Pescia : locations de vacances avec terrasse

De host Marco is fantastisch. Zeer behulpzaam. We hadden een gezondheidsdingetje en Marco is toen 's avonds direct iets voor ons gaan halen (we mochten hem niet betalen hiervoor). Het appartement is ruim en licht en van alle gemakken voorzien. Heel goed bed en groot terras met alle privacy. Het appartement ligt heerlijk rustig. We hadden helaas slecht weer waardoor we minder hebben kunnen genieten van alles.

This is a great place to stay, especially if your intention is to stay a while, as it is very convenient for the train station. Pisa is a brilliant base for Florence, Lucca and other less well known places. The flat is very well equipped and comfortable. It is near a CarreFour and excellent bakery. Definitely recommend it.

David was an amazing host. He was helpful in finalizing my booking and made sure I was ready for my stay. The house was beautifully decorated and some. He was proactive in making sure we were ok and we will certainly visit Florence again and stay in David’s home. I traveled by train to Florence and the home was just 5 minutes away walking. Very convenient and the rest of the landmarks or activities are very walkable. My partner and I loved the place!

So highly recommend this apartment, location, and Romy. The place is beautifully organized and instantly comfortable. The location is quiet and removed from the heaviest trafficked areas but you can be at some of the top spots within minutes of walking. Romy communicated a lot, gave great recommendations and was easy to chat with. Highly recommend. Made our stay in Florence so easy.

We had a great few days as a family of four here. The apartment is huge and extremely comfortable. Kitchen well equipped. Short walk into the city walls. Would definitely recommend!

It is a lovely apartment and we especially liked the terrace with the overhang so we could could sit outside when it was warm but drizzling. It is a far walk from the center of Florence but a few good cafes and restaurants nearby.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans ce joli petit village très beau. Le logement est très propre il ne manque rien. Carla est très disponible et accueillante. Il y a même une petite épicerie bar dans le village. La literie est bonne aussi. Je recommande … merci encore pour ce séjour ..

Simone was great during our stay. Super responsive and helpful. The space was beautiful and comfortable for 2 people. Also, central to bus stops that get you into the city within 10 or so minutes. Would definitely recommend!

Pour trouver le logement, un grand merci à Samanta pour ces instructions car le logement se situe dans des petites ruelles piétonnes assez ressemblantes, dans un village magnifique et authentique.Le logement est spacieux, très bien équipé et propre. Samanta a été à l’écoute et très sympa dans les divers échanges que nous avons pu avoir. Si vous recherchez une jolie maison au cœur des montagnes en ayant quand même une proximité avec la ville et les plages, foncez. Je recommande vivement.

Liebe Giada, es war ein toller Urlaub und wir kommen gern wieder! Zu „meinem Glück“ als Hausfrau/Mutter, fehlte ein Messbecher und eine Auflaufform. Natürlich ist das Jammern auf hohem Niveau. Es ist eine ruhige Straße und es gibt ausreichend Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, eine gute Anbindung an den öffentlichen Verkehr (Cinque Terre/Pietrasanta City) und die Fahrräder im Angebot sind Gold wert! So konnten wir in gefühlt 4 Minuten am Strand sein oder den Einkauf bequem transportieren. Leider ist der öffentliche Strand etwas weiter weg. Der private Strand der in 200 Metern entfernt liegt konnte für 30 Minuten genutzt werden dann wurde aber auch schon darauf hingewiesen das wir entweder einen Platz mit Liege und Schirm mieten oder uns wieder auf den Weg machen müssten da es ein private Platz ist. Das hat uns aber nicht weiter gestört. Morgens, mittags oder abends ein wenig im Meer plantschen war für uns vollkommen ausreichend. Es war wirklich ein schöner Aufenthalt mit allen Annehmlichkeiten.

This is a fantastic location for those driving into Lucca. Parking is easily accessible just outside the ZTL but still within the city walls, making it a short and convenient walk to the house with luggage. While many reviews mention it, it’s worth emphasizing—this place is exceptionally spacious. It’s at least twice the size of other rentals we’ve stayed in that were described as “spacious,” which was a wonderful surprise not fully apparent from the photos. The extra room made it much easier to relax. We arrived on a cold evening to find the heat already on, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The host provided extra towels, body wash, shampoo, and excellent hot water pressure. Beds are comfortable. We enjoyed having a radio and desks in the living area. The WiFi worked well. Communication was great, and check-in and check-out were simple. I would absolutely stay here again.

It was a great stay, the apartment was clean, large and comfortable, looks exactly like on the photos. Stunning view from the terrace. Location is also great: not so far from the Santa Maria del Fiore, we walked there and it took 20-25 mins. The host was very friendly and responsive. We didn’t face any problems during our stay. Highly recommended

Inmitten einer ruhigen Wohnsiedlung befindet sich der kleine moderne Gebäudekomplex, in dem sich das Apartment, inkl. geschlossener Garage, von Daniela befindet. Die grosszügigen Räume sind stilvoll und mit Liebe eingerichtet. Es fehlt an gar nichts. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Die herrlich grosse Terrasse lädt zum Frühstück , Apéro oder einfach zum Chillen ein. Die Tramstation, um in die Innenstadt zu gelangen ist in nur 5 Minuten Gehweg erreichbar. Vor der Haustür befindet sich ein Bioladen und um die Ecke eine super leckere Pasticceria. Die Kommunikation mit Daniela war schnell, einfach, unkompliziert und super nett. Wir können das Apartment von Daniela sehr empfehlen.

Appartement parfait et très propre ! Hotel super accueillante qui nous fournit plein d’infos sur la ville, les activités et restaurants. L’appartement est très proche à pieds de la gare (10min) et de l’aéroport (20min) et du centre (20min). Bonne pizzeria juste en face si besoin.

Antonio’s place was awesome, beautiful views and very private. He was very responsive and helpful with recommendations.

I would absolutely stay here again! Alessandra was the most gracious host and walked me through everything I needed to know. She allowed me to check in early and gave such detailed recommendations. The apartment had the best view and was isolated from a lot of noise so I absolutely loved staying here. I even showed up later on accident and she stayed and waited for me. 10/10 recommend!!!!

A truly amazing stay and incredibly kind hosts. Probably the best Airbnb I’ve stayed in for all round location, style and comfort. The place is amazing, so beautiful and a proper ‘design’ style but at the same time really homely and cosy. I would absolutely stay here again next time we come to Firenze!

The location was amazing and so close to so many things. It was perfect for our family as each of them could have their own room and bathroom. The common space was perfect and outdoor seating area. We had a great time and he was such a responsive host

Die Unterkunft ist wirklich richtig schön, modern und sieht aus wie auf den Bildern. Der Turm und die Innenstadt sind gut zu Fuß erreichbar, ebenso Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Sabina hat immer schnell geantwortet, kann man. sich nicht anders wünschen. Wir können die Unterkunft jedem nur sehr empfehlen, der Pisa für einige Tage besuchen möchte.
