Kućica i terasa su zaista kao na slikama, svi sadržaji su lijepo osmišljeni i dostupni. Zadovoljni smo boravkom, Ingrid i Michael su jako dragi domaćini te žive u gornjem dijelu kuće, no uz povremene susrete, daju vam privatnost koliko god mogu.

Ubytovani je v prijemne lokalite stranou ruchu a pritom autem kousek od Puly. Je to dobry bod pro podnikani vyletu. Zahradu ocenily deti i my. Pani domaci umi cesky, takze komunikace je snadna.

krásné místo blízko pláže restaurace ,potravin,pekařství,lékárny. vše je po ruce.

Wer einen entspannten Urlaub mit echt toller Aussicht auf die Kvarner Bucht genießen möchte, ist hier genau richtig. Haben 8 sommerlich schöne Tage in der Unterkunft verbracht. Alles modern eingerichtet, man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Es wurden von uns einige Orte und Strände erkundet, ein PKW ist hier auf alle Fälle von Vorteil. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder. Danke an die netten Gastgeber. 👍🏻

This Airbnb was by far my absolute favorite stay ever! Everything about it was perfect—the space was spotless, beautifully designed, and felt like a true home away from home. The host’s attention to detail made all the difference, from the thoughtful touches around the property to the seamless communication throughout my stay. The location was ideal, offering both convenience and charm. I’ve stayed in many Airbnbs, but this one truly stands out above the rest. I can’t recommend it enough and hope to return someday!

Hosts gentilissime, super disponibili e organizzate. Appartamento super, spazioso e dove non manca nulla. L'enorme piscina (e vasca idromassaggio) è un plus eccezionale, bellissima. Posizione ottimale, a 10 minuti massimo da tutto. Se capiteremo di nuovo di qui, ripasseremo sicuramente.

Unser Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung Rosso in der Casa die Graziella war einfach fantastisch! Die Wohnung war makellos sauber und bot alles, was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die unglaublich freundliche Nachbarin Lina, die den Check-in und Check-out so unkompliziert und herzlich gestaltet hat – besser hätte es nicht sein können. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist perfekt für alle, die Ruhe und Entspannung suchen. Ein absoluter Geheimtipp, den ich wärmstens weiterempfehlen.

Miejsce godne polecenia, Wszystko zgadzało się z opisem i zdjęciami. Gospodarz to bardzo pozytywna i szczera osoba, jasno przedstawił zasady korzystania z zakwaterowania. Przed przyjazdem udostępnił wszelkich potrzebnych informacji dotyczących lokalizacji i był w stałym kontakcie. Odpowiadał szybko na każde pytanie. Udzielał wyczerpujących szczegółów dotyczacych okolicy. Wszystko to z wielkim uśmiechem na twarzy :) Widok z tarasu penthausu zniewala 🤩 Basen jest miłym ukojeniem w upale, kąpiele słoneczne na wygodnych lerzakach, kawka na tarasie ze zniewalającym widokiem, Czego chcieć więcej? Polecamy z całego serca!❤️ Nasze rekomendacje: Spacer promenadą w kierunku Iki oraz Opatji. Lucica restauracja z świerzymi i pysznymi owocami morza, a zwłaszcza morszczukiem. Opatje,Kolloseum bar gdzie są pyszne drinki i piękny widok. Plażę Jeleńścica -trudne zejście (ale dalismy radę z niemowlęciem w nosidle). Plaża, mała, dzika z idealnymi gładkimi kamykami i widokiem za milion dolarów.

Sehr schöne und gepflegte Wohnung, eines der bequemsten Betten in dem ich jemals geschlafen habe und privater Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage. Einfach nur zu empfehlen!

Mariette was super friendly and recommended a few local spots to visit. The apartment was clean, inlcuding a newly renovated kitchen with all needed equipment. We had a nice stay and would absolutely recommend her place. Thanks for the small gift before we left, wishing you all the best!!

