Petrella Salto : locations de vacances

This was my first time using Airbnb, so I wasn’t sure what to expect, but I was pleasantly surprised! The host was proactive and extremely responsive to all my inquiries, making the experience smooth from the start. The check-in process was straightforward, and the instructions provided were clear. The apartment itself was exactly as described, clean, comfortable, and wonderfully located in the heart of the historic district. It was a perfect base for exploring Rome, with key attractions like the Pantheon, Colosseum, and Vatican all within walking distance. There were also plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby for breakfast, lunch and dinner, which was a nice bonus. And the food was amazing! We had a fantastic time, and I would highly recommend this apartment to others. A great first Airbnb experience!

Romana's apartment was beautifully located, right near Campo da Fiori and Piazza Navona. Though central, it was remarkably quiet from evening on. The apartment was spacious (there were only two of us), charming, well-equipped and clean. Our only regret was that the weather was cool (early April) and we couldn't take full advantage of the terrace. Romana was extremely friendly and responsive. We spent a full week there and only had one little problem, with the washing machine door, which she took care of in a very timely fashion. She also provided very good recommendations for restaurants, things to do, etc. One thing to be aware of is that it is four flights up from the ground floor with no elevator; that can be challenging with luggage and/or at the end of a long day. But the central location was ideal, allowing us to walk to every site from St Peter's to the Galleria Borghese to the Colosseum and beyond. A wonderful stay!

Alessandro e la Moglie sono due persone giovani, carinissime, e molto disponibili. L'appartamento è posto in un condominio circondato da giardini, vialetti curatissimi e super pulito, dotato di tutti i confort, come indicato nella proposta , accogliente, ed è come sentirsi a casa. Durante il soggiorno abbiamo fatto una richiesta e con gentilezza, e velocità, è stata risolta, dimostrando, se ce fosse bisogno, una cura ed una attenzione alle persone. In conclusione siamo stati accolti e trattati con educazione, familiarità e cortesia, in poche parole, benissimo. Consigliamo a tutti, vivamente di poter usufruire di tale appartamento per un soggiorno a Roma. Certamente noi, coglieremo in futuro tale opportunità, sempre se sarà disponibile. Sirio

Volevamo ringraziare Pietro per la sua ospitalità. Nn è stato soltanto un ottimo host, ma ci ha accolti come se ci conoscemmo già da tempo in questa location fantastica, con prodotti del territorio e vino locale. El apartamento se encuentra en una zona supertranquila, a las puertas del barrio del trastevere y del rio. No necesitamos ningún transporte para llegar a los puntos de mayor interes de la capital, caminado lo teniamos todo a mano, lo más lejano, como la Plaza de España, está a 40 m paseando. El apartamento, en si, se encuentra dentro de una especie de corrala, popular, que nos encantó. Super tranquila la zona y muy silenciosa. Lo que no nos gustó fué que no estaba muy limpio, en particular el baño, aunque en otras zonas se veia que no habian puesto empeño en la limpieza. Los mueble son de escasa calidad, y las lámparas de dormitorio, si las soplas, se caen. La cama genial, grande y espaciosa, de lo mejor. En la cocina, falta de artículos que te faciliten la pequeña limpieza del dia, como paños ; así mismo faltaban un tostador y un exprimidor de zumo, que toda casa tiene. Creo que con un poco de cariño, no todo es el dinero, y dedicación tendrán los mejores comentarios.

We spend four days at the apartment. It was perfectly clean and spacious. The view from the balcony is great especially for morning coffee. A walk to the city centre takes about an hour but there is a bus station nearby (the trip by bus takes about 40 minutes). We didn’t fell comfortable with the materace on the bed but these can be our personal feeling.

Angelo was the perfect host! He allowed us to check in early. He met us at the apartment to show us around. The space is beautiful and it had everything we needed. It truly felt like home. I loved the electric blinds. So cool! The space was quiet and dark at night for sleeping. Very clean and cozy. The bathroom was nice as well. Having an area to get ready in separate from the toilet and shower was a perk for me and my daughter. Angelo gave us many wonderful suggestions. I would definitely recommend him and stay here again while in Rome.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour en famille. Coup de coeur pour ce logement qui donne l'impression de poursuivre la visite des musées dans l'appartement. Le logement est très propre, lumineux, bien équipé. Les lits sont grands et ultra confortables. La décoration est superbe, oeuvres d'art, marbre, très belles mosaïques au sol. Il est agréable de se promener pieds nus sur les différentes textures. Hôte très réactif. Instructions claires pour le check in/check out autonome. Nous avons apprécié d'avoir pu déposer nos bagages avant l'heure du check in. Un peu éloigné du centre (ce qui permet d'être au calme après les bains de foule) mais très facile d'accès en métro qui se trouve juste à quelques pas de l'immeuble. A recomander +++.
