Rochelle’s place was absolutely perfect for our needs. The unit is very clean, clutter free and has all the amenities. Our trip was changed a bit so we spent the majority of our time out of Peterborough so wasn’t able to explore the area as much as we wanted. Would happily recommend this unit to one seeking a comfortable, clean, private place. If we come back to the area, I would 100% stay here again. We arrived so early, and when I asked if we could check in a bit earlier Kelley was very accommodating. Hotels don't allow you the option to be able to cook, and when I travel I like to be able to make my own food and feel as though I'm at home. Kelley definitely made us feel this way, the space is very beautiful and cozy, and there is a hot plate that we were able to use which cut cooking time down alot. definitely want to invest in one for at home :). Thank you so much for having us!

Nice little apartment had all necessities . I had a very comfortable stay . No oven and laundry only on Saturday and Sunday could be challenging for short term stays . Thanks guys

The location could not have been better! It was a walkable distance to almost everything I wanted to do while I was visiting yet also quiet and peaceful. Instructions for check in were very clear and a small issue I had upon arrival was resolved effectively and efficiently.

I absolutely loved Vilija’s space, it was even better than the pictures, it didn’t even feel like a basement apartment because it was so spacious. Vilija was so easy to communicate with and very responsive, I would 10000% recommend this place to anyone and everyone! I will also definitely be coming back again, thank you Vilija

We couldn't have asked for more. The apartment is beautifully decorated, clean, and comfortable. The kitchen is well appointed with everything you need to make full meals. Located in a quiet, upscale neighborhood with a view of a pond and backing onto a walking trail. A short drive to the arena, shopping and healthcare facilities. The hosts are welcoming and go out of their way to ensure you have everything you need. We would definitely stay here again.

Our stay at Marks beautiful basement unit was fantastic! The apartment was impeccably clean and well-stocked with everything we needed. Location is excellent with lots of things to do in town. Excellent accommodations, spacious and well appointed, easy parking. And Roger is an excellent host and very helpful. I screwed up the dates I needed and Roger proactively made arrangements for another night with no complaints. Very helpful and professional. We’re new to the Peterborough area and will definitely look for rebook for any friends or guests we can’t house.

Great location—4 min from The Thermea Spa & walkable to The Belle Notte Italian Restaurant & Pizza Pizza. Netflix included. Very new & clean. Off road parking for only one car. In the basement which got very cold until we figured out the space heater.

Great host, friendly and accommodating with our dog and check out times. Apartment was warm, comfortable and exactly as described. Would stay again.

It was an amazing cozy and comfortable place to stay at. It was worth the price you pay for it. It was quiet with little to no noise. It had everything you needed and more. It was a pleasure to stay there! Will definitely be coming back. The stay was lovely and the hosts were too. Definite must stay for a little get away!

This was the perfect spot for us! So nice to see some of the countryside and it was an easy drive to our event. Great place and we hope to stay again when we are in the area!

The home was very spacious and modern. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked with the listed amenities.

Having lived in Cobourg we knew the area. The location was very good...close to stores and restaurants but in a quiet, low traffic area. The apartment was well decorated, clean, and the kitchen was well-stocked with basic pans and tools. It snowed while we were there and it was cleared quickly. For part of our stay the other Suite was occupied. We could hear water running from our bathroom but nothing else. We would definitely stay again.

The place is super cute and functional, it's right downtown and there are restaurants and stores right at the street, yet the place still feels secluded and private. The hot tub shed is amazing and felt like a spa! Sebastian was really helpful at all times and the place has everything you might need for a getaway!

10/10 for sure will be returning

A beautiful place to relax. The hot tub was in a private area on the side of the house surrounded by nature.

Our stay at the Serenity Suite was nothing short of wonderful. Will definitely be looking for availability next time in town!
