The flat was easy to find and perfectly suited for exploring Eastbourne on foot as well as near to Beachy Head to walk to or Seven sisters cliffs for the more adventurous walkers. There is a hop on hop off bus that does a loop including both these points and more with a stopping point near the flat. Also very accessible for Brighton by train or bus and other local towns. The flat itself is comfortable, just what you need after a days exploring, with all the things you need should you want to eat in. There are also plenty of restaurants within walking distance if preferred. Richard was very helpful and quick to reply to any messages. We had a really good week's stay.

We really enjoyed our stay in Hastings. The accomodation was beautiful. Spotlessly clean, spacious, light and airy. The view of the sea was amazing and exactly like in the pictures. We were blessed with sunny weather the entire time. It was great being so near to the beach so we could pop down for a swim in the sea really easily which I did every day despite the water still being a bit chilly in early April! We absolutely loved sitting in the comfy chairs by the window watching the sea and all the people walking by. It was a great couple of days break and we feel really refreshed after our couple of days by the sea. Thank you.

This place was beautiful. It was extremely convenient , lots of shops and nearby restaurants. It was very noisy at times (especially those seagulls). Wendy was amazing and was great with quick communication. We will definitely be back here one day soon!

This was the perfect base for being in Brighton to run the marathon. Check-In was easy, the apartment was spotlessly clean, bright and airy and the balcony was a beautiful little sun trap. The location was also perfect and was easy to walk to the cafes and restaurants in Kemptown, and further on in to Brighton. I would highly recommend anyone to stay here, you won't regret it!

Great stay, lovely host who made everything easy and was really helpful with check in and ideas locally. Brilliant place, full of character, super comfy and amazing views over the sea and pier. Best thing was the balcony with which we were lucky with the sun, had to drag ourselves off of it to see a bit more of town. Also really good value for money, thank you!!!

We had a fantastic stay at Laura’s apartment. Fantastic location with sea views. A stone throw from the waterfront. Beautiful Regency apartment with high ceilings, stylishly decorated with beautiful antique furniture and an eclectic collection of art pieces. Very clean apartment with all the amenities and comfortable beds, perfect for 3 guest. Laura & Thoby communicated very well and were helpful and very flexible with arrival and departure time. We very much enjoyed our stay at their flat and would highly recommend a stay at their flat.

Our hostess Jo was very friendly and made us feel welcome. The view of the sea was incredible, and the house was clean and very charming with it’s different levels and details. There was also a great selection of movies and books, and the TV was perfect for relaxing. The only thing to note is that the stairs are quite steep. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We had an absolutely wonderful week in this great property- the direct access to the beach is very special - and the house is a real home, furnished for comfortable living rather than rental. Lots of gorgeous walks near by - great golf course up the road, handy EV charging point 2 mins walk away, and Ashford designer shopping outlet 30 mins drive away.

We had a wonderful stay at Victoria’s beautiful beach property! We were 4 adults with 4 children and it was perfect. Plenty to do in the area, we went to rye and camber sands. House has everything you need for cooking. Plenty of fridge and freezer space and double oven. Hot tub was very much appreciated once the children were in bed!! Highly recommended

This place was an absolute gem! The property is right by the sea—literally on your doorstep—which made for a truly special and peaceful stay. The home itself is beautifully furnished, striking the perfect balance between cosy and modern. It had a serene, calming vibe—exactly what we needed for a relaxing getaway. The kitchen was impressively well-stocked with all the essentials and even had some ingredients available, which was a thoughtful touch you don’t often find in Airbnbs. The hosts, Donna and David, were incredibly understanding about our situation with two young kids and a late checkout due to work commitments. They were also very communicative and helpful throughout our stay, making everything even smoother. If you’re looking for a tranquil, well-equipped retreat by the sea, this is the perfect spot. Highly recommend!

Thank you for letting my friends and I stay at your place. We had a great time, we had everything we needed, comfy beds and plenty of room. Great location

The accommodation was truly wonderful and had everything we needed for our stay. The kids loved the pool table, which kept them occupied while we enjoyed the roulette table. The beds were really comfortable and the bedding was hotel standard. There are some great local highlights. We had a fantastic roast dinner at the Plough Inn a couple of minutes down the road and enjoyed go karting in Lydd. The fact that the house is dog friendly was great as our dogs are part of the family, therefore the instant beach access was really helpful.

Hugely enjoyable stay in Hove! This place is perfect for a little family holiday to Brighton & Hove. Lots of space, bright and clean on a lovely street. Very short walk to the beach and easy access to a range of cafes, bars and restaurants. It was a perfect bolt hole for our little family. The host Mark is super responsive and even helped us reclaim a bag of beloved marvel characters which we mistakenly left behind. Highly recommend!

Wow, das Penthouse in Embassy Court ist wirklich klasse - Modernistische Architektur direkt am Strand mit toller Aussicht auf Strand, Meer, Pier und Stadt. Es ist sicher DER Ort in Brighton, an dem sich Geschichte, Form, Funktion und Lage perfekt treffen. Und Stephen und James sind super Gastgeber, wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Das lag nicht nur an der Lage, sondern auch der hervorragenden Kommunikation. Wir hatten eine tolle Woche - Danke!

Kimberley’s flat was a beautiful place to relax on the south coast with sea views. The decor is exceptional and full of character which made the stay even more enjoyable and the kitchen and bathroom are both well equipped. She was extremely responsive and helpful and was a fantastic host!

What a fantastic flat, great space, quirky decor, good positive aura. Secret garden and the Nook... bonus hidden gems. Vikki and Mel, have considered most things.... well equipped kitchen, d/w, washing machine..large fridge freezer. Central heating/ hot water is excellent (my wife feels that cold more than any woman on planet earth).... complimentary g&ts. in summary, excellent flat, excellent location, excellent hosts. would certainly stay there again.

Nous sommes très satisfaits de notre séjour de cinq jours chez Simon. La maison est spacieuse, calme, confortable, avec une vue imprenable sur la mer, et dispose de tous les équipements nécessaires. Il y a de nombreuses activités à faire à proximité, avec plein de recommandations dans un livret laissé à disposition au sein du logement. Simon est très sympathique et réactif. Il n’y avait pas de parking pour les visiteurs,m à proximité immédiate du logement, mais nous avons pu stationner dans une rue située à 15-20 minutes à pied.
