Clean and well kept, building is in a central walkable area. Beautiful views of beach from balcony. Host was responsive and helpful!

Before to checkin in apartment i was little worried that how it will go everything But big thanks for Mr. Fahad who make my stay in apartment very easy and very comfortable Mr. Fahad always reply me quickly and with detailed and true information about apartment and once i checkin after Mr. Fahad’s team man Mr. Mathew helped me for everything about apartment , but i didn’t face any problem regarding apartment, everything was perfect and everything was available in apartment and specially the location of Apartment is super good , just walking distance of the most beautiful beach in Dubai , which is called Jbr beach and also walking distance of Marina lake So you don’t need to take taxi for at least Jbr beach and Marina which is both important tourist places in Dubai I recommend 100% to go with eyes close for stay in Mr. Fahad’s apartment and you will never regret and your payment will worth it Mr. Fahad and Mr. Mathew both are super kind and very helpful person

The apartment is wonderful, clean, bright, stylish. Some reviews mentioned an unpleasant smell, it is no longer there, absolutely clean. The view from the balcony is unforgettable, it deserves to come here! The building is also excellent, we have stayed not for the first time, from here the best views of Dubai Marina open up.

The property was lovely, great location and view, the host was super responsive. I would definitely book another stay in this apartment. Some minor things need addressing for example sick in the bathroom was blocked so water took a while to drain, the curtains had come off the track and small damp patch in one of the bathrooms but like I said minor and does not take away from the lovely apartment and I would definitely return. Thank you

Tolles Unterkunft. Lage könnte fast nicht besser sein. Wenige Minuten zum Beach, eigentlich direkt an Promenade Marina. Viele Restaurants in Nähe. Es hat gratis Parkplatz in Einstellhalle. Kommunikation und Betreuung vor Ort war grossartig. Die Wohnung befindet sich im 19. Stock. Wer sehr Lärmempfindlich ist - man hört den Strassenlärm leicht.
