River Shore had room for the two of us to spread out a little and enjoy the river view. The geese flying overhead and the red birds chirping in the yard gave us many pleasurable moments did walking along the entryway road. Very enjoyable stay.

Have stayed here multiple times & will continue to do so when we come to town.

Beautiful, Comfortable, and Clean home. Neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, while close to all local sites and supplies for our needs. Communication from James and Karen was thorough and easy to follow, along with quickly responsive when we requested to extend our stay. We are thankful for the opportunity to stay at their home. To be able to rest and relax after many busy activities while visiting loved ones was a true blessing.

You can tell Aaron has put a lot of work into redoing this property. All of the facilities worked perfectly, and we never had an issue with the property during our 36 days stay. The back yard is peaceful! Aaron was always responsive and helped us with all of our questions that came up!

When we come back to Elizabeth City we will definitely stay at this home again! By the first evening we felt right at home! Comfy place and really convenient to everything we needed. We stayed 4 nights. Thanks Tammy! 👍🏝️

We enjoyed how close to downtown EC the house was. We felt right at home. The house was clean. It was a nice quiet neighborhood. Kristin was great with communication. There was a chirping smoke detector when we arrived and Kristin got it taken care of quickly. We enjoyed Hoppin John's restaurant, Totally Thai, and Kraken Coffee House. Enjoyed walking downtown, on the trails the Dismal Swamp State Park, and at Fun Junction. Looking forward to staying again in the future.

Beautiful and unique home to stay in. We could never decide which room to hang out in because they were all so awesome. So many games provided to play while you enjoy the ambiance of this amazing house.

Gia is a spectacular host! Excellent communication, very kind & personable. You can’t beat the views, perfect for both sunrise & sunsets! Cool to see the bigger boats come through the waterway. Ideal spot for my sweet dog Roxxy & I, highly recommend, secluded nice peaceful location!

My wife and I are kayaking the ICW and needed a place near the water to wait out a storm. Gia’s place is PERFECTLY located! We landed right in front of the apartment and it was easy to pull the boat out with the little boat ramp. Also, it is just across the water from the famous restaurant at Coinjock marina that everyone had been telling us about. Gia have lots of great instructions on how to enter, though the local recommendations were over the top (I think this is encouraged by AirBnB, though). Her responses were immediate, which helped us quickly decide to book with her because she is so proactive. The apartment is just as described, and had everything we needed for our two night stay. We liked having the little balcony with a view of the water. That is a nice feature!! The building itself is in need of some maintenance, though that won’t affect your stay. It seems as if a bunch of improvement work is underway at the premises, meaning this place will be even more amazing soon!

My husband and his fishing buddies stayed here for a tournament and were very pleased!!! Beds were comfortable and they enjoyed their stay!! Will book again for future tournament weekends!!

Amazing location with view to the lighthouse & the water… and less than one block from the main downtown strip! Walkable to everything in Edenton. The space looked just like the photos and was super clean and comfortable. The host was very responsive and even tried to help fix a flat tire on one of the bikes while we were there. Would definitely stay here again.

This listing was better than pictured/described in my opinion and I couldn't have been happier with my experience. Host's hospitality and personal touches made me feel right at home. Rick and Trish were incredibly responsive. All amenities functioned perfectly without hiccups. Peaceful area. I will definitely stay here in when we visit again! First time running the Coast Guard Marathon. I hope to bring my husband next time and stay here again!
