Was lovely, bigger than expected, had everything we needed. Mhairi was always helpful and responsive. Would love to go again sometime.

Woweeeeee! Where do I start? From the second we approached, we knew we were in for something special. Met by the magnificent Mimi before we'd even parked, ready to welcome us with a flourish and fanfare for our arrival, it was love at first sight, for both the castle and Mimi! Bridge Cottage is oozing with charm and character, is so warm and cozy, packed with luxury textiles, unique furniture and quirky touches, smells of gorgeous wood smoke, much to our taste and delight. Mimi really allowed us to feel utterly at home (I wish it was!) and was so generous throughout. I can't remember the last time I felt so happy 😊. We decided to delight in our home and host throughout, feeling no need to venture anywhere else. We were already in heaven. I think this is one of the best holidays I have ever enjoyed. I have made a promise to return to write my book..... though I suspect I am far more likely to be laughing and exchanging excited chatter with Mimi, than putting pen to paper! Xxx

Stayed for 3 nights at this remarkable property. If you are contemplating holidaying here I urge you do it, just book it now! husband, dog & I revelled in this haven of a house and it felt mansion sized, you can lose yourself among the generously proportioned rooms. The heart of the house being the huge traditional kitchen with welcoming raeburn stove which flows seamlessly into one of the most comfortable living rooms we’ve ever encountered on Airbnb. We loved the tasteful decoration throughout & the carefully curated quirky modern & antique mix of furnishings. Outside the hot tub is of a very high, quality standard & and those powerful wee jets were an absolute tonic after a day’s hillwalking! Did I mention the owner’s attention to detail? And at last, Someone who understands the importance of silky soft & crisp bedding!! Peaceful setting with the joy of hooting owls & the odd stag grazing in the field in the evenings. We clearly loved our stay, both parents and children. Immeroin cottage is cosy but also an authentic farm with an history. Marianne is lovely and it was very interesting to talk with her. It was very nice to be besides all the animals with such beautiful surroundings. Finally we decided to let the car to hike to Benvane and the view was stunning. Thank you a lot!

We stayed for Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. The cottage had a beautiful Christmas tree beside the log fire. Absolutely gorgeous. The cottage is one of the best we have ever stayed in, it's absolutely stunning and I feel the pictures don't really do it justice. The beds, pillows and linen are excellent. We would certainly all stay here again. Thank you, Lara for a warm welcome. We all loved your homemade cake too.

Stayed for a week, but didn’t want to leave, the minute I opened the door, i felt right at home, everything about the house and location hits the mark. The rustic charm of the interior fits the house perfect. Communication with the host was easy, with quick response to my questions. Will definitely book again and again. Love the house and love Pitlochry.

We have just spent a fantastic week at this house with friends. The house is spacious and very well equipped. There is plenty of room for 10 people to sleep and live comfortably. We enjoyed lighting the log burner and using the sauna on cold days. There is lots to do locally. We enjoyed trips up to Glenshee where we were lucky enough to have snow and the children had a great time sledging, we did a tour of a whiskey distillery and chocolate tasting and lots of lovely walks. We also enjoyed an evening in the hotel at the end of the road which is only a couple of minutes walk. Sam is a great host. I would highly recommend this place as a base to explore the Highlands.

Absolutely stunning property, extremely well kept and in keeping with the environment. The hosts were outstanding and dealt with an issues promptly and efficiently and made sure to check all was well throughout! Will definitely be back!

Great 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 We recently stayed for three fantastic nights at Erigmore Spa Cottage in Birnam, Dunkeld. The Cottage had cosy feel, sunny bright spacious rooms, private back yard with a large hot tub! Located in a quiet park, with plenty walks around the area. We came away feeling relaxed and refreshed. We hope to return sometime in near future.

Lovely stay, everything we needed. Thank you for the shortbread! Games room and outdoor play area were much appreciated too.

We had a perfectly peaceful stay at beautiful Fingask. Very well equipped, comfortable and spacious; milk, shortbread, tea/coffee provided on arrival. We took day trips out and explored the grounds. Fingask was exactly what we were looking for for our short break - and the sun was shining too!

Lovely old house, perfect place for extended family group to stay. The toys and the pool were loved by the children. Great for local rural walks and feels very much in the countryside despite being close to local towns.

Good place to stay and good guest. We'll definitely come back.

Beautiful cottage with a very homely feel. Laura went above and beyond with the extras she had left for us arriving which was greatly appreciated. Would highly recommend.

This is easily one of the beautiful, peaceful places I've ever stayed!! The cabin is laid out really thoughtfully with all the necessities available and a super helpful guidebook! the bed is super comfy and the space is just very inviting and relaxing to sit and listen to a record or enjoy the fireplace! hot tub is a can't miss and the tiny peaceful creek running below the cabin is like a magical fairy river. Alexandra was super helpful when we had a bit of a hiccup with the washer dryer unit and wound up giving us a tour of the hydroelectric facility and a ton of wonderful suggestions for the remainder of our stay! I am leaving here absolutely thrilled to plan my return - this time the daffodils and snowdrops were in glorious bloom! and the sheep are SO CUTE

Such a fantastic property in such peaceful surroundings, yet only a short walk to the heart of the city. Can certainly highly recommend Hollybush Cottage, was exactly as described and perfect for our family vacation. The views, the wildlife, the space to enjoy, all made it such a memorable trip for us all. Thanks to Clare for being responsive and providing us with the perfect base.

A super cosy, relaxing and friendly stay. Very spacious annex, lovely warm living room by the fire and one of the comfiest beds ever (forgot to ask where the duvet was from!!) They are lovely and friendly and this would be my number one choice for a stay in perth/ dunkled region! Lots of privacy and safety, and a space to sit outside too! Go for a day in dunkeld!

We had a great time staying at the Owl House. It’s a lovely, cosy wee cottage that was perfect for a weekend relaxing. Our hosts were welcoming and helpful. Would definitely stay again, in fact took some convincing to get our dog to leave!

Perfect stay, place as described and ideal for what we needed. Peace and quiet in the country in the hot tub! Met on arrival to show us around and very accommodating with the dogs with blankets and treats left out 🐶 thanks again!
