Good place to stay and it’s nice and cool at night

Gracias por la estadía, algunas cosas que mejorar pero en general buena, pudimos hacer uso de la Piscina, el dpto se mantiene fresco con ventilador de techo, cocinamos y todo sin problema!

Muy gentil y precisa durante el alojamiento, además de ser muy flexible con temas de tiempos, muy grata experiencia

El lugar es tal cual a la descripción, Angelina siempre atenta a cualquier requerimiento y respondió inmediatamente a nuestras preguntas. Cuando volvamos a Lima sin duda será nuestra primera opción. Gracias por hacer de nuestra estadía maravillosa.

We had a fantastic time at Melania's place! The location couldn't be better—an ideal spot close to everything we wanted to explore. The area felt safe and welcoming, which gave us peace of mind throughout our stay. While we did encounter some issues with the cleanliness of the apartment upon arrival, Melania went above and beyond to address our concerns and ensure everything was rectified. Her dedication and prompt communication made a difference, and we really appreciated her efforts to make things right. Excelente acomodação! Apartamento completo com ar condicionado, cozinha completa e equipamentos diversos. O anfitrião responde com agilidade! Situado em uma área com supermercado próximo, cafeterias e restaurantes, shopping, além de um parque onde é possível caminhar tranquilamente! Considero uma zona segura e muito bonita. Fácil acesso a vários pontos turísticos e com toda comodidade de estar situado em uma área com excelente infra-estrutura! Recomendo este apartamento do César e parabenizo pela excelente estrutura do apartamento, higiene e cuidado! Só tenho elogios!

la llegada a la casa es fácil y el área es tranquilo, me encantó a unos minutos esta un mercado de uno puede conseguir unas ricas frutas y desayunos, la casa está como describió el dueño y está limpia la casa y cuartos cómodos, yo recomendaria a mis amistades y familiares Lo pase genial gracias señor Juan

El departamento de Renee y Marion es espectacular, tiene vista a la playa y la zona es muy tranquila y segura. El duplex es amplio y cómodo, muy bien mantenido y prácticamente nuevo. La cocina y habitaciones súper bien equipadas. Es demasiado increíble que cada habitación cuente con su baño y adicional tenga un baño de visitas, creo que eso Permite a los huéspedes tener privacidad en cada espacio. Creo que el departamento incluso puede ser un éxito cuando el clima esté más templado porque el entorno es demasiado relajante. Volveremos segurísimo!

La casa limpia y grande, mucho más linda que las fotos . La ubicación excelente si estás con niños pequeños . Fuimos un grupo de 13 personas incluyendo un bebé y 3 niños y la pasamos regio . Nos brindaron sombrillas, tips y todas las facilidades . Los anfitriones Guido y Natalie siempre atentos a cualquier consulta. Esperamos regresar . Se los recomiendo !

Fue una experiencia única, un departamento con balcón al mar y al Larcomar, el día que vuelva a Lima trataré de estar nuevamente ahí. Vale la pena.

For the last fourteen years, my husband and I have stayed in over 20 Airbnbs in Miraflores. Hands down, John’s property beats them all. Unfortunately, we’ve been spoiled by this wonderful condo. The photos are accurate, the balcony is wonderful for hanging out,people watching, having breakfast or enjoying evening cocktails while enjoying the city lights. The open concept is beautiful, and the bathrooms spotless with wonderful showers! And the separate washer/dryer worked perfectly. The bedrooms are quiet at night, and the WiFi worked good. And finally, it was nice to have access to tvs that had multiple channels, without having to utilize a streaming service (like other properties only had). John, you hit it out of the park. We hope your wonderful property is still available for our next visit.

En términos generales, estuvo muy bien, las pistas al rededor están bastante deterioradas, sufrí un poco para llegar, el departamento tal cual las fotografías y muy cómodo, el aire acondicionado fue un plus.

Mi familia y yo estuvimos muy cómodas, todo limpio, bonito, el lugar muy bonito, las piscinas lindas y grandes y cerquita a la playa! Lo recomiendo 😊

El departamento es muy acogedor, a pesar de estar en una avenida concurrida no habia ruido dentro del departamento. Como es una zona comercial tienes facil alcance a restaurantes, centros comerciales, etc

The pictures don't do this place justice. Everything about this place makes it feel very homey and I was sad to be leaving. Often one concern when finding a place in Lima is the traffic noise as well as a stable internet connection. To the first point, this apartment faces a garden. Beyond that is the sea. The only sounds you'll hear are the sound of waves mixing with the chirping of birds. To the second point, the internet connection was strong--about 100mbps. Never had a problem with it. Would 100% stay here again.

Luis's place truly felt like home away from home. We got there after 16 days of exploring the country and it was a perfect place to catch our breath and take it easy for 3 days before our flights back home. The location is perfect; within a walking distance to the grocery stores and to the malecon to go for evening walks to see the sunset. Even though it's in a busy area we were surprised how quiet the apartment was; in the mornings we would wake up to the sound of chirping birds!

Fantastic apartment in beautiful Arequipa. felt right at home and checking in was a breeze, which after many long flights was such a relief. Host was extremely responsive and thoughtful with their communication and also recommend some great things to do around Arequipa. Overall a very comfortable apartment for a fair price. Very happy with everything, and definitely plan to stay here again next time I'm in in Arequipa.
