This appartment has everything one could need for a family vacation. Irene is also a great and helpful host. The area around the appartment complex is somewhat quiet. There are few (good) restaurants etc around. You will need a car to get to any nicer places.

Very nice house with everything you need as base camp for snorkling from the Mimosa beach (few minutes walk) or Green bay (less than 10 minuter walk). We met sea turtles almost everything day :)

I recently stayed at this apartment and had a great experience. The place was clean, modern, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect — close to shops, restaurants. We had a beautiful view on the lake and sea. The host- Annabelle was very friendly and responsive, always ready to help with anything I needed. I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone visiting the area and would be happy to stay here again!

Great appointment for the price, just 500m to the beach and because it’s just a few metres off the main road you get the peace when your in and all the local restaurants and shops just around the corner. Kyriakos is always at hand whenever you need anything and one thing that I didn’t see mentioned was there is wi-fi in the apartment. All in all we enjoyed our holiday and being so close to our favourite beach made our stay so much easier.

Beautiful, cozy, peaceful, high standard flat with nice spacious balcony and pool outside. Within 10 minute there is a beach with a nice path along the coast. There is also a supermarket Lidl close by. The flat was clean and you've got everything you need inside like at your home. Angela was very friendly and responsive. She provided us with some useful information what to do in Cyprus where to eat etc. Having a host like Angela means hassle free, enjoyable holiday in Cyprus. Thank you 🙏 Bear in mind that in the winter time if the temperature outside at night drops to around 5° or less you need to press a booster and wait for an hour for the hot water in the morning. If you come during the summer you won't have that issue 😅. In Cyprus wherever you rent the place you will have the same issue as the hot water is connected to solar panels. They need sun to warm the water. Apart from that 5 stars out of 5 ⭐. Definetely recommended 😊

Very nice stay Diego was also very responsive. There was a corner shop near by and the Lidl was a 5 minute bike. Very happy with our stay and would stay again.

Apartment is better than in the pictures. The owner thought of all the details, we also got a cot for the baby. Fig tree beach is close, a ten minute walk.There is also a swimming pool which is excellent and not crowded. Communication was easy. The only thing we didn't like was the uncomfortable bed in the bedroom. Recommendation for this accommodation

We are lost for words on the description of this beautiful villa. We stayed as a group of 6 adults and 1 baby, for our daughter's wedding in Cyprus. The villa was outstanding! it was so private and absolutely stunning with a dreamy ocean view that we loved waking up to each morning for coffee and a swim. The villa was spotless and as described. Maria was amazing at communicating at all times and we would not hesitate to recommend this to anyone, and will be staying again . Genuinely a gem of a find and perfect on every way.

Kerri har været en fantastisk vært, og villaen levede fuldstændig op til forventningerne. Hun hjalp os fra start, og satte os i kontakt med en rigtig sød taxachauffør. Da vi ankom sent nat/tidlig morgen, havde Kerri købt lidt brød og drikkelse ind til os, så vi havde noget fra morgen af. Da der var problemer med vandet, svarede hun med det samme på mine beskeder og kom samme dag og ordnede det. Kan varmt anbefale både Kerri som vært og villaen som bolig. Hvis vi kommer til Cypern igen, vil vi bestemt bo i villaen igen!

I recently stayed with my family at this beautiful villa and couldn’t have been more impressed. The cleanliness of the place was outstanding—every room was spotless, and it felt fresh and welcoming from the moment we arrived. It's clear the owners take great pride in maintaining a high standard. One feature that particularly stood out was the villa's recycling system. The bins were provided and clearly marked, making it easy for us to sort our waste properly and feel like we were making an eco-friendly contribution during our stay. It’s refreshing to see a property that takes sustainability seriously. Location-wise, it was ideal. Agia Thekla Beach was just a short 5-minute drive away, which made getting to the stunning, less-crowded coastline incredibly convenient. We loved spending time at the beach during the day and coming back to relax by the villa’s private pool in the evening. I would love to stay again in future!

as with the review i cannot fault the villa it was beautiful set in a fantastic location with a 5min walk to a paradise beach.I had the pleasure of meeting Craig when he would pop up to clean the pool,lovely man very friendly and kind.The area is peaceful with some fantastic resturants and local shops.The villa was perfect clean tidy and very well maintained,key box safe is very handy no need taking keys leaving you peace of mind not worrying about losing the key.The pool was perfect i cannot fault our stay my two daughters loved every minute .The kitchen has everything you need if you want to cook rather than go out to eat with a super market a very short walk away and smaller local shops with everything you will need.Fantastic ice crream parlour which you can see from the pool and lovely local family Taxi service opposite the great home cooked food resturant on the corner of main road.I would definately come again ....fantastic host fantastic area zero complaints .