Best house I’ve ever stayed at, fantastic. We were a large group of 17 people (5 kids) which came together from different countries and cities to chill and have fun. House offered everything it described, unbelievable architecture, great amenities, very cozy and clean, easy to reach. Large kitchen, comfortable furniture, fantastic patio, workable grill. Surrounding is decent (dry dock for speedboats and yachts next to the house), but still very calm (if you don’t count the local chickens and dogs which are providing the natural environment). The doors and windows are, however, brilliantly insulated so basically you will hardly hear anything when in one of the rooms. Till was a great host, always responsive and helpful in all aspects! Gave us recommendations, helped us prepare everything upfront, kudos. We definitely hope to return to Stara Škola for another great experience.

Was für eine unglaublich schöne Villa! Bei weitem der beste Airbnb-Aufenthalt aller Zeiten. Es ist einfach wie zu Hause zu sein, ein schönes Haus in der Tat! Spektakuläre und funktionale Küche, Glas überall für einen herrlichen Blick auf den Pool und über die nahe gelegenen Hügel, vier super komfortable Schlafzimmer mit eigenem Bad, alle extrem sauber, alles einfach perfekt. Der beheizte Pool im späten Oktober ist ein Juwel. Am wichtigsten ist, Emma und Felix sind extrem freundlich, nett, flexibel und reagieren auf alle Kommunikation rechtzeitig. Mehr kann man sich nicht wünschen.

Ein wunderschönes Haus, in dem nichts gefehlt hat. Sehr ruhige Lage, aber guter Ausgangspunkt für alle Aktivitäten. Sehr gute Kommunikation mit Gastgeber, shr schnelle Antworten und hilfreiche Tipps!

The villa is amazing! Ultra modern architecture, clean, amazing amenities and beautiful location. The service however has to be worked on. You can see that the owner is not involved and in general lacks a bit of hospitality experience. A five star establishment with a three star service. Why? One toilet paper per toilet, only 2 washing machine capsules given, no extra garbage bags, no garbage bags in toilets. We paid 500 eur for cleaning but were told we need to clean after us (of course you would do that, and take out the trash - that is expected and normal) and leave everything as found, including taking off all bed linen, towels and putting them downstairs for cleaning. The garbage bins were left outside 100 m from the house and we were told to put them back in ourselves. The gardener appeared one day out of the blue and entered the property without ringing or knocking the door or without previously informing us that they are coming.

We enjoyed our time in the house and Rovinj. Even in November, the house offers recreation, rest and options to socialize. We will come back in the Summer for sure.

Tolles Haus mit großem, komplett eingezäunten Grundstück. Unser Hund hat es genossen. Der Pool und die Sauna waren zum entspannen perfekt. Tolle Ausflüge (Pula,Medulin...) und Wanderungen an der Küste, alles in der Nähe. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Emanuel is one of the nicest people we ever met. He is really an example of what host should act like! In addition to everything being as described, he oferred us flexible check-in, prepared gifts for us when we arrived, and also another one when we left. He is very responsive if you need anything, always ready to help. House and the garden are great, offers much more than you need in all aspects- description is spot on. In addition beaches, stores, city center are all very close, if you are slightly active, all within walking distance. In short, if you plan to come to Novigrad, Villa MOLO is a great choice. Highly recommend it.

Nach einer kurzen Kommunikation konnten wir früher als geplant in die Unterkunft gehen. Großzügige Zimmer mit eigenem Bad und viel Platz. Alles vorhanden was man gebraucht hat und genug Platz auch mal Schlechtwettertage drinnen zu verbringen. Mit acht Leuten war die Zeit dort sehr entspannt und man musste sich nicht quetschen, bei 12 Personen kann es bei schlechtem Wetter wahrscheinlich etwas eng werden, da dann gemeinsame Sitzmöglichkeiten etwas knapp werden. Die Kommunikation auch während des Aufenthaltes war sehr nett und angenehm und auch der Check Out lief unkompliziert und problemlos ab. Ich komme gerne wieder!
