La casa di Maurizio e Alessandra è bellissima, anche di più di quello che sembra in foto. È oasi di pace e la gentilezza di Alessandra ha reso tutto ancora più magico. Grazie davvero, torneremo sicuramente!

Lovely house and surroundings, beautiful view and lots of possibilities to enjoy the sun (or shade). Ivana provided us even with beach towels & umbrellas. Fully equipped kitchen including an amazing outdoor pizza oven. The heated pool was great, especially on windy and cloudy days!

Wir haben eine schöne Woche mit unseren 3 Kindern (4/7/10) verbracht und können das Haus insgesamt empfehlen. Es war alles wie in der Beschreibung und das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis war absolut fair. Für Kinder gab es Poolnudeln, Bälle, eine Luftmatraze und Netflix. Wir hätten uns gefreut, wenn wir bei Anreise nicht ein Bett hätten selber beziehen müssten, waren aber für die beiden Wasserflaschen im Kühlschrank dankbar. Leider war es unter der Woche sehr laut, da der Nachbar gerade einen Pool baut und somit ständig Lärm da war. Signora Vita war sehr freundlich und stets bei Fragen verfügbar. Besonders empfehlen möchten wir euch die Bäckerei L'arte de Pane in Menfi sowie die Gelateria Mozart in Castelvetrano. Die nächsten Supermärkte sind ebenfalls in Menfi und ein Auto ist ein Muss. Wichtig ist zu wissen, dass die Bevölkerung hier prinzipiell kein oder kaum Englisch spricht, aber google translator hat hier geholfen. Und unbedingt Autan mitnehmen, die Mücken plagten uns ganztägig!

Caterina and her husband are gracious, caring hosts with great taste. They have a beautifully decorated home with local Sicilian design elements and souvenirs from their travels around the world. They also greeted us with glasses of wine and helped us get settled in, and provided us with awesome recommendations for local restaurants. They went above and beyond to assist with our stay and we are forever grateful to them for their hospitality and easy communication!

Wir waren voll und ganz zufrieden. Das gesamte Grundstück inklusive dem Haus, dem großzügigen Garten und dem tollen Swimming Pool haben uns sehr überzeugt und wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt. Man hatte das Gefühl auf einem kleinen Stückchen „Paradies“ angekommen zu sein. Tatsächlich waren sowohl der Pool, als auch der Garten in Realität noch schöner, als auf den Fotos hier. Die Lage ist super. Alles (Supermarkt, Bäcker, Feinkost, Cafés, Restaurants …) ist fußläufig erreichbar und die kleine Badebucht ist authentisch, paradiesisch und schön. Clemente ist ein toller Gastgeber, die Kommunikation war top, er antwortet sehr schnell und ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und gastfreundlich. Für uns gabs es viel frisches Obst, leckeres Gebäck aus Terrasini, die gesamte Zeit frisches Trinkwasser und Café. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Sowohl mit großen, als auch mit kleineren Kindern, eine kleine, feine grüne Oase.

Gorgeous location, fabulous hosts - nothing was too much trouble. A really lovely family who gave great recommendations and were so helpful in general. The view is far better than described you can actually see the sea from the terrace. A great family break!

Pietro's place is fantastic! A really homely feel to it and is superbly furnished and equipped. The location is perfect, a short walk to the sea front and close to some fantastic places to visit. Pietro is easy to contact and will help in any way he can (even to the extent of recommending an emergency dentist for me!). Local businesses are friendly and good quality. I highly recommend Pietro's home as a place to stay for your visit to Sicily.

