Roberta is the best AirB&B host we’ve ever experienced. She was responsive and made us feel right at home after two very long travel days from the U.S. Because we were arriving in Fano on a Sunday afternoon when most grocery stores are closed, she kindly did some grocery shopping for us ahead of time. She also connected us with an amazing local chef who cooked for us twice while we were there. Finally, the villa is beautiful - the view to the Adriatic, the grounds, the period furniture - all wonderful!

Ho avuto il piacere di soggiornare, con un gruppo di amici, in questa grande casa al mare ed è stata un'esperienza meravigliosa. La location è infatti proprio ideale per gruppi e/o famiglie numerose; offre ampi spazi, sia interni che esterni. La casa è molto accogliente e ben arredata, con tutto il necessario per un soggiorno confortevole e rilassante. Ma ciò che ha reso ancora più piacevole la vacanza è stata l'ospitalità dell'host. Siamo stati accolti con grande gentilezza e disponibilità e ci siamo sentiti subito a casa. L'host è stato sempre disponibile per qualsiasi necessità o domanda. Consiglio vivamente questa casa al mare a chiunque cerchi una vacanza rilassante in una posizione tranquilla e con un'ospitalità eccezionale.

Een absolute aanrader!!! Wij hebben de ruimte geboekt om een paar dagen tot rust te komen voor onze grote bruiloft. De accommodatie was precies zoals beschreven en is heel comfortabel, rustig, en met vele voorzieningen. De host is ontzettend behulpzaam en vriendelijk, hij stuurde ons allerlei tips voor activiteiten in de buurt, reageerde heel snel op al onze vragen en kwam ons tot slot nog een mooie fles wijn brengen toen hij hoorde dat wij later die week gingen trouwen. Echt heel lief. Wij komen heel graag nog eens terug!

I’d say this is by far one of the best vacation homes we‘ve ever been to as family. I wholeheartedly recommend it and will most probably come back. We‘re a family of four and found everything we needed to have a truly enjoyable relaxing time together. And that‘s the combination of many small and big things. The house (we were at L‘olivio) is spacious and clean. Whilst the stile is nicely embedded into the local, rural look, everything feels and is modern. It’s obvious that all materials and equipment used inside and outside the house is high quality and chosen with care. The house has, for example, a cooling system built into the flooring keeping it at a nice temperature at any time. At the same time there a dehumidifier-system maintaining a nice climate. The kitchen is well equipped, truly allowing you to cook and dine together with little compromise compared to home. And, if there’s anything missing (we were looking for a cutting board) our caring host, Rosi, would bring us a brand new one in no time. There‘s a brand new washing machine, and towel heaters in the bath room. The beds are high quality. The house is spacious, with many windows. There’s a beautiful terrace with comfortable furniture. In short: all we could wish for. The pool is great. It‘s large enough to be able to actually swim. Not too deep so the children can enjoy themselves. And the water quality is spot on. There again, it’s obvious the owners made not compromise. We only went to the beach once - simply because we didn’t feel the need. And: we loved the climate. Because it’s on the hill, there was always a gentle breeze making it very comfortable to stay outside inspite of high temperatures in August. The view over the hills is beautiful and soothing. The sunset and the moon rising was simply beautiful. Rosi, the host, is simply an angel, caring deeply, very kind and available with help and guidance when we needed it, which was rare. This place is great value for money, and I‘d highly recommend it.

Everything in real life looks exactly as in the photos... The host is a nice person really cares about his guests. He is a local person who knows his "area" very well. He knows how to help with everything. We would love to come back here sometime, we will definitely recommend it to all our friends!

Casa Roda is a true hidden gem nestled in a stunning valley, offering breathtaking sunsets. The owner gave us a warm welcome, took us on a tour of the property, and made us feel instantly at home. The property is well maintained, spacious, and spotlessly clean. It's the perfect base for exploring nearby attractions or simply relaxing by the pool in the sun. Our stay at Casa Roda was an absolute pleasure!

Silke was WONDERFUL! She was extremely responsive and helped with incredible recommendations and even made reservations for our group. She was friendly and was around to assist to however not intrusive. Our time there would not have been the same without her there! The views were stunning, even with the rain we had plenty to do and places to spend time. We spent many nights with great memories made on the veranda! Her house was magical and she was a joy! Tara's place is exceptional. All by itself on a hilltop overviewing the beautiful Umbrian countryside. The general structure of the property, the furniture and the amenities were just perfect for our extended family of 13 with grandparents, parents and kids ranging from 4 months to 12 years. Everything in perfect working order, selected with great taste and squeaky clean. From other experiences we know that you should never take these things for granted, so we're really very grateful for the invaluable memories we were able to build here together. The infinity pool was simply the best we've had in rented properties: big (17m long or so), very well maintained and with an incomparable view. The kitchen was well equipped and roomy enough, as were the dining tables outside. There were very few practical issues, and those were addressed right away by Matteo who dealt with them in a friendly and competent way. We would absolutely love to come back here! - a warm thank you from all of us!

We really enjoyed our stay at Ricardo’s place! Pool was a lot of fun and there are some nice cities to visit in the area. Two things which are important to mention: The host is living directly at the house but that wasn’t really problem for us because he is really friendly and didn’t really have a problem with some music… There are some security cameras around on the property and one in the house, but we just covered the one in the house…. So in the end we had a great stay!

