We just needed a room for the three of us for a night, for a family birthday in town. James' place was ideal, providing everything we needed.

We stayed at dons place for 2 nights and it was exactly how it was described great communication and very clear instructions! Would definitely stay again, & would highly recommended

A lovely place to stay as ever, we have stayed here many times, conveniently placed for visiting friends and family and many other places of interest, lovely kitchen although you need to provide you own food this is perfect for those with restricted diets. Beautiful location too.

Elmon's place was as described in the review. A very clean apartment less than one mile from Northampton town centre. Several supermarkets nearby that made buying of provisions very easy. Two bedrooms, the main bedroom was large with a double bed and the small room with a single bed. Two bathrooms, the main bathroom large and the small bathroom en-suite to the main bedroom. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils, microwave, washing machine etc - very much appreciated as we wished to be self sufficient for all our meals during our stay. All in all, a very smart apartment, immaculately clean and near to superstores and the town centre. I would definitely stay there again when I next visit Northampton.

Our stay at The Holt was just perfect. It had everything we needed including a downstairs room for my mum and beautiful grounds including woodland, fields and a river with ponies and Llamas for us all to enjoy with our dog. The rooms were very comfortable and spacious with stunning views. We could instantly relax and enjoy being in nature. Melanie and Phil provided really helpful information before we arrived so we knew what to expect. The holiday exceeded our expectations and we can’t wait to visit again. Thank you so much

What can I say… quite honestly the most beautiful home we’ve stayed in (and we’ve stayed in many). The house was absolutely stunning with amazing views. The host was very attentive and gave plenty of recommendations. We stayed for New Year’s Eve and saw in 2025 with our family. Our 3 girls loved exploring the garden, toys and a particular shout out for the games room. Had a pleasant surprise when we arrived to see the most gorgeous decking, accompanied by a hot tub and swim spa, a huge hit with the girls. Would definitely recommend. Thank you and happy new year!

Carol was a fantastic host. When we arrived she as there to greet us. The accommodation was fantastic. Clean, tidy, warm and everything we needed was there, even towels for the dog. We had a peaceful time. Lovely grounds which the dog enjoyed running around. Would definitely come back again. Thank you Carol.

This was the ideal place for us to stay on our visit to Northampton. The accommodation was everything we could have asked for and Emilia was both welcoming and very helpful. Milk, bread and other items were provided and, when showing us how to use the hob, Emilia gave us some cooking oil when she saw that we needed some to fry some mushrooms. There is a Lidl nearby and there are frequent buses into the town centre. Very highly recommended.

We chose this accommodation because of its rural location on a farm. It was lovely. Goats and pigs were our neighbours and we could walk across fields and through a wood from the doorstep. Everyone at Wood Farm were very friendly and took time to talk to us. The takeaway menu of home cooked food was an added bonus! Within easy access of Rutland Water and Oakham so lots to explore.

Thank you for having us to stay. The house was well equipped especially the kitchen which was really appreciated as our home and contents were damaged in a flood. Cheryl was proactive with her messaging and we had no issues. The children felt comfortable and we were all able to relax here. The beds were comfortable and the rooms had good storage for our clothing. We walked to Rushden lakes, and enjoyed the local high street and parks. We would definitely recommend staying here to others.

32 Headly is a modern home with a funky design and a great backyard. Kitchen was easy to navigate and functional - we cooked, ate, and enjoyed the space. Highlight was the most awesome Jura espresso machine - almost exactly like the one I have at home! I had spotted in the pictures, and I brought my favorite Sumatra Mandheling beans and they made excellent espressos that everyone was Oohing and Aahing over... Kitchen is connected to a private enclosed backyard with nice seating - just wish we were there in a warmer month for Cambridge! The funky part is that the "living room" is actually part of the only bedroom on the top floor, so there are comfy chairs and couches with our bed in the background!? it worked. The rental is pet friendly and our Cavalier King Charles Ikki was very comfortable there... Found great pubs for food a short walk away - standouts were the Geldart Gastropub which had excellent food and Salisbury Arms, which had wonderful regular and gluten-free pizza!

Beautiful place and great for a Winter weekend away. The wood burner made it very cosy! It has all the amenities you could need and we felt very comfortable throughout the stay. Wonderful host and will definitely be back again ☺️

The place is exactly as shown in the photos. Clean and felt very homey. Nice and warm for the colder days we’re getting. There is a local co op and a fish and chip shop which is less than 10mins walk. Ideal if you have a car to drive to supermarkets or restaurants. Olubukunola was very responsive and helpful to any queries I had. Check in and check out were simple.

Clear instructions for check in. We booked for visiting family over Christmas, host left some treats which was a nice touch. Flat was clean and perfect for what we needed - somewhere to sleep and shower

Lovely peaceful location with great instructions on how to get there from the hosts. The place feels secluded and has a nice country living feel to make you feel relaxed, but is still very close to amenities and Northampton itself so you're not far away at all.
