Great views, fun space and close to town. Would definitely go back!

This place was perfect for what we needed it for. It was clean and I really liked the house in general.

I could not get in when I arrived after driving all the way from Kansas City. Batteries were dead in electronic door lock and neither myself or Airbnb support could contact host or co-host; I had to drive into Sparta and find lodging. Fortunately the problem was fixed by the next morning and a partial refind promptly issued, as I would not want to have missed out on this absolute gem of a property. Stunning views, beautifully appointed, clean & comfortable. Clear directions for heat, tv, etc. Had the 'little things' that hotels don't have, like accessible cleaning supplies if needed, plenty of trash bags and ziplock-style bags, scissors, games, extra outdoor chairs, plenty of clean & comfortable extra blankets. Looking forward to a future stay and have encouraged friends and family to check it out! Love that dogs are allowed.

This is a nice place to stay with incredible views. Will be looking to come back in the fall when colors start to change!

We had a wonderful time at Tom and Julie's home. Everything was just as described, and Tom and Julie were very responsive.

James was very accommodating. He treated us well and make some special arrangements for me. 100% recommend for the service and the view is absolutely amazing. 5 stars

The exterior doesn’t do the interior justice. It’s a lovely old house with modern updates.

What a beautiful place!!! The city of La Crosse is beautiful and this spot is in such a gorgeous location. The host literally thought of everything. The house was clean and had kid plates, bowls, and cups as well. Would absolutely recommend this house to everyone. We hope to return in the future!!

The stay was just what we needed to gather family for Christmas. Very spacious, and great accommodations for families traveling with kids. Plan to utilize this space again in the future! Communication during the stay was great, but we did have to call the host the day of to get the code for check-in as we didn’t receive a message response. Not necessarily an issue but something to be aware - two of the bedrooms upstairs and the bathroom have skylights.
