Super petit appartement au centre de Pescara! À proximité de tous les commerces, restaurant et la plage ! Très calme et on se sent en sécurité. L’appartement est très fonctionnel, très pratique pour y passer quelques jours :)

Tisha and Marco are incredible hosts. Their beach apartment is beautiful! Pictures don’t do it justice. Air conditioning in the rooms is a nice break from the hot sun. Montesilvano is a breathtaking beach town. It’s relaxed, everyone bikes around, and we felt very safe with our 2 young kids. They especially loved the bunk beds in the apartment! And on top of that you’re 5 minutes walk to a beautiful beach and 3 minutes from an incredible gelato and coffee shop. Take advantage of the pedestrian walkway. I would not hesitate to book here if staying in Montesilvano!

I absolutely loved my stay at Raffaele's place, everything was perfect. From the start Raffaele was quick to reply and it was an easy check in process with a friendly reception. Raffaele even helped me with my bags (thanks!). The flat has everything you need, with a fully equipped kitchen, laundry facilities and a comfortable bed. The location is great with a short walk to the beach and also near the bus stop and main high street. It was perfect for me, travelling solo, but I would also recommend for a couple. If I return to Pescara I will absolutely book again. Thanks Raffaele :)

Appartamento accogliente, ampio e situato in una zona strategica, a pochi passi dalla spiaggia e dal centro. Host super cordiale e disponibile, dandoci utili consigli su come godere al meglio la nostra permanenza nella città.

Fabio's aparment was perfecf for our group. Very spacious, nicely decorated, had all the needed amenities. Really in the city center, 1 min away from all the restaurants and bars. Fabio was extremely helpful and very responsive.

Abbiamo soggiornato 4 giorni presso la struttura. Casa a due passi dal mare e ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. Francesco è stato molto disponibile e gentile.

L'appartement d Emmanuele et Tommaso était impeccable, propre et il y avait tout ce qu'il fallait pour cuisiner. il est très bien situé près de la mer et d'autres endroits pour se promener sans utiliser la voiture. Commerces et restaurants accessible à pieds. Tommaso a été très réactif à nos demandes et je l'en remercie. Pas d'hésitation si vous voulez passer des vacances sans utiliser la voiture.

L’appartamento é semplicemente splendido. Incredibile la cura dei particolari e l’ ottimizzazione degli spazi. La posizione é strategica, tranquilla ma allo stesso tempo molto vicina al paese e alle spiagge, raggiungibili in pochi minuti a piedi. Mohammed é un host molto accogliente e disponibile, per qualsiasi necessità potete contare su di lui. Se alloggerete qui non dovrete pensare a nulla se non a rilassarvi. Grazie di tutto, torneremo sicuramente!

We werden hartelijk ontvangen door Simonetta zelf. We voelden ons direct thuis en ze gaf ons de nodige uitleg van de accommodatie. Mochten we nog iets nodig hebben, qua taxi, fietsen, … dat regelde ze dat voor ons. Ik zou er zo zelf kunnen wonen in het verblijf, heel gezellig en knus. Gelijk het op de foto’s te zien is. Strand is op wandel afstand. Ik kan geen min punten opnoemen eigenlijk die wij hebben ervaren tijdens het verblijf. Super verblijf en super host. Dank je wel Simonetta voor het warme onthaal.

Questo appartamento e ottimo per chi vuole stare vicino al mare ha tanti negozi vicino ,bar,farmacie, McDonald's e ristorante anche giapponese . La casa e molto accogliente,spaziosa e dotata di tanti comfort ed e situata in una zona molto strategica perché non c'è bisogno mai di usare l'auto .

It’s a really nice place right next to the beach. The bus stop is about 3 mins walk away, lots of restaurants in the area and a grocery shop 10 mins walk away. The flat is equipped with everything you’d probably need. Marco was very friendly and polite. Definitely recommend :)

Es war wirklich eine sehr schöne Wohnung mit allem was man braucht, tolle und stilvolle Einrichtung. Durchdacht mit den Aufbewahrungsmöglichkeiten für die Kleidung. Induktionsherd und Waschmaschine und einer Regendusche. Wunderschön mit dem Holz an der Decke und wichtige Klimaanlage in jedem Raum. Vermieter waren immer errwichbar und haben sofort geantwortet. Check in und Check out waren super und persönlich durch die Vermieter. Können wir nir empfehlen. Es ist eine sehr schöne und eher belebte Umgebung mit einem wunderschönen Strand.

Ich kann dieses Haus mit dem großartigen Garten nur wärmstens empfehlen! Wir haben jeden Moment genossen und waren angenehm überrascht, wie schön und komfortabel alles war. Die Gastgeber waren äußerst hilfsbereit und herzlich, und haben unseren Aufenthalt wirklich unvergesslich gemacht. Vielen Dank für die tolle Gastfreundschaft! Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

Caterina e Paolo sono stati molto disponibili e hanno saputo farci sentire a casa. Al nostro arrivo ci hanno accolto personalmente e tutto era in ordine e pulito. L'appartamento funzionale e comodo è stato un ottimo appoggio per le nostre escursioni nei parchi e nelle spiagge vicine. Siamo una famiglia con due bambini e trovare un ambiente rilassante per concludere le giornate di "avventure " è stato rilassante. Zona silenziosa e a due passi dal mare.

This was amazing!!! Wish we could have stayed longer!! Beautiful, clean, spacious apartment. The nicest and least expensive of our entire trip to Italy. Annalisa was super friendly and helpful! We can't recommend this enough.

Kleine komfortable Wohnung direkt am Strand. Für drei bis vier Personen ist sie sehr bequem. Restaurants in der Nähe, nächster Laden 7 Minuten zu Fuß. Während wir in der Wohnung wohnten, kam fast jeden Tag ein Lastwagen zum Haus und verkaufte Obst, Gemüse und Wassermelonen. Der Hauptvorteil dieser Wohnung ist natürlich die Nähe zum Strand. Wir sind mehrmals am Tag im Meer schwimmen gegangen. Ich ging schwimmen, ging schwimmen, kam zurück in die Wohnung, duschte, kühlte mich unter der Klimaanlage ab und ging wieder schwimmen. In der Nähe gibt es einen kostenlosen Strand und mehrere kostenpflichtige Strände mit Liegen und Sonnenschirmen.

Delizioso appartamento curato nei dettagli che mostra l’evidente passione per le cose belle di chi lo gestisce. C’è anche un ampio terrazzo che, essendoci io stato d’inverno, non ho potuto utilizzare ma che d’estate si presenterà come un ampio salone esterno. Il contesto condominiale è signorile, moderno e, soprattutto, molto tranquillo. Manlio è stato un host strepitoso e super disponibile che fa sentire subito a proprio agio l’ospite col suo sorriso accattivante e sincero. Ci ritornerò di sicuro!

Fabrizio was so kind, being flexible with our check-in time since we were traveling in from Assisi and accidentally got off at the wrong train stop! The place was beautiful- very clean and cared for. The location was one block away from the beach and vespa rentals!! Everything was within walking distance. The city was a beautiful way to spend the weekend. We could not be happier with the stay.
