Pernumia : locations de vacances

Nous étions 6 personnes, un couple et 4 amies pour un séjour de 6 nuits. Cet appartement a répondu à toutes nos attentes. Il est à 5 minutes à pied de la gare et de la Piazza Le Roma et déjà en plein quartier vénitien au bord d'un petit canal. L'appartement est très spacieux, très calme et tout à fait conforme aux photos. Il est situé au 3ème étage avec ascenseur. Dans l'appartement, un grand couloir dessert les pièces, alors nous avions à la fois nos espaces privés et des espaces communs comme le salon/salle à manger et la grande cuisine. Les deux salles de bains et WC sont très pratiques. L'appartement est très lumineux, décoré avec de beaux meubles anciens. Le canapé - lit est très large et très confortable, de ce fait , y dormir à 2 n'a pas été un soucis. Le Wifi fonctionne bien. Dans le quartier il y a un supermarché et des restaurants. L'accueil a été ponctuel .

Gorgio is, without a doubt, the best Airbnb host that I have ever met. He told us on the first day that his only priority was that we enjoy Venice, and he truly followed through on that. He offered countless suggestions and answered all of our questions. His apartment is amazing - it's enormous, well-decorated, and has every amenity you could want. He stocked the refrigerator for us with several items, which was nice to have upon arrival. It's located in a beautiful section of Venice that's a bit quieter than the areas near the Piazza San Marco, but everything is still walkable from the apartment. I highly recommend staying at Giorgio's apartment during your time in Venice.

Antonio and Roberta are amazing hosts! We received detailed instructions for check in and were also greeted in person by Roberta. She made us feel welcome and gave us tips on what to do locally. I highly recommend staying at this property! It is clean and in close proximity to transportation and groceries. Lastly, you can easily make it to the islands in about 15-20 minutes between walking and taking the bus. Kids will love this property also there is a trampoline and toys.

El apartamento es tal como en las fotos y descripción, tiene buena ubicación con conexión a las islas Murano, Burano, Torcello y al resto de Venecia, la zona tiene todo lo que necesitas (Restaurantes, bares, supermercado,etc), y tambien el apartamento tiene todo lo que necesitas durante tu estancia. Elena es muy amable y atenta en la comunicación.

Davide’s apartment was perfect for us! Me, my husband, his mother and our 2 kids had plenty of room. We loved the location! It was so magical to be in the heart of such a beautiful and historic city. The apartment is tucked inside a private courtyard behind a locked gate, so it felt very safe. Davide was the best host ever! He went above and beyond to make our stay in Venice unforgettable. The mattresses were firm but after walking for miles every day, they did the job and we got the rest we needed.

Io e mia sorella abbiamo trascorso tre giorni (e mezzo) assai piacevoli in questo confortevole appartamento, i cui punti di forza sono senza dubbio l'ampiezza e la luminosita' degli ambienti nonche' l'incantevole posizione (con affaccio sul corso d'acqua) che consente di raggiungere facilmente a piedi il centro-citta' senza tuttavia subire la rumorosita' del medesimo. Aggiungasi impeccabile pulizia sia degli ambienti che della biancheria, cucina ben attrezzata e perfettamente funzionante, presenza di numerosi accessori (lavatrice, phon, ferro e asse da stiro), ottimo sistema di riscaldamento grazie al quale non abbiamo affatto patito il freddo che ha caratterizzato questo periodo, eccellente comunicazione con l'host, dimostratasi sempre molto gentile e disponibile a rispondere tempestivamente alle richieste di informazioni. In conclusione alloggio stra-consigliato e per quanto mi riguarda esperienza sicuramente da ripetere.

We had an amazing stay in this beautiful apartment with a stunning view of the canal. The accommodation was perfect, and the host’s approach was outstanding. We truly enjoyed every moment and would love to come back again. Highly recommended.

There were two things that stood out to us (a group of 5). One is the location, 5 min walk to the station and 5 min train and you are in Venice. Another thing, and for us was the most positively surprising, is how Serena dealt with us. She is a very sweet lady who went out of her way to give us a million recommendations. She also left some crackers, candies and water for us, which was so thoughtful. What a great host! The place was cozy and overall it was a good deal. Having the parking available for our car was a plus.