Eine wunderschöne alte Villa mit großzügigen Räumen mitten in der prachtvollen Natur Siziliens (Auto notwendig), Terrassen und Pool mit Blick auf Meer und Berge. Wer gerne mit Freunden und Familie Zeit genießen will, hat hier seinen Platz gefunden. Die saubere, liebevoll gepflegte Villa mit dem wunderschönen Garten lässt keine Wünsche offen. Der nahegelegene Naturstrand bietet ein privates Erleben der Küstenlandschaft. Der Vermieter ist besonders entgegenkommend. Er löst jedes Problem sofort und hilft dir mit seiner Begeisterung für seine Heimat und sein Elternhaus und seinen Tipps zu dieser Region, in der er selbst aufgewachsen ist zu besonderen Erlebnissen abseits der Tourismusrouten. Auch unser kleines Chaos bei der Anreise durch den verspäteten Flug hat er mit großem persönlichen Entgegenkommen ausgeglichen und hat uns noch spät Nachts geholfen in seiner Villa anzukommen. Danke an Roberto für deine täglichen Tipps und deine Hilfsbereitschaft zu jeder Tages- und Nachtzeit!

We had the most incredible stay in this lovely home. Could not have asked for more delightful and responsive hosts, they were the best! Great recommendations and even brought us delicious local treats. The house itself is gorgeous, clean, spacious, and amazing pool.

Absolutely unique, exceptional home: the view is outstanding and the house is a work of art where everything looks straight out of a design magazine. We had a great stay with our two kids (aged 5 & 7). Even in winter the weather was great and the house very much enjoyable. Very thoughtful host who had already stocked the pantry and the fridge with Sicilian food and even prepaired gifts and toys for our kids. To nitpick : some elements of the house prioritize aesthetics over practicality (the shower, for example).

Lovely villa with stupendous grounds and gardens. Many artistic, historical and family artifacts made this stay a cultural adventure. We had two cars and enjoyed the leaving the cars there and being able to train into Palermo, avoiding driving into the big city with traffic and ZTL issues. Geri was an absolute joy and one of the nicest, most generous hosts I’ve ever met. We had a wonderful time here!

I stayed here with 6 others for a friends birthday. The villa is so beautiful and was spotless. Simona and her son was so helpful, rung us when we got there to explain check in, let us check in early and also sent someone out late that night to look at a problem we had. They helped with recommendations and looked to get us a chef after requesting suggestions. The stay was soo worth the money and I would 100% recommend staying here!

Everything was absolutely perfect. Stayed there before my wedding. The only thing that should be noted is that there are a LOT of cats hanging around, so if you’re allergic to cats, be aware of it. Cristina was the perfect host and even let us borrow a toy she left for our baby son when we left the house for our wedding close by. Highly recommend

Giorgia e Lele sono stati sempre gentili e disponibili! Ci hanno fornito indicazioni precise e fatto scoprire le bellezze di Favignana, dandoci la possibilità di visitare gli antri nascosti e le zone più appartate dell’isola! Come ospiti sono stati affabili e ci hanno intrattenuto piacevolmente, prestandoci inoltre anche i tappetini per fare yoga!! Consigliato a tutti i gruppi che vogliano passare una vacanza piacevole con spazi adeguati e la possibilità di raggiungere facilmente ogni angolo dell’isola.

L'esperienza in questa villa è stata semplicemente ottima da tutti i punti di vista. Abbiamo avuto la sensazione di vivere un'esperienza fuori da tempo, un tuffo nel passato in una cornice così incantevole e curata, piena di storia e, si vede, di ricordi di famiglia. La quiete, i tanti angoli in cui rilassarsi, i tramonti sullo stagnone, le piante curate del giardino, tutto ha contribuito a rendere magica questa vacanza familiare. Ho inoltre festeggiato nel giardino della villa il mio matrimonio, molto ristretto 25 persone, e la signora Vivi è stata sempre presente e disponibile, consentendomi di addobbare il giardino e gestire con un catering di fiducia l'evento. Tutta la mia famiglia sogna di tornare presto. Grazie di tutto!

