Great apartment! We lived in this apartment for s month as a family. Looks even better in reality than in the photos🤩 The apartment is cozy, with a good interior, good furniture and everything necessary for a comfortable family stay. The apartment and its surroundings were generally quiet throughout the day. There are good cafes and restaurants either within walking distance or a very short drive from the building in which the apartment is located. Also, there is a decent sized shopping mall in about 3 or 4 minutes away from the apartment, that has a pretty good hardware store, a pharmacy, Starbucks, grocery store and a few more shops. The owner of the apartment, Caroline, is a very attentive and responsive woman. We traveled with a baby and she was attentive to all of our questions and requests relating to the baby. She rather promptly answered any and all of our questions and always did the maximum possible.

Отдыхали семьёй в этом замечательном отеле и остались в полном восторге! Снимали просторный номер с двумя спальнями и двумя ванными – для семьи с детьми это идеальный вариант. В номере было всё необходимое: удобные кровати, хорошая техника, качественная уборка. Территория отеля ухоженная, много зелени, отличные бассейны, один из которых с горками – дети были в восторге! Пляж рядом, добираться удобно. Завтраки вкусные и разнообразные, всегда есть выбор для детей и взрослых. Персонал очень приветливый, всегда готовы помочь. Очень порадовало, что для нас бесплатно были доступны отличный спортзал с новым оборудованием и уютная детская комната, где наши дети с удовольствием играли. Отдельная благодарность хозяйке – всегда была на связи, дружелюбная, внимательная, готова помочь в любом вопросе. Это сделало отдых ещё более комфортным. Останавливались ненадолго, но теперь точно знаем, что в следующий раз приедем сюда снова! Тем более, рядом красивая набережная и множество отличных ресторан

Great place to stay for extended amount of time. Has a place for work and good internet.

J’ai passé un excellent séjour au View Condo. L’hôte était très réactif et a toujours su m’apporter des réponses concluantes. L’appartement quant à lui était superbe, très agréable.

Super appartement ! Très propre, lumineux. Équipements au top ( piscines. Salle de sport ). Je recommande.

We had the best stay at Chaba’s place. The apartment is modern, clean and well equipped for cooking. It is spacious and furnished beautifully, we felt right at home here. The view from the balcony is beautiful and the apartment has so much natural light with big windows and a designated working space. Chaba himself was so helpful, making sure to check in on us via message and even leaving us a treat at the door! We loved staying here so much we have booked to come back! I would recommend this place to everyone. The location is also brilliant, a 7/11 about 2 minutes down the road, the beach less than ten minutes and the night markets close by too. It has great restaurants close by, especially KoDam which is delicious and great value for money.

Beautiful place. It’s perfect for a couple and had everything we needed! The beach is over 20 minutes walk away but we had to order taxis to and from because of the hot sun and subtle breeze. The area was breaming with tourist families and couples and was relatively quiet at night. If you’re looking for parties and an upbeat vibe, I would suggest looking into other parts of the island (that wasn’t what we were looking for so we enjoyed it) However, everything was as described and we would stay here again if ever in Rawai. One of the nicest airbnbs we stayed in on our trip!

I used to live in Phuket and DCondo Mine was my accommodation while living and teaching here. So, I was familiar with the location and accommodation beforehand and that's why I chose this location for my first 3 nights. Lupthawit's accommodation was just as described. The apartment was clean, the bed had plenty of pillows and was comfortable (which is important to me). There was an air con which helped with cooling at night. I didn't cook and ate out for all meals but there was a full fridge, microwave, cutlery, and plates, cups, etc. There are places to eat, get massages, etc within walking distance but with the heat, it's better to have a mode of transportation. I can't wait to be back, I hope it's sooner as this is my first time back, since leaving in 2018. Thank you for your hospitality. It was my fourth time staying in Phuket over the years. This was my first time not staying in a tourst trap area. The location is very walkable to seven eleven and a little lotus store that has everything you need for cooking. We had a 3-year-old, so we needed to do some cooking. The night market is about a 10 minute walk from this place. Getting there was a bit difficult because I gave the taxi the wrong information. If you use "Plus Condominium 2" it will show up on google maps and other apps. It's a good central location to stay in to visit different parts of phuket. The host is up front though that it is not on the beach. You can't just walk there, but getting there is not that big of a hassle. I'd stay here again.

The stay was excellent - host is very responsive too. The location itself was perfect - 7/11 right around the corner & also an accessible spot for activity pick up / drop off e.g. Phi Phi boat tour. In terms of the rooms, they were fairly spacious & has the amenities you need for a short-to-medium term stay. We really enjoyed our week in Phuket, will definitely be returning again!

