Отдыхали с семьей в этом чудесном доме ! Мы в восторге ,красивая ухоженная закрытая территория .За всем ухаживают садовники .Сама территория комплекса просторная ,есть активности в виде мини гольфа ,детской площадки ,и других . А дом очень просторен ,уютно обставлен и всем нужным укомплектован! Обязательно вернёмся ещё ! Хозяйке отдельно 5 баллов !

整體環境非常乾淨，帶孩子也非常合適，不怕吵鬧，空間也非常大！！重點床很好睡！房東人也很好，很樂意幫忙處理任何問題也很細心！！真心推薦各位💕

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und wären gerne länger geblieben. Der von der Wohnanlage gemeinschaftliche genutzte Pool war super sauber und wir waren dort die meiste Zeit allein. Schöne Unterkunft ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht. Das Warmwasser in den Dusche funktionierte manchmal nicht durchgängig. Ohne Roller/Auto Recht abgelegen, da die nächsten Einkaufsmöglichkeite und Restaurants mindestens 10Minuten zu Fuß entfernt Sind.

Me and my family spent 1,5 months in this wonderful place. We loved everything about it and enjoyed our stay. The house is big, nice and cozy, Thai style. You have everything you may need: washing machine, vacuum, toaster and aero grill, everything you need for cooking and having meals. The beds are comfortable. There are a lot of place of storage and hangers. There is even a hot tube in one of the bathrooms. We also had shower gel, shampoo and conditioner in every bathroom. The owner is easy to get along with, very helpful and nice. The house is located in a private territory. It is not a touristic area and we enjoyed it. There is a local food market just nearby and a lot of cafes, bars, shops and massage salons. We rented a car and was driving to bang Sare for the sea (which is better than in Pattaya and just 20 minutes away from the house). The owner helped us to find a rental with reasonable prices. There is nothing I can complaint about. It is 10 stars out of 5!

This 'garden' villa is about 10 minutes by car to the beach and it is a very nice beach too! It has a little plunge pool and a BBQ as well as a well-equipped kitchen. The shower worked really well as did the Wifi. We had a little difficulty finding it as the google location is about 150m out. The place is very comfortable and we were lucky that the 'pool' villa (across in the grounds) was unoccupied while we were there so we had the whole place to ourselves.

We really enjoyed our stay. The villa has lots to do, with a nice pool. The location is great. The area is quite quiet but with some nice restaurant and a peaceful beach. Communication was easy. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks!

THE PLACE WAS AWESOME AND THE STAY WAS VERY COMFORTABLE TOM WAS VERY RESPONSIVE AND HE WAS VERY HELPFUL TO US IN EVERY ASPECT.. HE ALLOWED US TO CHECK IN EARLY AND CHECKOUT LATE (BUT IT DEPENDS ON AVAILABILITY.. WILL BOOK HIS PLACE AGAIN IN THE FUTURE❤️

Normally I should write a bad review that I could keep Seamus (James) and his apartment as a secret. But then I would tell lies cos there is nothing bad to tell neither about the apartment and the great location nor about Seamus as a great host. If you ever dreamed of a VIP vacation with concierge service just go there and I think Seamus will top your expectations. No matter what you might ask him for he will answer within minutes or appear in person. Could not be any better or friendlier he is an absolutely gem. I NEVER had a more pleasant stay in many years of traveling. Thanks for everything and the more you gave to us.

The flat was clean, stylish, and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, close to restaurants and all the activities. The host was very responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay here again!

The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I especially appreciated the little touches like guiding us around the city on days he was free. The location was perfect! A quiet, peaceful location with a beautiful view away from the noise and rabble of Pattaya. The flat was spacious, clean and had everything you need including a rooftop pool overlooking the beach. It exceeded expectations in terms of value of money and provided a welcome alternative to the "chaos" of the adjoining city. It is family-friendly and close to bars, cafes and restaurants, so was perfect for a few days in the sunshine. Highly recommended.

I absolutely loved my stay here! Waking up to those views was incredible, and the studio was so clean and comfortable. I'd definitely stay again!
