I had an amazing stay at this place! The space was incredibly clean and well-maintained, making me feel right at home from the moment I walked in. The house was also very spacious, providing plenty of room to relax and unwind. The pictures just don’t do it justice. Swimming pool and Sauna was a nice touch for sure and definitely made use of it. John was responsive and helpful, making the entire experience seamless. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay

We had a lovely 3 night break that went all too quickly. Jane is very friendly and responded quickly to messages. The cottage is as described, the shower is nice and hot and powerful and the bed really comfortable. We did plenty of walking around Foxton Locks and the town of Market Harborough as well as Rutland Water, we ate out a couple of nights at The White Horse Inn at Stoke Albany a 12 min drive and the The Bell Inn at East Langton 2 min drive both were excellent (Weds night at The Bell Inn is Steak night). Absolutely gorgeous house with a homely cosy vibe. We felt right at home and had everything we needed to make it a home from home. The host was friendly and very responsive and gave clear instructions how to gain access to the property. Just a short walk into the town which made eating out so easy and accessible - we felt sad to leave and would definitely book again!

Jodi was extremely helpful, very welcoming and lovely to deal with. House was really clean and as described. Couple of really minor negatives like the shower being for short people, but if you came to my house and started looking that closely you’d find worse! Would happily stay at Honeysuckle Cottage again and it was decent value. Thanks Jodi!

This home is absolutely charming! I adored the cottage garden, so beautiful and serene. It was spa shifts, uncluttered, comfortable. The touches of having some food available upon checking was very much appreciated. Fiona was very responsive and helpful.

I had a great week at Brian’s place. Renovated inside to a high spec so felt very comfortable and at home. Peaceful and quiet neighbourhood. Brian is a great host, very responsive and some thoughtful touches. Would highly recommend.

The home is lovely. The beds are super comfy and aldi and McDonald's was a couple of minutes walk. easy access to main routes and a stone's throw away from Rutland water

Miranda was an amazing host! The place is absolutely beautiful, so clean and looked after. She made us feel right at home. It was a lovely location with horses you could visit. She definitely went above and beyond to make our weekend amazing! She also accepted a hen party which many places don’t. Thank you so much Miranda x

Ideal for a short stay whilst working in the area. The host was welcoming, friendly and helpful. The accommodation had all that was needed and felt homely and well equipped.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Clock Cottage is very peaceful and has everything you could need including a lovely garden. We were pleasantly surprised that we were given a welcome box of goodies and fresh milk in the fridge on our arrival.The location is a short drive to Rutland Waters, perfect for bird watching. What an absolute find. Such a fun but chilled space. We didn’t leave from check in to check out! Sat on the deck, played pool and the fruit machine, watched a film, cooked in the galley (bar) kitchen, and even played old style cassettes of soul music! A softer bed than we’re used to, but the cosiest, most fun and relaxing place to stay. Amazing views that bring about a feeling of relaxation in an instant.

One night business stay - all good, large space, clean and tidy.

A great "quirky" place, will definitely visit again. The host Caroline was very helpful and our 4 dogs also loved the enclosed gardens.

We had an amazing two-night stay in the hot tub cabin! The host was super responsive and provided clear, easy-to-follow instructions. The property was immaculate and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The hot tub was huge, and the room was a great size. There is a really nice pub and cafe about a 10-15 minute walk away. The mattress was a bit firm, but we still slept well. We would absolutely recommend this place and would return!

We had a fantastic stay at Sherwood Farm, it’s even better than the description and pictures. Lovely space with lots of room for a family of 4. Toys and books the kids loved and the garden/ field was huge and they adored it! Had a great takeaway from the Naz in Soham and took the kids to several local national trust properties and Bens yard which has a great coffee shop and adventure play ground. Lovely to have tea and coffee provided in the house. Rooms clean and beds comfy. Huge oven and great facilities to cook. Will definitely do a bbq next time. Cam to Ely to visit family but it felt like a holiday because of this place. Thank you! We will be back.

I honestly can’t praise both hosts Amelia and Yogi, the cabin, and location highly enough. Genuinely fabulous hosts, really welcoming, flexible and knowledgeable. Lovely cabin, really well thought out and excellent little touches which are often forgotten, but not here. Perfect location for both walking into Stamford itself, or a short drive from all the area has to offer. Would definitely recommend and hope to stay again very soon
