This unit is perfect if you’re looking for some quiet privacy in a country like setting. Franca is an awesome host and unit has everything you need. I would recommend 100% and will be returning on my next visit to Sarnia.

Excellent communication. Great location. Excellent parking. Very clean. Located on the quieter side which was great. One minute walk to south beach which was very quiet and nice. Ten minute walk to main strip, excellent shopping, restaurants and beach.

The best airbnb money can buy if you ever find yourself in Yale. CJ is responsive and informative, the unit is cozy (as advertised!), and the amenities are amazing!

I had a fantastic stay at Tim’s Airbnb. The place was spotless, comfortable, and exactly as described. Tim was a wonderful host and even allowed me to check in earlier than scheduled, which I greatly appreciated after a long drive. The location was great, and I really enjoyed my time there. Olivia’s place was perfect for us. It was 4min to the arena where we were watching a hockey tournament. There is a convenience store and diner on the same block. Perfect for our needs. The unit is comfortable, we had everything we needed. Beautiful view. Many thanks.

Beautiful modern upper apartment style rental. Well equipped, clean, great for entertaining. The host is great to work with. Not a lot do in the immediate area (unless you have a boat) but that was exactly what we had wanted. Pool, fire, lake views.

This place was the perfect night's stay for my daughter, myself, and our two cats. It was easy to get into, had thoughtful food amenities, and was a very comfortable stop after a day of driving in the snow. There is an upstairs apartment, but it did not disrupt our activities or sleep. Would/will definitely stay again!

Enjoyed our time in the area. I'm from the lake area and enjoyed being centrally located to friends and family. Its a quiet location for the most part. Commonly refered to as a carriage house, located over the garage, you do here conversations and comings and goings of people adjacent to the property. We found everything we needed in the apartment. Bed was firm. which we enjoy, very cofortable. Linens were nice and served our stay well. Heating and cooling worked well and there was ample hot water. It takes a bit to reach the upstairs, but once it does, the pressure is good. Be aware that the stairway up is quite steep...may not be suitable for some. There are hand rails and a light in the stairway. There are a number of restaurants in the area...M29 diner is a favorite and Marine City Fish Company just up the river is also one of our area favorites. We would maybe stay here again if in the area, but think we prefer fully private dwellings.

This is a great place to stay. It's close to everything in town, and the picture represents the property well. Mark was easy to reach and is local. I would use this property again.

It was such a great place to have a girls weekend! The hosts responded promptly! We loved using the hot tub and being able to have a living room to hang out in for movie nights! Would definitely recommend!!

Louise went above and beyond for my bachelorette party / wedding weekend!! She was the best host I have ever had and I couldn’t have imagined a better weekend! I am very glad we booked with her!! The scenery is breathtaking, especially in the winter and the cider/winery recommendations were amaizing! Sitting under the stars in the hottub is quite the highlight ✨️ 10/10 would recommend and definitely will be back in the summer!
