Big, open room. Corner view with big balcony overlooking the ocean. Lots of windows and daylight makes the room very pleasant. Can be a little noisy at night but that is part of the fun, being in downtown Cha Am.

We ended up extending our stay here from 13 to 29 days. That should say how much we enjoyed it here! It’s easy to find, about 20 mins drive to the shopping centre (Market Village), the unit is on 3rd floor and it’s spacious for the 3 of us. Kun Nit is an amazing host - very responsive, friendly, very accommodating & proactive. The bed is comfy, got a nice balcony overlooking the pool. We felt very secure as it’s 24/7 security. During our stay there it’s very peaceful and we didn’t get any noise disturbances. Just less 5 mins drive is our fave breakfast/lunch place called Love Bread. Amazing food selection (International & local) with great baked goods selection and the staff are very friendly. We ate there almost every morning. If you see this unit available, don’t think twice! We highly recommend this place and will be back to stay here again in a few months time! :)

Rinyarat’s house was so nice for our month long getaway! It was pet friendly which was a huge plus for us because we have 2 small dogs. The yard was perfect for them, fully fenced in. There were bikes we could use to ride to the beach which was about a half mile away or to the clubhouse which had 2 pools and a gym. The house had everything we needed and we had a wonderful stay. Would highly recommend it if you are looking for a place in Cha Am near the beach. It would be best to have your own car because it is a bit of a drive to get to restaurants. Grab & Food Panda both deliver to the house.

Good location, not far from the town and very peaceful. The room is big and clean. Definitely will come back if I have a chance

great place 5 stars from me, great pool, there is a mosquito 🦟 problem there which needs to be addressed. you definitely will need some insect killer & repellent. but this is my only complaint

We very much enjoyed our stay here. It was great to enjoy the Dusit Thani pools next door. We also used the condo pool quite a bit as we were usually the only people there and enjoyed the privacy. Nice beds. Aircon is cool. Nice bathrooms. Would stay again. Kitchen is small. We just ordered food panda a lot. Close to several grocery stores like Makro.

Sehr schöne Wohnung, schöner Ausblick, sehr ruhig, wir haben in einer Woche in der Anlage nur 4 Leute gesehen. ( und die Gärtner) Wir hatten den Strand für uns alleine. Leider ist der Pool an der tiefsten Stelle nur 1m tief und sehr schmutzig. Es gibt in der Nähe keine Einkaufsmöglichkeit und kein Restaurant. Man benötigt dringend einen Roller, oder ein Auto.

This home was absolutely beautiful. Vasana was so easy to work with and help us coordinate transportation when we needed it. Our family has a fabulous time and we would stay here again!

Very pleasant place to stay for a couple of days - the swim in/swim out swimming pool is a huge bonus and the apartment is modern and comfortable.

Um es gleich vorweg zu sagen, wir lieben dieses Apartment und die tolle Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern Für uns der ideale Ort für einen tollen entspannten. Urlaub. Restaurants gibt es reichlich in fußläufiger Nähe Trotzdem empfehlen wir einen Fahrzeug -Motorroller zu mieten , damit kann man die weitere Umgebung erkunden und Einkäufe machen. 7/11 ist nicht weit Das Condo war kaum gebucht und wir waren praktisch immer allein am Pool. Die direkte Lage am Strand ist phantastisch, auch dort trotz Hochsaison kaum Menschen, nur ab und zu Spaziergänger. Freie Auswahl Pool oder 10 Meter weiter das Meer. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist liebevoll und gut durchdacht. Auch an Kleinigkeiten wurde gedacht, wie Ersatzbatterien, Ersatz-Glühlampen etc . Eine Box mit Schokolade und Chips stand bei Ankunft auch bereit Das WLAN hatte technische Problem und war sehr langsam . Die Klimaanlagen funktionieren gut Hervorragend ist auch der tolle direkte Blick aus das Meer und den Strand, wenn man das Fenst

We had the most wonderful stay at Lars' place. Lots of space inside the house, very clean, AC and fans everywhere, two outdoor areas to hang out and have meals, and an amazingly well equipped kitchen. The condo itself was great, very well maintained with flowers everywhere, our kids loved the pool and we all enjoyed the quiet and nice vibe. Walking distance to the beach and a grocery store, about 15 minute walk to a big supermarket,and a bunch of restaurants around. Lars was extremely reactive and helpful, he was kind enough to be flexible with check in and check out times, and shared some nice recommendations for restaurants. All in all a great stay, many thanks!

Beatiful little apartment, in a big apartment complex, however the complex is mostly empty, so the experience is very private and calm. For the most of our stay we were alone in the whole building. the pool is a bit shallow for adults, however perfect for kids. the beach is very clean and right there near the apartment. highly recommend

The place was exactly like in the photo. It's very comfortable and utilized condo, The area surrounded by swimming pool. We love this place and we will be back for sure.

It’s an awesome place, location, view to sunset and sunrise and the whole place. It’s a live in home not a made to rent place. We loved it.

We absolutely loved our stay at Edouard’s place! Everything was just as described and better. The balcony with a view of the sea and mountains was our favorite spot for morning coffee and evening sunsets. The apartment was very clean and had comfortable beds with great linens. The entire complex and pool are meticulously maintained and the staff is super friendly! The apartment is on a lovely stretch of beach with bars and restaurants within walking distance in either direction. The place is also within walking distance (10-15min) to a large mall and busy side streets with day/night markets and tons of bars, restaurants and shops. The live music scene was a big plus! We were spoiled for choice everyday! We would definitely recommend Edouard’s place to anyone looking for a relaxing beach vacation with lots to do as well. We hope to return soon!

Bood’s place was exactly as advertised. A good spot a couple minutes walk from the beach. The place is spacious, AC works well. Has all the accommodations. The town itself is lowkey and quiet compared to other places around Thailand. The host was very communicative and helpful during our stay. Thank you!
