Ci serviva un posticino per una notte e ci imbattiamo in questo appartamento. Gia nelle conversazioni precedenti al giorno del check in valentina si è mostrata disponibile, educata e proattiva. All’arrivo ci riceve la mamma manuela che ci ha accoglie in maniera estremamente carina ed esaustiva. Ci ha fatto sentire proprio a casa. L’appartamento è grande (anche più di quello che a noi serviva) e comprensivo di ogni comfort. Piccolo dettaglio che a me appassionato è piaciuto molto sono le imbarcazione costruite a mano. Molto molto belle. Nel complesso sicuramente consigliato anche per la posizione perché ho scoperto che umbertide è veramente un bel paese. Grazie Valentina e Manuela

Intero appartamento a disposizione, molto pulito, nelle immediate vicinanze del casello autostradale ma estremamente silenzioso, ci hanno fatto trovare una torta di mele fatta in casa al nostro arrivo

location perfetta un appartamento in una villa tra le colline umbre vicinissima a Todi. Nella descrizione è indicato San Damiano vicino Assisi ma in realtà è la frazione di San Damiano di Todi. Appartamento ideale per una famiglia ed è dotato di una cucina da poter sfruttare. Ha anche una piscina di cui non abbiamo usufruito perché fuori stagione ma promette bene per tempi più caldi. Un'oasi di relax. Il proprietario è stato gentilissimo e molto disponibile anche se non presente ci ha dato tutte le istruzioni e consigli. Tutto perfetto

Definitely recommend! Sabina and Monica were incredibly helpful hosts and made sure we had everything we needed. The cottage was spacious, comfortable and warm and was in a great location. Thanks for such a great stay!

What can I say.. Matteo was amazing. He went above and beyond nothing was a bother to him. He offered his services to collect us when we arrived by train, took us to the supermarket and even gave us a short tour around the area n village. On our departure Matteo again picked us up and took us to the train station and took all the worry of us working out how to get there. We were there for a wedding and stayed 7 days. Defiantly need a car to get around but if you dont and want to just chill you can definitely do that as well. It's a beutiful little village. The cafe and restaurants were so friendly you felt welcomed. If didnt live so far away would be back again . Defiantly recommend 👌

Appartamento pulito, spazioso, con tutto il necessario. Abbiamo cenato in casa quasi tutte le sere e la lavastoviglie è stata comodissima. Utile anche l’ aspirapolvere (con i bimbi, il cane è un po’ di pioggia, un’aspirata veloce mi ha fatto comodo). Utilissimo anche trovare olio, sale, zucchero e qualche bustina di the. Ottima base di partenza per visitare Orvieto, Lago di Bolsena, Cascata delle Marmore e Civita di Bagnoregio. Bellissima vacanza! Grazie Lina e Arianna!

We had a lovely extended stay at Nicoletta’s apartment. It was well equipped, comfortable and in a great central location. She went above and beyond to facilitate our stay and accomodate our needs travelling with our one year old. Thank you for everything! Until next time!

Marco's apartment is a great base for exploring the rest of Umbria. So many beautiful towns nearby: Bevagna, Trevi, Todi, Spello, Spoleto, Assisi... The photos really don't do the apartment justice. The bed was super comfortable, and there were plenty of linens and towels for our 2 week stay. The bathroom is enormous! We enjoyed having cocktails on the front terrace and watching the sunset. The apartment was very easy to find. Marco's family were all very nice and friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed.

La casa era pulita e confortevole. Si trova in una posizione ideale e molto tranquilla, vicina al centro della città e ai principali servizi. Floriana è stata molto gentile e disponibile, rispondendo prontamente alle nostre esigenze. Consiglio questa casa a chiunque cerchi un alloggio comodo e ben posizionato.

The apartment is very clean and comfortable, with plenty of room. It is located right in the middle of everything. All of the shops, restaurants, and historical sites are within walking distance. The minimetrò is a five minute walk from the apartment. From the metro you are at the rail station within 10 minutes. Nicola was helpful and responsive, and self check in was very easy.