Все было просто отлично! В квартире было очень чисто! На кухне было все необходимое, на балконе есть стиральная машина и сушилка для белья. Территория комплекса просто прекрасная: много бассейнов, парковка (всегда были свободные места), охрана. Локация просто супер! До пляжа 7 минут на байке, до 7/11 и WeCafe - 1 минута на байке. Кондоминимум полностью новый, чистый, ухоженный. Единственный минус, что в кондо нет комнаты для хранения багажа. Если выселение в 12:00, а вылет в 21:00, необходимо все это время быть с багажом. На ресепшене даже за деньги не хотели присмотреть за чемоданами. Но мы оставили на свой страх и риск и 2 часа погуляли)

I've stayed in 5 places in Ao Nang and this was my favourite. Extremely good value, and I can hardly think of a negative. There are places closer to the beach, but not at this quality and price point. My only negative would be that the couch isn't very comfy, and the shower spills a lot of water. Just nit-picking really

Очень понравилась квартира. Есть всё необходимое, бесконтактное заселение и выселение. Очень понравился бассейн и зона отдыха на 8 этаже. Также есть стоянка для транспорта. Хозяин очень отзывчивый, приятно было с ним контактировать. Вопросов по квартире нет никаких, только приятные воспоминания, мы прожили здесь месяц и теперь даже немного скучаем 🥲 Спасибо, мы отлично провели здесь время.

Wir waren eine Gruppe von 11 Leuten. Die Villa war in einem Top Zustand, super sauber und mit einer tollen Ausstattung und genug Platz für alle. Insgesamt wurden unsere Erwartungen übertroffen! Der Gastgeber Lothar war super freundlich, jederzeit erreichbar und hat uns sehr viele hilfreiche Tipps und Empfehlungen gegeben. Zudem gab es für jedes Anliegen einen Ansprechpartner, was sehr unkompliziert über den Villa Manager organisiert wurde. Die Villa ist in einer gesicherten / überwachten Siedlung gelegen, was einem ein sehr sicheres Gefühl gegeben hat. Die Wege zum Strand, Restaurant und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten waren recht kurz und alles ist super zu erreichen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder und können die Villa Carlos absolut empfehlen!

I just had the most incredible stay at this Airbnb in Phuket, hands down the best one I’ve ever experienced! The place was absolutely massive—spacious, beautifully designed, and just felt like a dream. The pool was a total highlight, perfect for relaxing or a refreshing dip anytime, and it was maintained so well. The location couldn’t have been better either—super convenient and close to everything I wanted to explore. Honestly, everything about this spot was amazing, and I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a top-tier stay in Phuket. Can’t wait to come back!

Wonderful place to spend a week. We had 5 adults and the place was spacious, with plenty of room and private spaces. All of the rooms had ample storage and the beds were so comfortable with each room having a little bar fridge. It is a 4 level house, so if stairs arnt for you, then the house won’t suit. Patrik is the best host, he is responsive and always willing to accommodate any request. House keeper Sue, who comes daily is a delight! She cleans and washes and the house was always clean after a day out sightseeing. The house is in a great location, but is up a very steep hill. Sometimes we walked it and other days got a taxi. Just factor that in if you’re not very fit and active. Would stay again next time back we are back.

Very beautiful villa, the big swimming pool is great, looking forward to staying again

Our family of six had a great time at Mark’s place. The villa was exactly as described and provided a relaxing place for us to hang out during our downtime. The pool and loungers were great and the villa was stocked with fresh fruit cut daily. We all slept very well in the comfortable beds and lots of space for everyone to have their own room and bathroom. As mentioned in many reviews, the highlight of our time in Krabi was having Mark as our host. He made organizing meals and activities very easy. He was very proactive with ideas and we loved all the excursions - kayaking, private speedboat, sunrise cruise, hiking. It was great getting to know him and we enjoyed the time we spent together. We hope to visit again one day!

Отличная вилла! Есть всё начиная с полотенец для пляжа и посуды, заканчивая посудомоечной машиной и бакалов для вина. Жили здесь четвером, думаю для шести человек всё же будет тесновато (4 лежака, диван на 4 человека, 2 барных стула), но нам было отлично. Уборка каждые три дня, чистка бассейна несколько раз в неделю. Бассейн отличный, теплый. Есть зона с лежаками и столом на улице, всё чисто и удобно. Местоположение не в людном, тихом месте, это надо учитывать - нужен свой транспорт или придется ездить на такси. Из минусов - не удобный мангал, угли проваливаются сквозь решетку. В остальном отличное место что бы насладиться неспешной жизнью в доме🏡 Спасибо 🙏