Our first visit to Sicily was unforgettable, and staying at Lucio’s place made it even more special. The Castellammare/Scopello area, where the property is located, quickly became one of our favorite destinations. We stayed in three other Airbnbs during our trip, but Lucio and Valerio’s warmth, generosity, and hospitality set this one apart. I’ve always dreamed of having a home in Italy like Lucio’s, and staying here felt like that dream had come to life. The house itself is beautiful, with ample outdoor space, immaculately clean, and incredibly peaceful. Leaving the property to explore the area was almost difficult; I could have spent all day on the patio, savoring fresh tomatoes from the vine or relaxing by the pool under the Sicilian sun. We’ll definitely be back! Mille grazie, Lucio and Valerio, for an unforgettable stay! 🙏🏼✨😁

Staying at this residence was wonderful. The house was as described, clean, spacious and in a nice location for going to other places in Sicily. It was particularly wonderful to use the outdoor kitchen and pool. The house had enough room for my party and we felt at home. Thanks for a terrific stay!!

Linda moradia cheia de personalidade com espaço interior e exterior incrível, até parece melhor na realidade do que nas fotos. Os arredores e as vistas são excelentes. A moradia também oferece privacidade. Divertimo-nos imenso e então com a piscina linda "infinita" com uma vista maravilhosa... O centro de Balestrate fica a cerca de 5 minutos de carro e há muitos restaurantes e bares, se quiser comer fora. O espaço exterior da moradia é definitivamente ótimo para ficar em casa. Adorámos tudo! Obrigado uma vez mais!!

Das Haus sehr ruhig zwischen Olivenhainen gelegen. Pool sehr sauber. Auf der Ebene des Hauses viele Schattenplätze (grosse Schirme und Baum). Im Haupthaus zwei Schlafzimmer und zwei Badezimmer. Beim Pool unten nochmals ein Zimmer mit Bad. Das Haus für Golfer sehr gut geeignet. Der Verdura Golfresort mit dem Auto in einigen Minuten erreichbar. 2x18 Loch und 1x9 Loch Kurzplatz. Sehr schön. Sehr freundliches Personal. Auch für Golfstunden mit den Pros sehr zu empfehlen. Holzkohlengrill vorhanden um darauf die Fische und das Gemüse zu grillieren. Einkaufen in Sciacca gut möglich (Paghipoco=grösseres Geschäft). Grosse Auswahl beim Fischhändler Isola Fish und einem kleineres Geschäft Xaccamare. Essen sehr zu empfehlen: Ristorante Hosteria del Vicolo und Ristorante OTTO. Reservation in beiden erforderlich. Etwas einfacher aber auch sehr zu empfehlen das Ristorante Pizzeria Gourmet Lo Scoglio di Santa Lucia. Zu empfehlen als Start die Cozze und dann diese Pizzas:)

Our stay at Isen & Nino‘s was amazing. The house with its huge and well kept garden with orange and lemon trees is very spacious and modern. A big plus was having three separate bed-rooms, especially bigger families will benefit from that. Communication was easy and the area beautiful - we went for a peaceful time in between wine yards and away from mass tourism. Highly recommended.

Fabrizio, was so helpful from the moment we booked. The place did not have a booking the day before so he happily allowed us to check in several hours early. Salvatore warmly welcomed us at the property and gave us a tour. Cathy then got in touch to ask if there was anything we needed and she was a great help with all the hundreds of questions I had about where to eat, how to get taxis, fun places to go in Palermo etc. The house and grounds are huge and every bedroom has its own en-suite. The beds and pillows were very comfortable and lots of towels provided. Kitchen was well appointed which allowed us to cook meals with ease and there was cute tablecloths so we could dress the table and make it feel special. During our stay an item was accidentally damaged and they were very understanding and we were able to sort it out. I really appreciated that. It really felt like a home and with the fantastic service and care I would not hesitate to recommend this place. Thank you!

During my recent stay at a villa in Sicily, I had an absolutely wonderful experience. The villa itself was beautifully equipped with everything one could possibly need – from a fully stocked kitchen to luxurious bedrooms and a stunning outdoor area with a pool. The attention to detail in the décor and amenities made it feel like a true home away from home. The owners were incredibly kind and welcoming, always available to assist with anything we needed. Their hospitality and prompt communication made our stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this villa for anyone looking to
