My husband and I are so grateful to have enjoyed a few days on the beautiful orchard, staying in the incredible barn. It was beautifully finished and had all the comforts of home, as well as extra treats we didn’t expect. Although we were on a working farm, we were not disturbed by the goings on around us. The surroundings are so peaceful and quiet and the views are spectacular. We enjoyed our morning coffee on the veranda and the sun warmed us as it rose over the fruit trees. Thank you for allowing us to share in your piece of paradise.

Clean, tidy, epic vibes! Really nice space Micah has made. Super welcoming, helpful when I arrived and also gave me lots of privacy. Will definitely be back and highly recommend 11/10

I stayed at the Kangaroo Valley Homestead to celebrate a milestone birthday, with three separate families, and three children of varied ages this was a perfect choice. The kids loved the pool, I got to enjoy the outdoors stone tub. I loved the size of the place, we were never on top of one another. The kitchen was spacious and well equipped. The indoor dining area was a great gathering area with a view of the pool. Breakfasts at the outdoor table were so peaceful overlooking the bushland. The most popular and well-used room was certainlythe 'Galah Bar'. Adults enjoyed the bar space, by making cocktails and having pool competitions, while the kids enjoyed learning how to play pool and working out how to operate the jukebox. I was sad to leave today as I was just starting to get to know the place and discover just how truly peaceful and rejuvenating the homestead could be. Fiona was an awesome host, extremely responsive and accommodating of my requests. Thoroughly recommend!

Christy’s campervan was a unique experience for us. There were plenty to do around the property in nature or around Swan Valley. Christy was very hospitable with bringing us out on walks in the evening but left us with ample privacy otherwise. The Alpacas were excellent companions as well since they roamed freely where the campervan was. Highly recommended experience if you are looking to get close to nature.

This is the second time we have stayed here and would happily come back again! The outlook from the decking is beautiful and you wake up to the kookaburras laughing in the trees outside - so lovely! Internally it is well stocked and well air conditioned, we were very comfortable here. Martin was really responsive and helpful, the friendliest host I can remember having! Thank you Martin and hope to see you again.

Umatah is an absolutely beautiful place, for both a short and long term stay! The house has a very welcoming and calming feel and is extremely well equipped - the hosts have thought of everything that you may need, and have added some thoughtful additional touches. The only down side was that we would have loved more time to enjoy this stunning accommodation - we would certainly recommend Umatah :-)

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Karen’s house. The location was amazing for walking to the beach and along the coast and there was a great cafe near by. The house has everything you need for a comfortable stay and was such a bonus to have some great beach gear to make use of. Would be an amazing house if you had a group (we were just 3) and the backyard was perfect for our 2 older dogs too. Was perfect for our impromptu weekend getaway! Thanks for having us! 🥰

We had a very relaxing stay at this beautiful cottage. Lots of bike trails and wineries nearby. Everything you need in the well equipped kitchen. Lovely verandah overlooking the garden and trees. We hope to return in the near future.