We had wonderful days in Andrea’s house in Mondaino. Spacious bed- and bathrooms, wonderful terrace for dinners and good pool-area. Minor electricity-issues which Andrea made sure to solve very quickly. Our party of nine people (ages 12-55) all agreed that we would recommend the house to other travelers. We also recommend visiting other nearby villages where there are amazing views and local restaurants. One example is Montegridolfo.

La casa è meravigliosa! Situata un posizione splendida, con molta luce e molto sole. Il giardino è molto curato e la piscina assolutamente perfetta (con trampolino con cui i miei ragazzi si sono divertiti tantissimo!). gli interni sono davvero molto ben arredati e curati in ogni dettaglio. Non abbiamo dovuto portare nulla, se non i nostri vestiti (c'era praticamente tutto: asciugamani, lenzuola, teli mare, etc etc). le camere sono davvero grandi e confortevoli. il supermercato è vicino così come altri negozi che possono essere necessari. gli host sono stati sempre molto gentili e premurosi (Hans sempre molto presente). uniche note da migliorare: la TV non funzionava (è venuto subito il tecnico 👍🏻 ma non è stato possibile ripararla), lo scarico del WC non funzionava bene, c'erano parecchi nidi di calabroni sotto il tetto e non si potevano tenere le finestre aperte. in generale il soggiorno è stato bellissimo e consiglierei subito questa casa meravigliosa!!

Es war alles Perfekt. Das Airbnb entsprach genau den Fotos und war sehr sauber. Die Lage ist wunderschön und Ruhig. Die Kommunikation mit Anna war einwandfrei, sehr freundlich und angenehm. Kann ich nur empfehlen.

We were 15 friends staying at Laura&Tania's house. We have seen some very beautiful sights from houses like this, but the view from this one has been the best one so far! It offers unobstructed views of both the sunrise and the sunset and incredible views of the surrounding mountains. There was nobody else other than us on the estate and there are no other houses within hearing distance, so one does not need to worry about disturbing any neighbors when being outside past bedtime. The house offers an industrial kitchen more than suitable for cooking meals for 15 people and lots of space outside for all of them to sit and eat together. If it is too chilly outside, a large living room provides enough space for all to sit inside, with lots of distance to the bedrooms so nobody is disturbed by any noise from within it. The pool was clean and awesome to swim in on hot afternoons. All in all, there is very little to criticize about Laura&Tania's villa and we can fully recommend staying there!

A heartfelt and massive thanks to Chiara for eight great days in amazing surroundings and a very nice apartment. Everything was great. The apartment was clean, spacious and very well equipped. The pool is great, the big garden is a great joy and the the view from everywhere on the premises is stunning. Chiara is such a nice and considerate host and both we and our two children enjoyed every second there! We highly recommend staying at Il Colle delle Terrazze, you won’t regret it!

Bellissima soluzione. Posto tranquillissimo e immerso nel verde. La piscina è grande e ha una vista meravigliosa. Casa in sassi completamente ristrutturata ma con un glamour antico. Barbara molto cordiale e ospitale. Raccomandato senza riserve.

The holidays were perfect. It is a very nice and large house, in a very good location. There is a small bakery 5 minutes by car. There is a beach 15 minutes drive away. The host is very friendly and the service is great. The pool is big enough and the view is beautiful. There are no direct neighbors, you are on your own. There is a large terrace, in the afternoon the terrace is in the shade.

Absolutely astonishing! Great place for a larger group, very clean, enough space, calm and great landscape. Loris (housekeeper) was a great support for any questions. Highly recommended!

Trevligt och stort boende perfekt för en avkopplande resa i Italien med fantastiska vyer, goda närliggande restauranger och mycket roliga aktiviteter i huset. Värden är mån att saker ska ske på sitt sätt och kan komma att uppfattas som aningen kontrollerande. Rekommenderar!

Wir haben uns als Familie sehr wohl gefühlt. Wohnung und Pool waren sehr schön, Gastgeber sehr freundlich. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Soggiorno perfetto, il bnb è in una posizione bellissima, tranquilla e immersa nelle colline marchigiane. Giuseppe è super, presente e disponibile, ti fa sentire a casa e sempre pronto a scambire due chiacchere o a intervenire per eventuali problematiche. Nulla da aggiungere, assolutamente una struttura super consigliata per un soggiorno in famiglia o con amici. Se siete appassionati di stelle ,la sera il cielo è meraviglioso e si presta a bellissime osservazioni.

Großes Anwesen mit eigenem Pool und in ruhiger idyllischer Lage. 😊 Wir hatten tolle 14 Tage in Davides Unterkunft und waren in Summe 10 Personen inkl. Kinder. Das Haus mit eigenem Pool und das große Anwesen lässt fast keine Wünsche offen. Nach Pesaro zum Strand wird ein Auto benötigt und ist in ca. 20-30 Minuten erreichbar. Davide war stets gut zu erreichen und hat uns als Wilkommensgeschenk einen tollen regionalen Essenskorb überlassen. Nochmals vielen Dank dafür.
