Nikollaq was a very responsive and helpful host. The house was superbly located, near the castle and within easy walking distance of a host of restaurants and bars. Highly recommend.

We hebben een geweldig mooie tijd gehad. De eigenaren waren ontzettend aardig. De accommodatie is zoals omschreven staat.

Le logement est en pleine nature dans un environnement magnifique. Attention l’accès est un long chemin rocailleux assez raide et hasardeux, mais on a pu monter en voiture jusqu’à la maison. La propriétaire habite juste à côté et nous a accueilli dès notre arrivée et nous a apporté un petit chauffage électrique portatif sur demande. Les lits étaient agréables, nous avons bien dormi, et les 3 salles de bain sont très pratiques ! Nous avons adoré notre petite soirée au calme dans ce havre de paix. En partant le lendemain la propriétaire adorable nous a apporté du fromage et des beignets qu’elle venait de cuisiner ! Petit bémol : nous avions choisi cet airbnb car il est noté dans l’annonce que le canyon est à 30 minutes en voiture hors il est à plus d’une heure, nous avons du changer nos plans malheureusement.

Albana is a really excellent host. She is exceptionally friendly and helpful. She welcomed us with coffee and sweet treats, and was responsive when we had questions, and gave us tips about the local area. She had even made some jam for us, which we enjoyed for breakfast. The apartment is great - exactly as described, with a beautiful courtyard under a grapevine that is nice to sit and read. It is in the perfect location to explore the old town. Fantastic value for money. We will definitely stay with Albana again if we visit Gyrokaster in future.

A perfect place - especialy for traditional, rural style lovers. Quiet and nice. The beds are very clean and comfortable. The way to the beach is rather difficult to walk. Theodora is very kind and helpful. When she is not around, her neighbours Felleza and Mili care for the place and are willing to help.

Heel prettig verblijf gehad! Het huisje ligt perfect in het oude centrum vlakbij alle leuke restaurants en barretjes! Goed beloopbaar en van alles te zien! Zeker een aanrader, ik zou er zo nog een keer heen gaan!

Das Apartment war super sauber und die Möbel neu. Drini war ein toller Gastgeber, immer hilfsbereit, gut erreichbar und freundlich! Die Wohnung liegt unweit oder auf Mountainbike-Strecken und Wanderwegen, auch Restaurants und das kleine Zentrum des Ortes sind nahe. Wir waren im Winter da und da die Klimaanlagen in den Schlafzimmern sind, hat es etwas gedauert, bis das Wohnzimmer warm war, außerdem bleibt der Boden etwas kalt, da dieser gefliest ist. Trotzdem eine sehr schöne Unterkunft, die wir gerne weiter empfehlen!

The place was fantastic and we felt right at home for a month. The location is quite good, the apartment is cozy and spacious, and the owners are attentive and kind! Highly recommend it if in Gjirokaster!

Lukovë ist ein sehr ruhiger, malerischer, vom Tourismus noch unberührter Ort. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem alten Haus, ist aber innen sehr schön renoviert und eingerichtet. Sehr gute Klimaanlage. Der Ausblick vom Balkon ist fantastisch, man muss von dort unbedingt einen Sonnenuntergang erleben. Das Auto kann man gut in der Straße unterhalb des Hauses parken und dann in zwei Minuten zum Haus gehen. Marseda war sehr gut erreichbar und die Kommunikation mit ihr sehr herzlich. Faleminderit!

Fijn verblijf gehad! We waren er 1 nachtje. Leuke straatjes bij de Bazaar met lekkere eettentjes en marktje. Enige nadeel is dat je veel moet “klimmen” de paadjes gaan allemaal omhoog, dus vermoeiend hahaha Goed contact met Dejvi, hij reageert snel en hij gaf ook nog tips voor restaurants en dingen om te bekijken of om te doen. Dankjewel Dejvi!

Very nice apartment with a great host who helped us a lot when we had car trouble

Our driver from Tirana got lost but the host helped him find his way on the phone and walked to the town square to meet us AND and carried my bag the whole way back. Our room was GORGEOUS in an absolutely immaculate building. Our host was available every morning at breakfast with a chat and local tips. The rooms were super tidy and comfortable. Honestly I can’t say enough about this place and these people. I wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else if we get to come back to Gjirokaster. L❤️VE this place!!!

Pasamos un muy buen día en el piso, fue muy atento con nosotros, dándonos recomendaciones locales para comer, visitar y siempre pendiente de nosotros haciéndonoslo todo muy fácil. Lo recomendaría 100%

We felt so welcome and immediately at home during our stay. Lorenz, the host’s son, was incredibly sweet and helpful. He spoke perfect English, which was so helpful. The house was exactly as described, tidy and clean. We would definitely come back to stay and recommend it to anyone else.
