Had a wonderful stay at Tims place. The lot was exactly as described with easy access to the water and beautiful views. Tim was very responsive and was able to accommodate us at the last minute. I would definitely book it again.

Peaceful River to stare out at, the morning sunrises spectacular, friendly neighborhood, loved the deck in front. Hosts were kind and responsive.

My family and I were very pleased. The place was very beautiful, quiet, tranquil, relaxing, spacious and very accommodating. We loved the screened in porch, fire pit and big yard space. We roasted marshmallows, cooked on the grill and played tag football in the yard. I was able to relax as well as enjoy conversations downstairs from my upstairs room. My room had a balcony overlooking the living room area. Marissa is an excellent host. She responds back very quickly. Thank you Marissa for sharing your beautiful place with my family and I. My grands thoroughly enjoyed themselves. We will be back! Thank you and be blessed!

Everything you could really need was provided or just a quick drive if you have any forgotten items. They’re very friendly! The property is quiet. Definitely take a look at the Gathering Barn, so much unique things to see! Can’t wait to stay again!

This place is a dream come true for unwinding, laughing with friends, and soaking in blissful tranquility. It’s the perfect setting for creating unforgettable memories! I'm already trying to think of another time I can visit again!

I booked this beautiful cottage as a weekend getaway for my wife. It was just what she needed. Peaceful surroundings and beautiful views inside a cozy cottage. She called me Friday because she stumbled into the free wine tasting where she made friends who ended up buying her a bottle of wine 😂. Kim was a perfect host. Very friendly and proactive with communication making sure she had everything she needed. We’re already talking about when we can go together.

The house itself was absolutely beautiful the place around it was even more beautiful waking up in the morning with a wraparound deck was absolutely awesome. The fire pit was cool with the swinging chairs. We all had fun with that. We would love to rent this place and recommend anybody that’s in the area to stay here if you’re looking for a peaceful away from everybody type of trip

This was a very fun place to stay with our family! The beds were comfortable and clean, the washer and dryer were life-savers, the scenery was beautiful, and the creek was a huge hit with our kids. We had a wonderful breakfast from the supplied bread, sausage and eggs, and I found myself wishing our stay could have been longer!!
