Dit is echt een geweldige plek! Een super charmante cottage verstopt in de bush. Vanaf de porch kan je genieten van de vogels in de vijgboom en in het donker van de bushbabies. Het huisje heeft een comfortabel bed, alles is schoon en aan alles is gedacht voor een fijn verblijf. Bovendien was de ontvangst door Heidi en Winnish zeer hartelijk. Kortom, een absolute aanrader! Our family had the most incredible stay at the Hoedspruit wildlife estate, and we cannot recommend it highly enough. The estate itself is breathtaking, with abundant wildlife sightings right from our door step. The highlight, however, was the exceptional service. Our Host Arnold, was incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable experience. The organised activities were fantastic, from the bush walks to the thrilling game drive. The food at Unembeza was also outstanding. Every meal was delicious and beautifully presented, catering to all our dietary needs. Thank you, Villa Marula/Unembeza Boutique Lodge & Spa, and a special thank you to our host Arnold for making our stay truly unforgettable. We will cherish this memories for years to come.

We loved our stay here, and wish we could have stayed longer. A little bit of paradise in the African bush: we were visited by warthogs, zebra and numerous birds.

Great place for lovers needing rejuvenation of all sorts. The one thing that was a slap on the face was the falling leaves into the pool,it was too much for one to swim in. The place was fab and our host the best.Tracey much love.

We stayed in this house for 3 nights. From the very first minute of interaction with the hostess of the house, we were surrounded by care, attention and very useful recommendations on how to get from the airport. We did not arrive at the closest airport and Adrienne gave us instructions on which road would be the fastest and safest to get home. When we got to the house, Adrienne met us with her husband, helped us unload the car, carry our suitcases, prepared us cold water, lemon, snacks, juices and a bottle of such a chic wine! We have not seen such care even in five-star hotels. The house is so clean and cozy that you really feel at home there. There is everything you need for a comfortable stay, right down to earplugs and a sleep mask. Beautiful grounds, singing birds. Everything is like in a fairy tale. The main gate is 5 minutes away. Adrienne also gave us the contacts of who organized the instructions for us. We are incredibly grateful that we were lucky enough to live there.

This blew me away, great location and a nature lovers dream. I’m looking to book again next month while I set up a permanent home nearby because I loved it so much. Sitting in the pool you can peacefully observe all manner of wildlife walking past. The hostess was so friendly and proactive, access was simple with clear instructions. Cleaning staff were quick and efficient including external areas. This really is great value for money and a real bush lodge feel.
