunrise is very calming, and the sunset view is beautiful. All rooms and the living room have air conditioning. The pool has 2 section; the shallow section is suitable for small children who cannot swim (but make sure there's an adult supervising). The WiFi is stable, with Njoi & Netflix available. The owners, Mr. Amin & Mrs. Dila, are very kind and will reply to your queries promptly. Highly recommend to all.

Overall, a pleasant stay at the homestay! The location was great, and we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The swimming pool was perfect for kids, and the spacious car park area was a big plus. The homestay itself was decent, with a bedroom and a sofa bed in the living area. Although we couldn’t use the sofa bed, the host was very accommodating and provided a tatami mat as a replacement, which was thoughtful. The host was really attentive and made sure we had a good experience. While there’s a bit of room for improvement. One small suggestion for improvement would be to provide a bit more communication about the condition of the unit beforehand, as we weren't aware of some minor damage prior to check-in. It would have been helpful to know in advance. Overall, it was a good stay, and we would recommend it!

Pool besar tempat pun bersih,just i thought 1 big house and the other unit just an extra room,but this PT 2 different unit not the whole big house,average space and 4 rooms,Hope soon u will provide towel as well,because some of us tak bawa spare towel,🥹Else , everything was great and The view was breathtaking from the pool,Proper set bbq ,The Host very nice and quick respond.🤍

My friends & me recently had a wonderful stay at Baan Suan With Pool in Kangar, Perlis. Rohaya was a fantastic host, even though she was away during my visit. Her dad, Pak Rais, took great care of us, and Rohaya kept in touch through phone calls to ensure everything was perfect. The communication was excellent. Rohaya provided clear directions and recommended local spots for shopping, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The house itself was spotless, and I loved the serene atmosphere. Baan Suan is beautifully surrounded by the famous Harumi Manis mango plantations. Although it was off-season during my visit, Pak Rais mentioned that the best time to enjoy the mangoes is in June. Overall, my friends & I had a delightful experience, and I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to relax in a peaceful rural environment in Kangar. Thank you, Rohaya and Pak Rais, for your hospitality.

The rooms were clean, comfortable and simple deco but its nice. Kids like the pool. The place near and easy to find a restaurant and near to Alor Setar town. We only stayed 1 night , if anyone plan to cook all stuff is there just bring what you want to cook. Again, thank you En Nasrul.
