Our stay at Nest in the Forest was absolutely wonderful! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and at home. The space was warm, cozy, and incredibly spacious—perfect for our group. The beautiful hot tub and sauna were such a treat, making our stay even more relaxing. Every detail of the place was thoughtfully designed, creating a peaceful and rejuvenating atmosphere.

Jeremy's home in the Kawartha's was absolutely perfect for our 2 families and young children. From the moment we arrived we felt so at home! The property is stunning, nestled amongst the trees, though wide open and bright- there is generous deck space, a lawn for kids to run around on (as well as a zip line, swing and hammocks!!) and a sweet meandering path that leads to a quiet lake and dock. The home itself has a comfortable, spacious and relaxed vibe. It's mid century, art filled and modern. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need for creative cooking, and the amenities in general are generous- from board games to water sports, sauna and hot tub. While there we had rainy days and colder days, but there was always so much to do and explore that every day was rich. This home would also be a perfect winter getaway.. maybe one day!

What a great spot The Rogers Retreat is! Such cozy spaces inside for family hangouts, and a beautiful view of the lake. We appreciated all the amenities and comfy furniture. It was the perfect backdrop to our cousins' reunion. Chris was a welcoming host - very accessible and great communication. Thanks for everything!

The cottage has a spectacular view of the lake. It is very spacious and up to date. The kitchen was well supplied with utensils, dinnerware, pots/pans, an air fryer and rice cooker. The dock area is in great condition, so it is a terrific place to relax in the sun, swim and fish. The stairs from the cottage to the dock has many steps, so my 84 year-old mother-in-law with bad osteoarthritis of the knees could not get down to the lake to go tubing. She was very happy to stay in the cottage and enjoy the view. The is only a short drive to Buckhorn with a Foodland and a Home Hardware to pick the items that you packed but left at home. Alex and Sophie were quick to answer any questions. Overall a really enjoyable couple of weeks.

Cori has done an amazing job decorating the cottage - it was a very well-kept and well-stocked space. The listing was very accurate and the check-in experience was very smooth. There was lots to do in the area and Cori had also prepared a binder with information detailing activities and attractions nearby. She was also readily available for any questions that we may have had. Thank you for having us as your guests - we're looking forward to coming again in the future!

Enjoyed our stay at this beautiful property, has everything you need. We stayed the week of valentines and couldn’t have asked for more. I could only imagine how perfect it would be in the summer with the water sports and many other amenities this property offers. Erika and Adam were kind and responsive and helped us with all our needs!! Definitely would go again.

my stay at Mrinals place was amazing! it looks exactly like the photos and was so clean. my family stayed here before moving out of the country and it was literally stocked with anything you’d need! anything we needed in the kitchen they had as well as laundry detergent and cleaning supplies. there was so many extra towels, sheets, and bedding. the check in was super easy and everything was exactly like the photos. The driveway has good space as well, me and my family were able to fit 2 SUV’s. Mrinal was an amazing host and very responsive and kind. I highly recommend!

My family and I had a wonderful time at Vicki’s. There were plenty of things to do and enjoy - water activities such as kayaking, canoeing and swimming during the day plus roasting marshmallows at the fire pit while stargazing at night. Very clean and quiet property and a responsive host. Would love to come back.

I had the most wonderful stay at Jared’s cottage on Jordan Lake in Gilmour, Ontario! From the moment we arrived, Jared went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed for a perfect getaway. His hospitality was truly exceptional – he even extended our check-out time to 1 pm, giving us extra time to enjoy the serene surroundings. The cottage itself was cozy, clean, and had all the amenities we could ask for. The lake view was breathtaking, and it was the perfect spot to relax and reconnect with nature. Whether it was answering questions promptly or ensuring our comfort, Jared’s attention to detail made our stay unforgettable. South Bay Cottage is truly a perfect and lovely lake getaway. Drive off the main road and into your own private cove outfitted with everything you need for a wonderful stay. Once inside, the view of Lake Stoney can be seen through the large windows from anywhere in the main room. The sunsets and starry skies were so peaceful - and even though locals told us it was unusual - we actual had an amazing view of the Northern Lights! We loved that this cottage included all the linens we needed and lots of areas to get cozy and read a book - including the extra-special gazebo. While the kitchen area is small - it is well equipped with everything we needed. Close to great hikes (Petroglyph Provincial Park, High Falls at Eels Creek, Warsaw Caves, and many others.) Also great to explore the area's great golf courses, Wanderlight Alpaca walks (a must do), Peterborough Pete's hockey, Peterborough theatre, and amazing restaurants in Lakefield (Loon, Cassia, and more). Melissa was a wonderful host!

Natalia and Evgeney were great hosts. They were both very responsive, friendly, and accommodating. Check-in was flexible and easy thanks to Evgeney, who did a great job at setting us up with our cabin. The cabin itself was exactly as advertised. We found it to be very clean. The view of Rice Lake from our cabin was great, and the area is really peaceful and quiet. Overall, we had a great time here! It was a perfect relaxing weekend.

Great spot for a relaxing time with the kids. Small beach perfect for very little ones, nice park and basketball all right there. Unit is well equipped and very clean. Thanks for a nice weekend in Bobcaygeon!

Margaret seemed very nice, she left croissants in the kitchen for us to have in the morning. Overall a very cozy spot to stay and we had no issues. One thing I noticed is that there's an adjoining door that connects from her side of the building to ours and I'm not sure if it locks, maybe it does but I didn't see a lock option on my side. Anyway it still felt private and we definitely got what we paid for.

Gary & Mina were excellent hosts. They greeted us for check in and where very accommodating. Any questions we had were quickly answered via the AirBNB app. The house was full of character and had lots of things to do indoors and outdoors. The kitchen was well stocked with supplies, utensils and kitchen wares. There was a washer/dryer centrally located which was great for towels and the Weber BBQ was in top notch condition. Water toys well maintained (2 kayaks, 1 paddle board, 1 canoe and 1 paddle boat). Pool and hot tub worked great, which was a must for our cottage getaway.

The cabin is really nice, not too close to the other cabins near by. Dishes and silverware were provided which was nice, and a mini fridge as well. We brought our own portable stove as there is no oven/stove at the cottage, and everything worked out perfectly. We stayed in cottage #3 which seemed closest to the beach area and access to kayaks, canoes, paddles, etc. Front desk was very nice and supportive when we asked to have the beach shed unlocked for us to go canoeing. Golfing is also a really fun thing to do on site! We rented clubs and golf carts and had a great time. No complaints! Nice and quiet area to go with friends, family, or as a couple.

We had a great time Gord’s place!The cabin is spacious, cozy, and functional with a fully equipped kitchen and two full bathrooms. Great location with easy access to the pool and a beautiful view of the lake where you can enjoy stunning sunsets right from the deck. The grounds are meticulously maintained with beautiful flowerbeds and ample lakeshore space, very quiet,creating a peaceful and tranquil atmosphere. Gord and his family are exceptional hosts—friendly, respectful, accommodating, and quick to respond to any questions we had. Gord even offered a flexible check-in time and provided two heaters for a couple of chilly nights. His local recommendations for nearby attractions were also greatly appreciated. Additionally, their thoughtful gesture of providing a play kitchen structure with toys made our toddler incredibly happy. We highly recommend Gord’s place to anyone seeking a peaceful retreat surrounded by nature. Thank you for a memorable stay—we look forward to returning!
