We had the best weekend celebrating a special birthday. Mhairi was so attentive and fast at responding. The neighbours were so kind and welcoming to us. The beds were comfy and clean. The kitchen has everything you can think of! The underfloor heating was magical. Everything was perfect!

We thoroughly enjoyed our short stay at the bridge cottage, everything we were looking for and needed for a quiet weekend break. Mirian is a great, responsive and helpful host. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

We, a family of five, enjoyed wonderful four nights in the lovely House on the Hill which was exactly as described. A great plus was the tennis court, that was very well received by our children. Walking the dog was a great experience. We used the farm cottage to explore Scottish Borders, Northumberland and of course Edinburgh. We would certainly come back and highly recommend this lovely place!

Absolutely stunning place with absolutely everything you could ask for. The place is very spacious, in a beautiful location with very easy access to the university. The hosts were so helpful and considerate they even set up the sofa bed for us! Absolutely loved the decor - we will definitely be visiting again

Myself, husband 2 teenagers and 2 dogs had a lovely stay at Rebecca's! We went to the St Andrews Uni open day and her cottage was perfectly placed as only a few minutes drive away. Cottage was clean, spacious and well looked after with lots of nice touches. Log fire was very much enjoyed ! Enough kitchen essentials for us to cook for ourselves 2 out of 3 nights. And the small amount of washing powder in the utility room and access to a washing machine was v helpful! Thank you!

We all thoroughly enjoyed being in the house. It is spacious and extremely well equipped. Perfect location for the golf, shops, restaurants etc. Everything worked well and communication was excellent. Thoroughly recommend and we would all return in a heartbeat.

A lovely home to stay in. Perfect location - we walked up West Lomond one morning and it's so nice to be able to set foot from the front door! The lazy spa was so nice too. And Sarah was an excellent host.

Perfect place to stay for a few days on a budget. About 10min walk from bus stops that led to the city, took about an hour to get into the city from here. Owners always got back with us quickly and were so kind. I reccommend staying here if you want more of a cozy stay away from the city!

Nice big place. Clean and tidy. Nice little starter pack of bread milk etc left for us. Plenty of towels. Rooftop terrace with heating and use of pool. A lot of fobs and keys to use but plenty of copies provided for us. Feather pillows, would’ve preferred firmer, but that’s a personal preference. Lovely host.

Great stay, made great memories and was a birthday to remember. Will defo keep in mind for future bookings!

We loved our stay in this amazing cottage in a beautiful setting. Was exactly what we were looking for. Travel cot and high chair were provided, which was very helpful. We would definitely come back.

Well appointed two bedroom,two bathroom apt. Large living room with huge new tv. Kitchen had everything needed. She had coffee and tea for her guests. Bus outside her place directly into center city evert 12-15 minutes. My adult children frequently walked. Samantha was very responsive on messages.

We had a wonderful stay in Drymen! The location was perfect—peaceful and scenic. The accommodation was spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. It was the perfect base for exploring Loch Lomond and the highlands. Margaret was welcoming and responsive, making sure we felt at home throughout our stay. We especially loved the countryside charm and how relaxing the whole experience was. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet, beautiful retreat in the Scottish Highlands!

Mary was fast to respond to any issues that arose, we were in her property for 2 months and anything which required attention was seen to quickly. the house is in one of the nicest parts of town, I'd generally quiet and comfortable.

This was a great place to stay. Perfect for a get together of small group. Was clean and well maintained. We faced some issue with the heating but host responded on time and tried to fix it. Apart from this we really enjoyed the stay. Thank you Robert.

Me, my husband and our 3 kids stayed here for 3 nights and didn't want to leave. The house itself was beautiful, welcoming and we felt right at home. We were all together but still had plenty of space for the kids to chill on their own. The hot tub was amazing, we used it loads the whole weekend and the added bonus of having horses in the field right outside was a hit for the kids. Will definitely be back!!

Such a fantastic property in such peaceful surroundings, yet only a short walk to the heart of the city. Can certainly highly recommend Hollybush Cottage, was exactly as described and perfect for our family vacation. The views, the wildlife, the space to enjoy, all made it such a memorable trip for us all. Thanks to Clare for being responsive and providing us with the perfect base.

Just wanted to say, your house was amazing, with everything that anyone would need....A real home from home. Lovely spacious accommodation, plenty to keep the kids occupied indoors and outside. Couldn't fault anything...it was Perfect. We all had a great time and thank you for making my 70th Birthday celebrations so memorable for us all. My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights to celebrate his first cancer free birthday in 5 years and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The cabin exceeded my expectations, it has been built to the highest standards and takes advantage of the most beautiful surroundings. It is stunning inside, plenty of natural light in each room. The log fire was lovely at night and kept the place very warm and cosy. The kitchen is well stocked for whatever you may wish to cook. Samantha left us a beautiful hamper full of treats and took the time to personalise a few wee things. The outdoor bath was also lovely! We spent most of our time watching the wildlife on the loch. There is a pair of nesting swans which are so fascinating to watch. Lots of other bird life including ducks and geese, our wee dog loved watching them all too! I have already recommended Tirahs Landing to friends and family. It’s a very special wee place that’s full of surprises!

David is a very responsive host to work with . The house was spacious and comfy. The only down side was there was no washer or dryer . But if back in the area would stay again

A great place to stay, Sarah was very responsive and the apartment itself was very comfortable and in a perfect location to the centre. The park next to the apartment was also wonderful for letting our dog her legs . I would recommend this location for anyone visiting Perth.

We had a lovely stay. The cottage is exactly what we needed and the village is gorgeous. Super close to St Andrews and other places to visit.
