Patricia's home is lovely, warm and cozy. We booked at the last minute so that our family could spend Christmas together. We appreciated the lovely welcome and provision of staples like milk, butter, tea, coffee, juice and also crusty bread. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook a full Christmas dinner with ease. Patricia had even gone to the trouble to decorate her home for Christmas for us, which was very special. We all enjoyed our time together there. It is a bonus to have a full bathroom and an extra toilet for a family, too. The setting in the park is peaceful and welcoming and there are nice walks around the woods and lakes; our dog loved it, too. This is a wonderful place to stay in every way and Patricia is a very thoughtful and accommodating host. Thank you!

Amazing historic house. We loved our stay! Fire was all prepared in gorgeous fireplace in lounge. We loved speculating about the old portraits and other antiques. Super charming cottage with no straight floors or walls anywhere! Highly recommend for people who don’t want boring!

This home is absolutely charming! I adored the cottage garden, so beautiful and serene. It was spa shifts, uncluttered, comfortable. The touches of having some food available upon checking was very much appreciated. Fiona was very responsive and helpful.

Eamon and Joy were great hots, always responsive and always willing to help, patient with Airbnb payment issues and very amenable to direct discussions to resolve any matters. Would highly recommend.

Miranda was an amazing host! The place is absolutely beautiful, so clean and looked after. She made us feel right at home. It was a lovely location with horses you could visit. She definitely went above and beyond to make our weekend amazing! She also accepted a hen party which many places don’t. Thank you so much Miranda x

Beautiful cottage, spotlessly clean, everything provided for the whole stay to save transporting (toiletries, tea,coffee,dishwasher tabs) and many more. Jamie is really friendly, and informative about local walks. We never got chance to visit his pub, but definitely will when we arrange a possible summer family stay. Would highly recommended to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway

Loved James’ place 💖 We were visiting my friend nearby and how fortunate we were to stay at his place! It was so cozy and felt like home. The bed was very comfortable (we only slept in the master bedroom) and the modern kitchen was thoughtfully laid out. Quiet neighbourhood but super accessible to everything - short walk to grocery stores & nearby parks. Appreciated detailed instructions and recommendations! Will definitely come back and stay again (if James likes us :D) + also, spotted some cute wild foxes nearby! Very exciting!

My parents came to visit us and our new baby, Christine was really great in helping get them settled in and making them to feel welcome.

I had to book a last minute trip and this was the perfect location, I was blown away at the location and thought this was great value for money immediately! It was such a nice touch being provided breakfast and tea to make and it was really what I needed after some long busy days. I’d recommend this as a perfect place to stay when visiting the Lincoln area and surroundings.

Karyn and Iain really provided a home away from home, with everything we needed for our stay. Their check in was friendly and welcoming, the village is gorgeous and we really couldn't have asked for any more

I had an incredible stay with Elaine as my host! From the moment I arrived, she made me feel completely at home. Her attention to detail and thoughtfulness ensured that everything was perfect throughout my week-long stay. The space was spotless, beautifully maintained, and incredibly cozy. Elaine went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed and was always available for any questions or assistance. She is an exceptional host who genuinely cares about her guests!

I spent a comfortable night at Ian’s home in Bourne. Enjoyed a splendid dinner at the town’s Italian restaurant.

Had a really lovely stay at Miranda's house. She was friendly, welcoming and pleasant to talk to. The house was beautiful and the room spotlessly clean/divine, the bed linen was fresh and the room itself had everything you might need for a long, or short stay. It was the little touches that clearly showed she cared about her guests, and I really couldn't fault our stay there. If all AirBnB's were like Miranda's the world would be a better place.

as this is always a solo visit, I look for somewhere that feels safe, comfortable and easy access to A17 this is ideal. so cosy and warm even in the depths of winter.

We have stayed before as it is only 10 mins away from family. Great breakfast too. Beautiful countryside. You can see for miles in all directions. It is a working farm so take wax ear plugs if you're a light sleeper like me. Will defo go again.

Maggies's home is so welcoming and comfortable, everywhere little caring touches, a wonderful place for visitors to rest between busy-nesses

The B&B was easy to find and perfectly located. We were met by Yosita upon arrival, despite our delays. Yosita made us feel at home immediately and nothing was too much trouble. The rooms were exactly as described and totally met our needs. The breakfast was excellent, no matter what was ordered. We would thoroughly recommend it to anyone.

Notre séjour s'est bien passé : la chambre correspondait à la description, était propre, et le jardin était charmant. Jane répondait vite aux messages et était très chaleureuse quand nous l'avons rencontrée. Le petit-déjeuner était très bien également. Le centre-ville est accessible à pied, et le quartier calme, surtout le soir.

Excellent Stay, Delicious continental breakfast, Adjusted to our late arrival/ checkin request very quickly. Both were great and your suggestions for parking in Cambridge was really worth for us and saved lot of time.
