Had a wonderful stay at Nink’s place. Apartment is just as shown in the photos, beautiful and cozy. Nink is very responsive and helpful. All needed amenities are right at hand’s reach. We will definitely visit again.

Initially, I was heavily skeptical because the photo just looked too good and maybe the place wouldn't match the description. But I was extremely wrong. This place not only has a living space that completely blew me away with handcrafted furnitures, but everything is extremely well kept and clean, not to mention the amazing hospitality that we received from both K'Tum and Ed that makes us feel extremely welcomed with their souvenirs, complimentary drinks and breakfast. The best thing about this place is probably the kitchen because there really is every kitchen utensils or tools you need to cook for your family or loved ones, not to mention the vast amount of beautiful plates within the cabinets that elevated our Valentine's date even more. We are extremely delighted to have found, stayed, and enjoyed Rumor has it and will probably come back again in the near future!

We had a great time. Everything was perfect except the walking part to Sapan Khwai BTS station. My friends was wishing for a gas connection rather than induction heaters in the kitchen with more utensils. We enjoyed shoping at the local fresh market and cooking ourselves for eight persons. Buay and her sister Eng was very very helpful with excellent communication skills. Everything we needed and asked was provided for.

Loved my 3 night stay at SWI Riverside Cottage. The place was exactly what I was looking for, a secluded home in a natural setting. Home had everything I needed and loved how well equipped the it was. Only thing to note is that it is far from shops, restaurants etc so you definitely need to rent a car or motorbike to get around. Suwitcha was able to arrange anything I needed from the bike to the taxi on my return so kudos to that. Also, please note that Ayutthaya is a 30 mins drive from here. Overall, a lovely little place that I will return to!

This was a great place to stay. It's a 15 minute walk to the metro but it is a walk through a beautiful residential area, well worth it. There is a 7/11 two minutes from the front door 👍. I love the little courtyard out the door with a table and stool among the plants. Methinee was the perfect host. She welcomed me to BKK with the Grab map pin for her apartment. What a perfect way to take the confusion about arriving in a strange city. She also provided tips and local info to enhance our stay. All on top of an excellent price. Kudos to Methinee and her team. I would stay here again.

We are actually unfortunate when we arrived to bangkok because the elevator/lift was under maintenance, But the host made sure to let her staff help us bringing our luggage to the 5th floor. The lift now is working well,it was operating already on the day of our check out 🤭 Thank you to our dear host for being responsive and helpful, The unit is cozy and clean. Easy Check in and Check out. Highly recommended ♥️

The place is nearby BTS Station Sena Nikhom and you can easy get what you need by 7-11, Aeon Shop and various restaurants and cafe. The place is suitable for a group travel. Anything is alright.

I had a great stay over here I enjoyed the neighborhood it’s walkable to the MRT station THAILAND CULTURAL CENTRE and also walkable to a lovely interesting street food village park really lovely. The AC was so cold it’s generally a great place. I will stay there again.
