We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this property! We traveled with two friends, our two children, and our baby, and everything was perfect. The home was spacious, comfortable, and fully equipped to accommodate our group. The host was incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to help us with any issues that arose during our stay. It was clear that they genuinely cared about making sure we had a great experience. I would highly recommend this place to families traveling with children or just even a group of adults – it was an ideal spot for both relaxation and fun. We’ll definitely be returning in the future. We had an incredible stay at Moh’s place! From the moment we arrived, everything went smooth, Moh was really responsive, welcoming and respectful, and ensured our comfort. The space was impeccably clean, well decorated, and had all the amenities we needed. The location is very calm and there is a cozy atmosphere that made it feel like home. Small touches, like the coffee or tea always at the guest’s disposal is a very nice thought. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a perfect, calm and safe stay— we will return there.

The villa is located at a high end residential area with very friendly and kind neighbors. The roads in jumeirah park feel like a luxury car exhibition. The villa was clean, comfortable and equiped with all necessary amenities. My 12 friends and I stayed for 3 nights total- there were enough beds for everyone. The host was responsive and helpful. We did not meet any problems at communications. Overall I'd say a value for money place for big groups. Having a car is recommended since walking distances are long. easy 5/5 for everything

The house was excellently equipped and very clean. Perfect location to visit the family and the surrounding area. Extreme weather had some impact on the Air Conditioning within the house but when mentioned to Petr he arranged for a very quick response to rectify. Looking forward to another stay when the weather is better, in order to enjoy the beautiful outdoor seating areas and garden.

Our host was fabulous, very quick to respond to any questions asked before and after arrival, he also met us on arrival and came to say goodbye on day of departure. The luxury penthouse that 11 of us stayed in was Wow, very beautiful with views in every direction. The penthouse was very spacious and clean and we would reccomend. The penthouse was well located in JBR within easy walking distance of JBR Beach, restaurants and shops, also walkable to Dubai Marina. Air con worked well, we had an issue with water pressure one morning, I contacted the host and he dealt with it within 5 minutes, nothing was to much trouble. We asked for extra towels and recieved them same day. We had a couple of issues that did not ruin our stay but could not be dealt with whilst we where staying, the host assures me these little issues have been sorted. We also recieved a welcome bowl of fruit, bottles of water, juice and some alcohol. Thank you for an enjoyable stay, we would you this host again

Laith is an exceptional host. He took really good care of our needs as we were travelling as a small family with two small kids. He even showed us around in the greens and springs to help us feel like a local.

The apartment was great for my stay in Dubai and as described. Alex was very responsive and helpful with anything needed. Self Check in was easy and location was good. Bus stop right in front if needed and goes to Mall of Emirates where there is a metro station. Everything was clean. Also appreciate the welcome pizza after a day of travelling. Thanks Alex

The place was spacious, modern (for a farm house) and had everything needed to host large groups of families and friends. The host was very kind to give us an extended check out due to a very small issue with the pool heater but quickly managed to send someone to fix it and we enjoyed a well heated pool in this cold weather. We would consider this place again in the future if we needed to book for a staycation with our friends 👌🏻💯

Very spacious and comfortable apartment! Hosted the 6 of us well. Perfect location as it is so close to Yas island, only 5 mins by car. Everything was clean and very aesthetically decorated. Pull-out couch was comfortable! The host is extremely friendly and communicated with us really well. We had an amazing stay and would definitely book again!

Perfect apartment for family if looking to spend time and get around downtown dubai. View from the balcony was amazing. Very secure, secluded yet close to the centre.

Nice apartment and nice community! The house is well settled just the same as the pictures! The community is friendly and safe. You need to ask security guard for access into building and parking. Just one thing that it’s managed by company so sometimes it might has different information when you ask different people from the company.

I stayed in the studio, it's tiny but all the needs are available. travelling around with taxi or public transport is easy and Zayed responses super fast. Perfect location to stay on a budget in Al Ain!
