my daughter and I stayed. the house was neat and clean, had everything you need when you arrive. Easy to find. not too far for a walk to the beach. food houses not too far away. lived it and would become a regular when visiting W A.

Excellent place. Yasmine is not only a friendly host but a very concise communicator. The house itself is always basked in great lighting and sunset truly is a great experience with how well designed the architecture is. Would come again in a heartbeat, highly reccomended.

We stayed with Kelly while visiting family in Perth and the place was amazing, the moment you arrive you are blown away with the amazing view but also the home itself was beautiful and had everything you need. We can’t wait to come back again thank you for making our time in Perth one to remember!

Great place to stay. Good setup for families. Right across from beach and short drive from foreshore and all local shops.

Wonderful 2 nights right across from the beach - with great views from multiple positions in the house. Huge front room fully enclosed with the ability to open up sliding windows to see & hear the ocean ( dining area & very comfortable couch here). Another huge living area with an enormous TV _ again with a very comfortable couch. Main bedroom ( QB) has a very open en-suite ( ie minimal privacy) - but there is a 2nd bathroom/toilet that can be used. Kitchen is enormous with all essential items. Comfortable bedding -peaceful night with sound of waves just outside. Glorious sunset from front room. Yes -you do have entire home ( as per the listing) - but the owners are right behind you on the property ( ie open the window in 3rd bedroom to look directly into their garage). They also park their cars right in front of the main room. This was not a great deterrent - just needs to be mentioned in listing.

Our group thoroughly enjoyed our stay. A short walk to a the beach where we enjoyed beautiful sunset swims. The heated pool at the house and fireplace were a highlight.

We had an amazing stay at Cove cottage. It is child friendly and the kids loved all the toys and books provided. The cottage is clean and beautifully decorated. It is a short walk to the centre, only about 10mins to lots of restaurants and cafes. A brilliant place, we would recommend staying there. Delvy was a great host and responded quickly to our questions. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Amazing location with the beach across the road and Todd's Cafe next door, plus all the amenities the house provides, only disappointment was on arrival the pool had not been cleaned and was very dirty. Overall it's a great spot, we enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning.

We were very pleased with the accommodation, clean, spacious and well appointed. The instructions to check in were very clear. The villa is very well situated within walking distance of cafes, restaurants and shops. The building is perfectly designed to manage the heat and we were very comfortable despite the hot spell. Jana and David were attentive and quickly responded to any messages. Overall a great place, highly recommended.

Our second time at Louise's spotless, BEAUTIFULLY STOCKED home. The kitchen is the best stocked we've EVER experienced. No need to bring ANY utensils, dishes, storage containers, food wraps, tea towels, tissues, serviettes, condiments, bag clips etc. And chocolates in the fridge!! LITERALLY FIVE MINUTE WALK TO FABULOUS BEACH and a lovely, safe and quiet suburb. Lovely park across the road. Star gazing while in the pool. TV room was like being at the cinema. Linen and pool towels etc. were good quality and the large dining table and outdoor setting easily accommodated eight people. Appliances were top shelf and a full laundry onsite was a bonus. We love staying at Louise's lovely home and she has always promptly answered any communications. We'll be back before Christmas! 🎄

Great accommodation. Just as described. We were visiting Perth for our daughter to compete at track and field championships. Travelling with our family of 4 as well as extended family (grandparents, aunt). Plenty of room for everyone to be together as well as plenty of space to not be in each others way. Close to the beach. Great to see the sun set over Indian Ocean each day. Would def come back next time we are in Perth.

We stayed here with family with 2 kids. Here is good for surfing and drive a car for looking around Perth famous places. Room is very well organized and good design interiors. I recommend here to enjoy Perth😁

The house was so welcoming, felt right at home. Was able to get comfortable and the pool was amazing on our hot weekend. Showers and bedrooms were so nice and updated. I would recommend to people coming to Perth to stay. Right next to the beach and such a close walk to restaurants. Thanks for opening your house up to us 😁

Lee’s place was amazing! Immediately we felt right at home and the communication for Lee beforehand made the checkin process easy. The property is stylish, super comfortable, spotlessly clean and well equipped for everything you might need (beach towels, picnic gear, great local recommendations and more). All I can say is we can’t wait to stay again!

One of the best air bnbs I have stayed at. It had everything and more!! we had 7 adults and 2 kids and there was so much room! Amazing kitchen!!! Wonderful outdoor area and hot tub. You can get everywhere you need easily. Thanks so much Michael! You thought of everything :)

What an amazing house, easily one of the best properties we have stayed at! House is just beautiful, bedding and towels etc are lovely - great quality. Clare was a great host, very responsive to messages. House is in great location, close to supermarket and cafe for our morning coffee. Not to mention a short walk to the beach. We loved our stay and can’t wait to come back.
