Leo's place is just awesome just like pictures even more beautiful villa. He's so supportive and responsive. Rooms & toilets are very much clean as shown in the pictures. Overall very good stay and I will come again.

I’ve extended my stay, and of course, this place is gorgeous.

The property is about a 20 minute ride from either central Pattaya or Jomtien beach. It's on a quiet residential street off an arterial through road with restaurants/retail/7-11's etc. The photos on the Airbnb listing are the genuine house/pool. Everything there is plug and play. It only requires you and whatever your plans you may have. Super nice and responsive hosts as well.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this stunning Airbnb, and it exceeded my expectations in every way! The moment I stepped inside, I was struck by the opulent decor, impeccable cleanliness, and warm ambiance. The luxurious furnishings, plush bedding, and ample natural light made for a truly relaxing retreat. From the fully-equipped kitchen to the indulgent bathroom, every detail was thoughtfully considered. Our host was exceptionally attentive, responsive, and welcoming.

Strongly recommend this listing for family gathering. very conveniently located next to Jomtien Ocean Marina, offering many sea-related activities. The villa is very large, with nice garden, swimming pool. And provides everything needed, included all essentials (towels, soap) and even water, welcome fruits, coffee, snacks... warm attentions ! They even arranged for new baby bed & bathtub for our new born. Easy communication. Strongly recommended.

Amazing villa in a compound that caters to every need. multiple bedrooms and able to see what's going on from the central area. beautiful and spacious. keep note that electricity usage will be calculated, so be prudent. have to exit compound to get into main city, but grab works well for deliveries. would definitely stay here again.

Had an excellent stay. The host was very responsive and was able to provide additional services at request! We enjoyed the BBQ very much.

Myself and 11 of my friends recently visited Pattaya and this location was perfect for us. Not too far from the night life, an easy 20-30 minute grab from most tourist attractions, but far enough away to provide an escape from the chaos of downtown areas. The view is exactly as good as the photos look; the pool is perfectly relaxing with tons of shaded areas if you just want to enjoy the outdoors. The kitchen was perfect our groups size. The cherry on top, however, was the staff. They were so accommodating and helpful. We did not have a single negative interaction with any member of the cleaning or pool staff at any point, they were always very polite and kind. We opted for the thai dinner option provided by the staff and it was the best meal myself and my colleagues experienced our whole trip. Fresh caught raw shrimp, cashew chicken, and other thai delicacies that make the mouth water just remembering them, I can not recommend this location more if you have a group of 10-15 guests.

This is a beautiful villa with a fantastic pool, deck, and yard. The living spaces were very clean and family-friendly with lots of open spaces. The beds were comfortable. We enjoyed our stay very much and would be happy to stay here again in the future.

Amazing hosts very friendly and we had a very warm welcoming and they provided lots of usefully information about the surrounding attractions and some great restaurants The house was perfect and very clean The house is located on the canal with great pool and entertaining area and being a corner property was very private and peaceful just as shown in the photos. A special note unlike many places we have stayed in Thailand the beds were very soft and comfortable and we all had a very good nights sleep. We will be returning to stay again for sure as our trip was too short to enjoy everything this house and area has to offer.