Tutto assolutamente perfetto. Roberto e Alice sono degli host splendidi, un benvenuto così capita davvero di rado. La casa è davvero grande, confortevole e con tutto quello che serve (anche di più!). La zona è perfetta, a due passi dal minimetro che porta in centro e della stazione dei treni. E poi, ciliegina sulla torta, a 117 passi (contati!) dalla casa c'è la trattoria Murales, dove si mangia DIVINAMENTE e si spende il giusto. Se venite a Perugia, QUESTO è l'alloggio da scegliere. Senza "se" e senza "ma"

Appartement chaleureux et spacieux, dans un quartier calme et très bien situé dans la ville de Perugia pour laquelle nous avons eu un immense coup de cœur. Si nous devons trouver un petit bémol à cet appartement c’est la salle de douche qui est petite et pas très commode. Nous avons cependant passé un séjour merveilleux dans l’appartement de Marco, qui était d’ailleurs toujours très sympa et réactif ! Je recommande !

Ci siamo sentiti super coccolati,suite stupenda, arredata in modo raffinato,completa di ogni confort,bagno turco ed idromassaggio sono state la ciliegina sulla torta... Il personale è presente e disponibile,la colazione è fantastica,vasta scelta e tutto buonissimo! Torneremo sicuramente!

We had a perfect stay at Paola‘s apartment. It is very cosy , smart and quiet and it was easy to get to and from the centre. Check in was very easy. Facilities and amenities were excellent and everything worked perfectly. Wifi was good and we liked the work space as we needed to study some of the time. Shopping was easy at the nearby supermarket. Paola was very helpful and gave us good tips and was very welcoming. A charming host. Would definitely come back and we felt it was very good value for money.

We had such a wonderful stay! The location is truly idyllic. Unfortunately weather was not on our side and we’ve had some storms. Nonetheless there was enough to do around. The villages in the surrounding area offer great restaurants, bars and cultural activities. I can confidently recommend it!

This is an absolute gem just outside of Todi town centre. June and her daughter were lovely hosts and gave us a warm welcome, providing very clear instructions and a tour around the site. They even gave us a bottle of wine, biscuits and a bottle of water. We were quite late checking in (11pm) but that was no problem for them. The apartment was bigger than the pictures and very spacious. The pool was idyllic. This was a perfect place for some R&R before getting married in Todi. On our check out, June and the residents in the other apartments had planned to surprise us with confetti which was absolutely lovely. Would 100% recommend.

Casa a poco più di 10 minuti a piedi dal centro di Perugia. A 5 minuti c'è una pasticceria favolosa, dove l' host ha anche predisposto degli sconti per i suoi ospiti, così come in molti altri locali e negozi della città. Giuseppe è un host fantastico, è stato sempre disponibile e reattivo nella comunicazione, ci ha fatto trovare l' occorrente per la colazione e un regalino per il compleanno del mio compagno. Nella casa c'è tutto il necessario per la cucina, pentole, stoviglie e anche olio, aceto, sale, caffè... un forno a microonde, uno scalda pizzette, un altro fornetto, i fornelli a gas... insomma davvero tutto! Che dire poi del caminetto e della fantastica zona spa con idromassaggio, bagno turco e doccia con cromoterapia! Un sogno! Anche i riscaldamenti funzionano perfettamente, cosa importante se si va in autunno - inverno. La casa è arredata con gusto, silenziosissima, e circondata dal verde. Perfetta per visitare Perugia sia in macchina che a piedi. Grazie di tutto Giuseppe!

We visited from California after traveling throughout Europe for 2 weeks. We were pretty sick of rubbing shoulders with other tourists. Our stay at this residence completely recharged us. The staff is wonderful, the pool is so nice (especially in this heat), delicious dinner, and all is in a secluded, magical location. The spa was a real treat at the end. Never experienced something like this before, it was amazing. Totally a five star experience.