Ideal place for family vacation or a group of friends! The villa provides all the comfort you may need and especially the pool allows you to have a chill day at home. Looked exactly like the photos, everything worked properly and the hosts were really nice and helpful.

We've just spent 5 days in the lap of luxury; literally one of the nicest, most comfortable villas we've stayed in, in all the years of visiting Cyprus. The villa is amazing, beautifully renovated and furnished to a high quality standard. it was absolutely spotless throughout; the kitchen was well equipped; the welcome basket a really nice touch; food in the fridge and coffe/tea/sugar in the cupboards..we felt so well looked after. The villa, although modern, has a nice homely feel about it and the comfortable beds gave us the best nights' sleep. The pool was wonderful, albeit pretty cold (what do you expect in November..) and the outside area pretty and spacious. Svetlana's villa is a real gem and we really hope we can return one day in the future xx

Sehr schöne Villa, nicht weit vom Strand entfernt. Beide Gastgeber Anna Maria und Alexandros sind sehr nette und freundliche Leute. Check in war reibungslos. Die Villa ist gerade voll renoviert und sieht wie neue aus. Alle Geräte sind brandneue und funktionieren sehr gut. Klimaanlage arbeitet sehr leise und kann auch als Heizung verwendet werden. Die Betten sind auch neu und sehr bequem. Bei Check out wegen der Flugverspätung wurde uns erlaubt 5 Stunden mehr in der Villa bleiben. Wir werden gerne wieder kommen.

We had a great stay, lovely house. Very well kept. Tony who keeps care of the property was extremely helpful, kind and responsive. We even had a couple really lovely conversations about worlds history and life in general. Recommend 10/10

Dairenin bulunduğu site oldukça güzel. Açık ve kapalı havuz (kapalı havuz ılık), Türk hamamı, bilardo kullandığımız olanaklardı. Manzara harika. Evde iki kişi için yeterli her şey var. Bence üç kişi için dar. Geniş bir balkon mevcut. Yemeklerimizi burada yedik. Sitenin hemen önünde kapsamlı bir market mevcut. Biz çok memnun kaldık. Yine kalabilecegimiz bir ev.

Die Wohnung in dem Complex ist total lieb und sauber. Das Schwimmbad daneben ist sehr angenehm. Paris war sofort erreichbar und sehr bemüht. Danke für die schöne Woche

Die Wohnung liegt wunderschön direkt am Meer. Mit dem Pool, dem Sonnendeck und dem nahegelegenen Strand lassen sich hier erholsame und entspannte Sonnentage verbringen. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und die Wohnung schön eingerichtet. Ingolf ist für Fragen immer gut erreichbar. Wir haben die Tage hier sehr genossen.

Sehr zu empfehlen. Da ich wenig Verbrauch hatte, wurde mir nichts berechnet. 👍 Es war alles perfekt, immer wieder gerne!

Great communication with Varnavas Vine Chease Ham fresk bread Snacks And 10 grapefruits from his ovne garden, vas prepared for us at arrival. Apartment had everything we needed. Best see veuve on the backside, and great mountain veuve on the front. He also helped us wit different questions about Larnacar, before we arrived Great Hoast

I had a great experience renting this place. Fadi was extremely professional, punctual, and reliable throughout the process, which I really appreciated. The location is a major advantage—just a short distance from the city’s main tourist center, making everything easily accessible. The place is well-equipped, comfortable, and comes at a very reasonable price. Highly recommended!

The place is 10 minute walk from beach and main restaurants. Pharmacy and small market also nearby. Bigger market is 15min walk. We had spare towels and bed linen. 2 double bedrooms with one ensuite and other with separate bathroom, both with good sized shower. There is a pool, I was spectical about the noise from people using the pool, but users seemed to respect the neighbour hood. Although if they were noisy, it couldnt be heard from bedrooms. Ac, hot water, water pressure all good. Kitchen was fully equipped and also extra detailed accessories like bags, baking sheet etc were provided. Large refrigerator and good sized freezer. Good sized modern smartTv and sofas were good. Appartement had good elevator and no noise can be heard of neighbours. We had a toddler with us and cot was good equipped with small pillow as well. Place also has very good storage/wardrobes for clothes and accessories. Full cleaning equipment was provided which it was good for us, having a toddler. PERFECT
