Anne was a fantastic host! The house was reasonably priced and I couldn’t have asked for better! It was clean and smelled wonderful! Anne was prompt at reaching out to ask how my stay was and very responsive if I needed anything! I will absolutely be using one of her properties again in the future!

Terrific house! Great location and wonderfully peaceful neighborhood. Felt right at home in this beautiful and spotless house. Having no a garage to put the car into was wonderful. We will be back for sure!

Second stay ....BGSU Club Gymnastics competition. Feels like returning home...so comfortable and welcoming. Close to campus and restaurants. Special amenity touches, lovely interior decorating makes it our "go to" location for BGSU visits.

We stayed for 10 days over the 2024 Holidays, where we visited our daughter on a farm near Blissfield, MI and I worked remotely from Amy's place. The house was a high quality stone cottage built in what I'd guess were the 1920s or 30s, reminiscent of the home in which Kay grew up in Mt. Morris, Michigan in the 1950s. Prints of Amy's watercolors throughout the home were beautiful and unique. We especially enjoyed the stone fireplace in the family room and the glassed-in sun porch. The location was on a quiet residential street but with great access to major streets with lots of restaurants, services, and all kinds of shopping within a few blocks. Amy responded quickly when we texted her, and proved to be very accommodating to our requests. We will definitely try to book again when we visit our daughter in the future.

We have stayed at a many Airbnb's and hands down Joels property is the best we've had yet. A friend that joined us for the weekend also has an Airbnb property and she was blown away. The view was stunning, the river calming and as I said before the pictures do not give it justice. On top of that, Joel was a great communicator and very accommodating to our requests. Thank you, Joel, for sharing this stunning property with us!

This home was absolutely beautiful and matched the description perfectly. It was so comfortable and homey. The beds were amazing. The blankets were even better, perfect place and we will definitely be back.

The house is easy to find, in a quiet neighborhood. We felt safe. House is nicely decorated and clean. We would rent again.

This is truly considered home away from home. Location was great. Walking distance of a park with a trail to jog or walk. Host was very kind in offering anything else to make our stay comfortable. I will visit again.
