Das Haus ist sehr geräumig und gut ausgestattet! Franz hat an viele Details gedacht, das haben wir gemerkt - Schokoladenosterhasen 🙂, Wasser, Soda, Milch, Käse ... und die hilfreichen Anleitungen. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt. Check-in einfach: Schlüsselbox mit Code. Lage: Da zu unserer Zeit die U6 wegen Reparaturarbeiten nicht bis nach München-Hadern fuhr, haben wir die Buslinien 54 (H Aurikelstr. 5 Min. Fußweg) oder 56 (H Marchioninistraße 18 Min. Fußweg) genutzt, um mit einem Umstieg in die U6/U3 in die Stadt zu kommen. Die Variante Marchioninistraße ließ sich gut mit einem Frühstück im Café Widmann verbinden. Mit Bus X6 und U4/U5 kommt man auch gut in die Stadt. Vielen Dank an Franz!

Reiko er utrolig serviceminded og har en fantastisk bolig til 4 personer. Der manglede ikke noget, og Reiko var hurtig til at svare, hvis vi spurgte om noget. Det eneste, vi savnede, var aircondition på det ene af værelserne, da der blev utrolig varmt. Vi vil helt klart anbefale hans bolig til andre.

Very easy and smooth stay. Peaceful and spacious house with everything we needed.. clean and located in a very convenient spot, close to Munich Messe. Grocery stores and restaurants nearby. Small town, but big enough to find everything needed. I would definitely recommend this place especially if you’re in the area for a tradeshow and you have a vehicle.

I had a great stay at this beautiful location! The villa was exactly as described spacious, stylish, and perfect for a gathering. The host was very friendly and accommodating, which I really appreciated. My only issue was the cleanliness, which could have been better. Other than that, everything went smoothly, and I would consider booking again in the future. Looking forward to seeing improvements in that area :)

Sabeeka and her husband made us extremely welcome and helped out enormously by driving us to and from a lakeside restaurant as well as to and from the train station. Even helped out by buying us supplies for breakfast.

das riesige sehr gut ausgestattet Haus ist abgelegen in einem Industrie Gebiet. es gibt alles was man braucht. Der Grillbereich mit Pool ist super ausgestattet. außerdem steht ein großer Garten zur Verfügung. auch der Weg nach Regensburg in die Stadt ist mit den ÖPNV, wenn auch nicht sehr oft, möglich. der Gastgeber hat sehr schnell auf Fragen reagiert und war sehr freundlich. wer Ruhe und Platz braucht kommt hier voll und ganz auf seine Kosten.

Es war eine super Unterkunft für ein Wochenende. Wir haben uns total wohl gefühlt und die Kommunikation mit Dagmar war super! Man kann wunderbar in dem nahegelegenen Park joggen und der Bahnhof und einige Restaurants in Pasing sind fußläufig zu erreichen.

Alles bestens geklappt, sehr ruhige Lage und sehr geräumige Wohnung, ideal für Ruhe suchende Menschen.

Ein wunderbar gemütliches Zuhause auf Zeit – stilvoll, warm und super cozy. Perfekt zum Entspannen!

We came to Munich for Oktoberfest and we could not have been more pleased with our stay at Rainer’s beautiful house. Rainer was there to personally greet us and show us around the property. The home was perfectly clean and the neighborhood was so peaceful. Walkable distance to many things. I would absolutely recommend this as a place to stay and would love to return someday.

Accommodation was clean and well-appointed. Nice hot shower, good kitchen facilities. Bed was a fold out so not the most comfortable in the world but still fine. A bus stop is located just across the street which made getting into the centre of Munich very easy (tip: buy a daily pass and it can be used on all public transport). Thomas and Manuela speak great English and were friendly and easy to communicate with. Highly recommend!

Excellent house in a quiet and peaceful location yet a short drive to all the attractions in Munich. The house is extremely well equipped for large groups and families as well. The hosts are proactive and take special attention in making sure guests are comfortable and are having a nice stay. I would highly recommend this airbnb and will gladly visiting them again. The host is super friendly and hospitable, always there to help and very responsive. Convenient location short walk to train station and grocery stores. The house is very new and super clean with high quality appliances and furnitures. I was able to relax and had a great stay!

When you look at the pictures of a place, you always assume and prepare yourself for worse. Because, you know, pictures could be deceptive. But, this place, the pictures are not enough to show how cozy, comfortable and useful it is! And me and my family are so grateful for such a nice and helpful hospitality to our host Steffi.

Wir waren im Februar im winterlichen Reiting zu einem kreativen Wochenende zu viert, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, wir werden das auf jeden Fall gerne wiederholen. Das Haus bietet sehr viel Platz, Bäder und Toiletten auf beiden Etagen, die Schlafzimmer sind sehr gemütlich ausgestattet, wir konnten uns wunderbar erholen. Überall gemütliche Sitzecken und einen großen wunderschönen Seminarraum für Yoga und dergleichen. Ein wunderbarer Treffpunkt für mehrere Personen die einfach mal zusammen Zeit verbringen wollen. Vielen lieben Dank, wir kommen gerne wieder!

We loved our stay here. Walking distance from the train which made accessing Munich very easy. A beautiful residential street with great surrounding pubs and cafes. We would absolutely recommend to our family and friends

Recently stayed at this Viletta and it was a great experience. The Villetta is very well equipped with almost everything you'll need during the stay. Also Richard provides awesome welcome gifts and a few beverages for you to enjoy. The location is also close to the train and a local bakery. Both are walkable. Everything went great for our Christmas celebration. No issues during our stay. There were also games and phone chargers convenient in the living area. The kitchen is fantastic! Would definitely stay there again.

Sehr zu empfehlen! Die Kommunikation verlief super nett und unkompliziert. Die Unterkunft ist top - wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Das Haus von Hannah und Julian war einfach genial. Soviel Liebe zum Detail und so viel Herzblut in die Unterkunft gesteckt. Wahnsinn. Vor allem die ganze Ausstattung war sensationell. Ein riesiger Weber Grill, PS5, riesen TV, Spiele bis zum abwinken und ne suer ausgestattete Küche! Vielen Dank - es hat wirklich sehr viel Spaß gemacht!

Sehr freundliche Gastgeber! Sauberes und aufgeräumtes Haus, generell ein sehr besonderes, großes und schön gestaltetes Haus. Es war alles vorhanden was man braucht und auch wie in der Beschreibung. Sogar Tourismusinformationen, was es alles zu tun/essen,… in der Umgebung gibt. Die Spielecke hat den Kindern gut gefallen. Es gäbe noch so viel positives zu schreiben ;-) Wir werden wahrscheinlich wieder kommen! Es war ein super Aufenthalt in einer wunderschönen und ruhigen Gegend!
