Peyriac-Minervois : locations de vacances avec lave-linge et sèche-linge

Highly recommend this apartment it is in a beautiful old building with a modern interior very tastefully furnished of the best quality. Located at the base of the castle with its own parking and a short walk across the bridge to the town. Many restaurants and cafes to choose from up in the castle and further around the apartment. Could not have been happier with our three nights in Carcassone.

Séjour excellent dans cet appartement . L'hôte est très réactif pour que les locataires se sentent bien. La vue est imprenable sur la plage avec le soleil au réveil dans salon et chambre! L'équipement dans la cuisine est nickel. De nombreuses promenades sont possibles aux alentours. Je recommande à ceux qui hésitent! Merci à Florent.

Bei unserem fünfwöchigen Aufenthalt haben wir uns in der Unterkunft sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage zum Meer ist besonders toll, in 3 Minuten hat man es schon zu Fuß erreicht. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet und das Bett sehr gemütlich. Das Bad ist angenehm groß. Bernard, der über uns gewohnt hat, war immer sehr freundlich und sehr schnell zu erreichen. Gruissan ist ein süßer kleiner Ort und einen Besuch wert. Der einzige kleine Mangel ist, dass das WLAN eher schwach ist, wobei man aber auch gut ohne WLAN auskommt, da der Ort so toll ist!

Very happy to have stayed here. Gruissan is a lovely place, and Arnaud's apartment is in a perfect location - beside the beach and only a short walk from the port. Lots of restaurants and shops around. I recommend the big sandwiches at Friterie du Nord (just across the road from the apartment), I go there any time I'm in the area. Apartment was comfortable and well-appointed - I didn't lack for anything whilst I was there, and the view is majestic. Finally, Arnaud and Odette are both very nice.

Logement sympa au cœur d'un petit village caractéristique de la région. Emplacement géographique bien adapté pour rayonner dans cette magnifique région. Prestations de qualité, pièce à vivre lumineuse et très agréable. Chambres à coucher sympas pour passer un bon séjour. Literie de qualité. Très bon rapport qualité/prix.

És la segona vegada que la meva família i jo ens allotgem en aquest apartament. L’atenció i el detall de les amfitriones és impecable. L’apartament està molt equipat i inclús et deixen coses per menjar i aigua a la nevera. Tenia inclús decoració nadalenca donada l’època! Una vegada més ens ha encantat i de segur que si mai tornem a Carcassonne ens hi tornariem a allotjar. Gràcies per tot Marilyne!!!

Our stay at Plô du Roy Mill in February 2025 was absolutely fantastic! Traveling with my wife, kids, and our dog, we found this beautifully renovated historic mill to be the perfect blend of comfort and charm. The spacious, well-equipped kitchen made meals easy, and the cozy living room with a wood-burning stove was perfect for chilly evenings. The secure fenced garden was a big plus, allowing our dog and kids to play freely. The location is ideal, just 20 minutes from Carcassonne, with plenty of hiking trails and stunning sights like La Clamoux waterfall nearby. The hosts provided great recommendations and thoughtful amenities, making our stay truly seamless. Whether relaxing by the fire or exploring the beautiful surroundings, we had an unforgettable experience. Highly recommended for families and pet owners!

We loved our stay at this stunning villa. It is set on a hillside overlooking the village and with wonderful views across the valley to the pyrenees beyond (although the winds in September made it feel a bit colder than the actual temperature was). The accommodation was super spacious with 3 double bedrooms (1 with ensuite), a comfy open-plan lounge, separate dining area and kitchen area. Outside is an unheated swimming pool, terrace area and covered (pergola) seating area with outside dining as well as a large gravelled parking area. The town of Lagrasse is beautiful and typically french, with several restaurants and pavement cafes as well as some small gift shops and patisserie. It is approx 45 minutes drive from Carcassonne. The overall feel is of a relaxed and peaceful holiday destination and an ideal place for unwinding with friends over a bottle or two of wine. Thanks Graham & Jeanne, we loved it

Parfait ! Hote très réactif, nous avons réservé en dernière minute, en fin de matinée et le logement a été mis à disposition avant l'heure prévue (ménage irréprochable). La maison associe tous les avantages d'une maison de village avec les prestations d'une villa très bien équipée. Très bien situé dans un joli village... On n'a qu'une envie, c'est de revenir très vite !

Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Chantal et Marijn. Le logement est spacieux et propre. Il y a tout le nécessaire. La communication était facile et Chantal et Marijn sont très réactifs. Nous avons apprécié la grandeur du jardin et la piscine où nous avons prolongé la soirée. Il y a une proximité avec les autres logements qui est à prendre en compte pour les partis communes extérieures (barbecue, terrasse couverte, jeux, piscine, etc). Très bon week-end !

Let me start by saying wow! We had an exceptional family stay in this charming, peaceful, and beautifully equipped home. Everything was absolutely perfect, from the pristine cleanliness to the top-notch amenities that exceeded our highest expectations. The warm and serene atmosphere of the house made it easy to relax and fully enjoy our time there. We cannot recommend this place highly enough and will definitely return on our next visit to the region. A huge thank you to our wonderful host, Lindsay, for making our stay so memorable!

Je viens de passer un super week-end à castres avec mes 3 enfants, le logement est top, très chaleureux, petit plus le parking privé . Les voisins sont hyper accueillants et gentils. Et le propriétaire est très sympathique . Je recommande sans hésiter.

Beautiful apartment and the host, Rachel, was absolutely fantastic! Helpful, flexible and friendly! Went out of her way to make sure we were always taken care of and comfortable! The place is conveniently located right in the heart of the old town, but still amazingly quiet since it’s off on a small street. It feels more like a one bedroom even though it’s a studio because of the layout and the kitchen is well equipped for any length stay. We felt right at home and would definitely book here again any time we’re back in Narbonne!

Ce logement (nous avons séjourné au No 11 au dernier étage), situé au coeur de Lamalou-les-Bains et à proximité de nombreux commerces et restaurants (dont le marché le Mardi) est très agréable, et très bien équipé - rien ne nous a manqué -. Un digicode sécurise les accès de la résidence. L'ascenceur mène du parking et du rez-de-chaussée aux étages, bien utile pour valises, sacs et glacière. Une laverie avec plusieurs machines est disponible au même étage, et la climatisation réversible est très appréciable en cas de forte chaleur. La literie est excellente. La grande douche à l'italienne est aussi bien pratique. Le parking en bas de la résidence est également très appréciable, quoiqu'il faille manoeuvrer un peu car il est relativement petit (mais nous n'avons eu aucun soucis pour nous y garer avec notre Ford B-Max). Les hôtes sont très sympatiques et très réactifs, et notre accueil fut parfait. Une adresse à retenir !

ce logement était parfait pour notre week-end, très bien situé avec vue sur le port, très bien aménagé, très bien équipé et très propre. nous avons eu peu de contact avec Jean-Marc et Carole. Mais nos hôtes ont toujours été réactifs et très aimables.

Superbe séjour chez Gilles . Hôte accueillant et chaleureux. Nous avons profité pleinement des alentours car facile d’accès. Pleins d’animations sont proposées durant la période estivale. Les restaurants, bar et autres commerçant se trouvent en accès direct ce qui est vraiment un plus. Nous recommandons sans hésiter le logement proposé par Gilles.

Logement très sympa , bien décoré sur le thème de la mer et de la plage, lumineuxet spacieux. Vue magnifique sur la mer.
